This the self serve froyo location but the açaí bowls are made behind the counter. The servers are all so pleasant and sweet! The toppings are so fresh and the toasted coconut is the best I've had! There was two young girls on 02/12/26 closing shift. My order was #36 at 7:49 pm. They made the BEST Nutella love acai bowl i have ever had in any of the other yogurt mill locations. I know usually people only come on here to complain so i wanted to come on here and write about how great these two girls were. They were so kind and quick everything was so yummy. The staff closed the bathroom an hour before the place closed. They wouldn't let us use it even though we did ask. Any time we go to a self serve establishment, we wash sands before touching anything. It's a cleanliness consideration for everyone involved. Imagine a mom coming in for yogurt, having just changed a dirty diaper and not being able to wash her hands before serving up! Imagine someone blowing their nose and not having the opportunity to wash hands before reaching for those exposed toppings!! It's disgusting and dangerous to have a self serve restaurant without the opportunity to wash hands. We watched their closing procedures as we ate and were appalled and grossed out. The cash register clerk shook the floor mat out right next to the toppings buffet, dirt and debris went everywhere! He then proceeded to replenish toppings without washing his hands. He just started grabbing food with dirty hands. We figured since he shook the mat over the food anyway, how much more unsanitary could things get? None of us finished our yogurt. We just couldn't enjoy it any longer. It would seem no one in the place was expected to have clean hands, including the customers! We just can't go back. We can't get those images out of our heads. We'll switch exclusively to Menches in Riverbank. The owner is constantly present and managing her business. read more

Wouldn't have wasted the gas if i knew the teenagers decided to close early! As soon as they saw us pull up they both looked at each other like they were caught closing early. There are always SO many people here so it is usually a little busy, but that just shows how popular and how good it is! This place is really pretty on the inside and they have this room you can reserve! There's a TV in there as well as board games that you can play. There are a variety of flavors, but there wasn't any that I liked. When it comes to froyo I'm a little on the simple side. I don't care much for the red velvet, cheesecake, pumpkin flavors. This is a place for someone who enjoys a lot of those flavors. I like chocolate, vanilla or a sorbet. Cookies n cream, even. The price was a little on the high side if I remember correctly. I didn't even really have much froyo in my cup and it ended up being like $5. I can usually fill my cup at Yogurtland and it be maybe $5-6 at the most. You get a variety of toppings to choose from as well, though. Then again- I don't really do crazy toppings. I just get fruit. Maybe some granola crunch. But nothing too much. This place is okay, we've noticed that if we go around 9pm or the hour before they are about to close, the place looks like a disaster and most of their machines are dirty and not working. We usually go for the cookies and cream but it's always watery or there's no more in there. One of the two issues. And it's not like we go 15 mins before they close, it's literally an hour before they close but looks like they already start cleaning up an hour before and leave some of their products in the back so you have to ask for it. read more

So far this is the best frozen yogurt we've found from Manteca to Modesto. The flavors were sweet and no yucky aftertaste and the topping selections were yummy, fresh and filled. Visited Yogurt Mill on Palendale on my lunch break. Loved the atmosphere there! The place was very clean, nice music playing, the worker was very friendly and let me know it was self serve and offered me a sample cup. Yogurt quality was great and a lot of toppings to chose from! My reason for the 3 stars was the worker was cutting the strawberries and kiwis without gloves, Yikes! The worker washed their hands thoroughly but neglected to put gloves on, which turned me off from getting any fruit after witnessing. The worker had blue/aqua colored hair, and was tall. I would suggest the manager speak to them about this as it is a health code violation. read more
