After eating the whipped cream top which had very little caramel in it, within 3 minutes the shake SEPARATED and was bland as it was mostly ICE!! Each sip contained not ice cream, but mostly bits of ice. This "shake" was mostly water! I grabbed a spoon to check is their was ice cream or fudge at the bottom...Nope!Nothing. The employees seemed more focused on their conversation than helping customers. When my husband was ready to order, he was told the other employee could help him. Why didn't the employee ask to help my husband herself? It felt like he was being reprimanded. After we paid and said "thank you," we were ignored until I repeated it louder. Absolutely amazing experience at this Baskin-Robbins location! I placed a cake order and was really impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff was. There were two employees working a young man and a young woman both of whom went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. They helped me customize the cake exactly how I wanted it, offering great suggestions and making the process super easy. After placing the order, I decided to get three smoothies and they were delicious! They came out really fast and were made with real fruit, which made such a difference in taste and quality. This Baskin Robbin's smells sooooo bad like cleaning solution. Oddly enough, it is SO sticky/dirty inside. The tables are CONSTANTLY filthy and left with trash on them. We actually stopped by and grabbed a couple pints of ice creme after a family funeral. May be weird to some yes but the way we honor our cousin who we would always grab ice creme with. This place is pretty big in size and they of course have the large selection of ice creme to choose from. The Line process is a bit weird if I do say so myself tho but it could be a under staffing issue that can easily be fixed if they hired more people. During these times it is telling that no one wants to work. There's 2 people behind the counter with at the time only 3 customers. The wait time was around 15-20 minutes to get 2 ice creams and 2 shakes. The biggest issue I had was the attitude from one of the employees who gave me something I didn't order. I wasn't mad at the fact that it was wrong I was mad by the mannerism she gave when she rolled her eyes and was either mad at me or herself, but either way I wasn't to pleased. My son and I get milkshakes, both times were super milked down and liquid rather than rich milkshake, even asking to reproduce the order it came back bad. This time I asked for a chocolate peanut butter with banana, stated twice, what I got was chocolate milk with some kind of nut blended into it. One world class chocolate, one nutty coconut. Well, I have to say, they're great flavors. The nutty coconut is downright dreamy if coconut is your thing. And it's chockfull of nuts. A home run. The world class chocolate is smooth, creamy, & would cure anyone of their chocolate craving. But, w a name like world class chocolate, I expected some of the best chocolate ice cream I've ever had. In my life. It's definitely good, but I'll stick w traditional chocolate, or rocky road, next time. This store is much bigger than the other locations. It's also super clean. Props. Ice Cream! I love ice cream as mentioned in previous reviews. So creamy and smooth. Baskin Robbins is one of the first ice cream parlors I ever went to as a wee little tot. I remember being a member of their birthday club and getting a coupon for a free ice cream cone during the month of my birthday. Free ice cream rules! I also remember always wanting one of their ice cream cakes. Unfortunately, the nearest BR was about two hours away. So unless I wanted some birthday ice cream soup instead of cake, no ice cream cake for moi. Sigh... Today I'm over the ice cream cake thing. Tried it once and was not impressed. The cake is too dry from being frozen I guess. Now I love getting the 2 quarts for $8.00 when they have their special sale. I love the mint chip (thin slices of chocolate rather than big chunks are my preference) and the strawberry (classic old school flavor and pretty pink color, a winning combo). Once in a blue moon I will break down and have a hot fudge sundae or banana split. Of course I hate myself afterwards, but it is so delish I can't be too mad at my loss of willpower. There is something about ice cream that takes you back to your childhood. My daughter and her BF went here with his friend and purchased Oreo shakes, and Kevin took a sip of his shake, and it tasted like it had spoiled products in it. So, being teenagers, they were contemplating if they should say something. They spelled the shake on the table, trying to decide who's going to say something. So my daughter went to the counter, spoke to the worker, and she said they don't remake or refund products. So my daughter said ok. I picked them up and told me the story, so I went in there, and the clerk was very rude and said we don't give refunds or remake products. She said they sat there for a while before they said something. We'll there kids! I asked her to call her manager. We'll the manager even ruder!! She said no, we don't remake or refund. They need to taste it right away. Once it leaves the counter, there's nothing we can do. I told her to wait a minute to listen to what you just said. Are we supposed to drink it over the counter before we take it off the counter.. that doesn't make sense . I asked to see the date on the product. The date was from the manufacturer, not from then. They day it was opened . This is called food safety. As consumers, we need to make sure the products we're consuming are being kept in food safety guidelines. Wanted ice cream this evening so the housemate and I went to B-R. There is a group of 3 teens in the store and 2 employees behind the counter. We were immediately greeted with "you will have to wait outside until after we are done serving this group." It's 93 degrees outside mind you and the sign in the door says keep 6 ft apart. Which we would have done very respectfully had we not been told to wait outside! Wouldn't be so flipping ticked about this had there been more people in the store but 3 customers all huddled together??? Now I want to point out that I am very confused because we just left the restaurant and every employee was wearing a mask, to walk into your shop and NO ONE, NOT A ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES HAS ON A MASK! I work retail and I am told that it is a mandated rule that we wear face masks, so why is it that the employees at this shop aren't? I would like to point out that I have been to this location in the last 30 days and we were in the shop and others were allowed to come in and stand at the x spots on the floor and wait to be served!
