So I've been coming to this particular Jamba Juice for about 8 months now almost every day! Everyone knows my drink because I'm such a regular (always tipping for their service) and lately I've been ordering on DoorDash but i called to let them know to remove the bananas but they said they can not modify my drink to how i normally get it (which i need because I'm allergic to bananas) because it messes up their inventory. I don't believe this is any of the workers fault because they always make my drink correctly but i believe the owner of this Jamba should allow modifications in the app or for the workers to make changes to the drink upon the customers request. This is bad customer service and really a headache when your supporting a business and they can't even accommodate a allergy of yours by removing the ingredient. I hope this changes soon or i may not be ordering here anymore, customer service goes a longggg way! read more

Friendly staff. I cant believe i havent reviewd this place yet. came back because i was missing a bit of Hawaii.. and heard they had Acai bowls. Interesting enough i saw Island Pitaya bowl on the menu... For those who did not know... its dragon fruit. So hubby and i decided to give it a whirl. Tasted pretty good. for $6.39 or something for a medium i thought it was pricey for the size but it was very good and filling. Must try. read more

I genuinely don't agree with yelping, but I felt like this review was needed. I understand keeping up with a stores cleanliness, I work in food, but you cannot mop a full store and leave ONE SINGLE caution sign up right when you open. The whole floor was wet and my friend genuinely slipped but LUCKILY caught himself. I notified the workers of this but they continued to make smoothies instead. Working in food if there's a spill it's the first thing I'll run to so no one around can get hurt. I would take more caution with your jobs here because someone can end up seriously injured with a store in a state like this. Otherwise the store's well staffed, friendly, and overall a good experience, but this just truly bothered me this morning. read more

my original review below, no longer stands here: i just walked out w/o purchasing anything, extremely disappointed & w/o a jamba in hand. i guess jamba juice cycles through their employees like they cycle through holiday flavors. i went in for my "chocolate berry + peanut butter", but all the staff who used to always make ot for me, in season or not were gone! the bonehead, who appeared to b training bonehead-et says, "sorry, idk what your talking about. musta been before my time." what a bummer, guess ill have to start shopping more locally & exploring the independent smoothie shops to find what i like... of course that, almost $10, for the large that my partner & i share coulda been yours jamba, had u offered something thats becoming less & less "american", CONSISTENCY! standards. maybe try some fukin efficacy! decline of a civilization. i cant even buy a decent jamba. lol @ this jamba juice, they make it how u want it. i just gota limited time flavor w/a special twist! the "berry berry chocolate mo'od" w/peanut butter makes a chocolate peanut butter & jelly sandwitch smoothie. i call it the PB&J Chocolate mo'od. idk if i just licked out having a master smoothie maker whip this up for me or if i have truly discovered my new favorite smoothie flavor!!! read more

I wanted to give a shout out and a five star review to the employees that were there on May 12 around 345 to 4:00 PM. There was a nine limit occupancy and people were just walking in because they assumed that since they had a mobile order they could violate that nine person maximum occupancy rule. I wanted to tell them how much I appreciated allowing me to be a slight "Karen" on one of the customers for stepping over 5 people in line who had also placed mobile orders and were respecting the rule outside... This is bitter sweet because the employees are very nice . This is one of multiple $7.00 drinks I literally threw away after one sip. I come here pretty much everyday . I bought 3 of the tumblers from here . I always get same drink which is Macha green tea blast . I ask for protein and thick . If you can't make it please get someone who can or take it off the menu . On average 2/10 are delicious 5/10 drinkable and 3/10 drinks I have to just throw away . Taste like ice and bitter green tea . I tell myself I'll never go back but it's the only Jamba in Tracy . I'm a frequent Jamba Juice customer and I usually don't have any complaints, but my visit today was different. As I walked in, there was a customer ahead of me but one of the employees asked what I wanted to order, so they can get it started (before I paid). I gave her my order - Make It A Meal (Artisan Flatbread with Pinkstar) $6.49. They said the oven was still preheating and it would take 6 minutes. I waited patiently. After a few minutes, the employee handed me my drink. A minute after that, another employee handed me my artisan flatbread and told me to have a good day. I haven't paid for my order and I could've easily left without paying since the employees didn't realize that their customer haven't paid. But as the honest person that I am, I politely told one of the employee's that I haven't paid. No appreciation was even shown after I told them I haven't paid. The cashier, BRIANNA, rung me up. She even had to ask me what I ordered. My total was $8.??. I asked her why my order was more than $8 when the meal was $6.49 ($7.?? with tax). She said because my drink was a medium size. I told her that I DIDNT ask to upgrade my drink size NOR did the employee who took my order ask what size I wanted. They just ASSUMED I wanted a bigger size OR just wanted to charge me extra. I told her that I didn't ask for a bigger size, and the cashier BRIANNA, RUDELY said "Ok, what do you want me to do about it?". I did not appreciate her attitude AND I definitely did not appreciate their customer service. I paid and left. Her service was very irresponsible and unprofessional. This Jamba Juice shouldn't hire people like her. This has ruined my future visits at this Jamba Juice! read more

