There is absolutely no reason that the reviews of this location are low! The price is a little higher, but this is a local food truck that makes their food from scratch and are not a big corporation like McDonald's and Starbucks that freeze and warm it up in ovens. For the money I paid for it was absolutely delicious and filling! I love to support locally and would do it again in a heartbeat!

Okay so I was super excited about his place. They said they close at 11pm. I came at 10pm they said I needed to hurry since they were closing. So I kind of rushed through there menu. I decided on 2 bubble waffles cones and the mini pancakes. Mines was with fresh strawberries, whip cream. The other was strawberry ice cream strawberry sauce whip cream and Oreos Food was hot and fresh. It definitely isn't my go to for sweets. But it's was okay. More ice cream and strawberries would've made. A huge difference in flavor. Price was okay. $25 for three items. But I probably won't return as it s not my thing.

Let me start off by saying I REALLY enjoyed this place.... So why only 3 stars? Mainly because of the high prices. When I think of sweets and ice cream , it makes me think of my nieces and nephews. I ordered one scoop of ice cream that came on a waffle for $9.75 . For a average family that has a few kids , that could get real pricey, real quick. Ice cream scoop was pretty small , perhaps larger servings could justify that price. They also didn't have a great selection of ice cream and toppings. Mint ice cream would definitely be nice to see on the menu. For myself, I will visit again , the waffle was perfectly sweet and delicious. Hopefully they have mint ice cream next visit

We almost left because we couldn't find the truck but after walking around, we finally did! Good thing we stayed because their service was fast and the food was really good! The waffle was really warm, which made it even better!

This is a great place for sweet treat lovers!! The bubble waffle and waffle on a stick is the perfect texture between crunch and soft sweet bread topped with amazing goodies!! A definite must try! So many amazing things to choose from but the waffles are my personal favorite.

Love the ice cream donut sandwich with white chocolate, Carmel , vanilla ice cream, and cinnamon toast crunch. Taste like a churro.

David's wife was so helpful and delightful to work with. I ordered chicken spaghetti, chicken pot pie and salad. Then I realized that my family was unable to pick up the food. Problem solved! Dave offered to deliver it himself. Nothing better than that good ole Southern hospitality! It's hard to find that out here in Colorado! Many thanks to Datan's! Gail Sweat

Datan's was one of Corinth's well loved dining establishments before liquor laws were changed to permit civilized beverages to be legally served with a fine meal. When I noticed the new establishment, I stopped to check it out. Newly opened, Datan's is limited to take out and catering only with Covid restrictions in place. Future plans call for a full service menu including the same highly regarded bread pudding that was a customer favorite at the former location. My choice for an evening with friends was their signature Chicken Pot Pie which was excellent. One of my guests insisted it was the best she had ever eaten. The kind of food you would make yourself if you only had the time and skills. Other choices looked enticing and will be the basis for future visits.

It has an extensive menu and some of the items sound like they would taste delicious. The chuck wagon steak, sounds great, but tastes pretty rough. It comes with too much gravy, and it is a patty that contains a bunch of fillers, resulting in a "soggy" patty, with strange flavors. The hand cut fries are red skin potatoes, which are an oddity in this area. They aren't douple dipped or cooked long enough, and as a result, come to you limp and the insides are crunchy. The pot roast has a good taste, reminiscent of Kelly, Hormel or Dinty Moore brand can stew. The meat appearance and gravy taste make you wonder, if it is from an industrial-size pre-made dish. The food items we chose were edible, but not worth the drive to make another visit. The only food item that was questionable would be the baked beans. They were prepared with an overpowering maple ingredient, and tasted like a pancake syrup. There were bits of real bacon and ground meat, but you couldn't discern that taste from the maple. I ate them, but it was off putting, and I added pot roast meat to dilute it some. There is no ban on smoking here, and you will have to deal with that smell while dining. There is a table to play dominoes. They have karaoke certain nights. There is an on-site deli that sells a half dozen different sandwich meats. They also offer a long list of desserts. The one menu item I do plan to try, is the cornbread salad, to compare to that of Borroum's. The food quality may not have been what we prefer, but if they post an interesting special, I may return to try it. I do look forward to trying the cornbread salad within a couple weeks. I'm not sure about the name, if it is a play on words, or an honest misspelling (Jake Brakes on semi trucks). To Each Their Own.