I don't know what it is with this jamba juice but the service is always subpar. Its so easy to access and close to the freeway that I keep going back - but much to my dismay - its still the same subpar place it was before. A few examples - visit A - I get the wrong drink. How can you call my name and pour me someone else's drink? PS. Whoever you are - you need a new drink. WTF were you drinking? visit B - I get my correct drink but a non-too friendly attitude and 2 minutes later my cup bottom explodes out - all over my car. GREAT! If I wasn't two exits away, I would have came back and demanded a new drink. From now on I'll just visit starbucks next door. =( read more

I came here on my fifteen minute break to get a smoothie to keep me going through the day and get some for my girlfriend. I haven't been to Jamba Juice in a very long time, so I was very unsure of what to get. The guy who rang me out was friendly but wasn't very helpful in trying to figure what could be best to decide. But there wasn't a long line, making my smoothie literally only took like a minute. The guy making it with a hat was super cool and nice props to him! I parked in the loading zone because I didn't have time to find a parking as there was none, and there where totally cool about it and saying i had nothing to worry about. I am on Weight Watchers and I wanted to create the perfect zero point smoothie with fruits and vegetables. The JJ employee was so patient and kind while I reviewed the menu in search of the right ingredients. When I asked her to cut up a fresh apple instead of adding apple juice, she agreed. After she finished adding all the ingredients, and I requested to add cucumber at the last minute, she added them. She was so nice and accommodating and I received exactly what I wanted. A semi-sweet fruit and veggie smoothie (fresh kale, fresh cucumber, frozen unsweetened strawberry, frozen unsweetened peaches, frozen unsweetened banana, fresh apple and water). I went into Jamba around 30 minutes before closing. There was one other person waiting for a mobile order.... & it took me almost 10 minutes to be helped because of all the girls gossiping. They all glanced at me continued with the conversation and didn't seem to care about the customers coming in behind me as well. Wow okay I never thought I would be able to give 5 stars to a Jamba Juice? I didn't think a Jamba Juice that good even existed, but this one was just incredible. I have a severe dairy allergy, and came in here one morning to get oatmeal. Now any good Jamba Juice knows that the brown sugar crumble has dairy in it. I walked into this Jamba Juice, and informed the guy at the cashier I have a severe allergy, he went back, and got his manager, who proceeded to clean all the utensils for the oatmeal, and even give me a whole banana as a topping to make up for the no brown sugar crumble. Then after he gave me my oatmeal, he told me all about there procedure for making smoothies for people with allergies. they'll go, and get all the fruit from the back, so that there was no chance of cross-contamination. Such great protocol at this Jamba Juice. None of the other locations I've been to have made me feel that comfortable about getting a smoothie. read more

I frequent this Jamba Juice. Normally, I don't have issues and have always received courteous customer service. However, on 12/20/17 I visited the store at 7:30 pm (30 mins before closing). There were two customer service ladies there, pretty much set to close up shop. I get it, I'd wanna go home too but, my order was simple. I just wanted two ginger shots. One of the representatives opened the fridge, I noticed a tub of ginger was so excited! First of all, rep A asked rep B if she wanted to do it. Rep B seemed to have declined the offer. Visited this store last night on the way home from the gym Order: 1 original - carribean passion, 1 Sixteen -strawberry nirvana, 1 - Mango Mantra, 2 parmessan pretzels. I wasn't offered a free boost, I had to let the girl behind the counter what boost I wanted and she yelled it over to the guy making the drinks. Pretzels came very warm, which suprised me, they are usally lightly toasted and semi-warm but this was nice. They appeared to have a new toasting machine which works wonders... YAY! I received my drinks, all being the original size. I paid for a sixteen on the Strawberry, but received an original... okay, have a nice day! :) The place was clean as usual, not a whole lot of customers (was there about 6:45pm)... Parking is usually a problem here for me, it's a tight few right turns and it gets crowded. Backing out of there in a SUV is tricky, very doable but you are more alert on this one as the space in there is pretty tight. read more

I try to open the door, and they wont even look my way! I try calling and they dont answer the phone! WORST SERVICE EVER BY THESE TWO WORKERS!
