These acai bowls hit the spot!!! So happy to have a place like this in downtown. Great flavor, great texture, great portion. I will definitely be back especially for post-workout. The only thing would probably be the price is a bittt high (2 bowls for $34) but I would say the quality is pretty good. Next time I will try their protein shakes!

    Protein açaí bowl (#1)

Super quick, cute, and yummy! Fast and friendly service with some cute little decor up inside too. My protein açaí bowl was like $16 which I think was worth it :)

Came here for a quick acai bowl and protein waffles and the food was ready for pick up really early! Good: - The protein waffle was surprising! It wasn't too sweet and the fact that it had 15g protein was awesome - The acai bowl had a lot of little things in it and definitely hit my acai bowl craving! - [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice staff and it was a cute place to sit[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Bad: - The acai bowl was good but didn't blow my mind - it was a bit uniform in flavor - The monkey bowl was super peanut buttery and melty so wasn't my favorite - More expensive side Overall this was a great easy find mid trip!

Powder watermelon drink but zero watermelon flavor!

Buyer beware overpriced and underwhelming very misleading I spent $40 on two drinks and an açaí bowl, hoping this would be my new go-to spot. Unfortunately, it was a major letdown. The hibiscus drink was watery with barely any ice more like flavored water than a refreshing beverage. The watermelon berry refresher (which cost $10!) had zero trace of watermelon or berry. It tasted like a powdery Kool-Aid or jello mix definitely not fresh. The açaí bowl had no flavor at all. I watched them make it: they tossed an açaí pack and frozen fruit straight into the bowl. No blending, no care, no taste. Everything was overly sweet and felt artificial. The bowl was mid at best, and the drinks were worse. I really wanted to like this place, but there's absolutely no way I'll be back.

Love this place! I usually come here after my workouts to get a protein shake! I always get great recommendations and she explains everything that is going in my smoothies! Especially, since I have to track all of my meals. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is super cute and the staff are super helpful and nice![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They also have great açaí bowls. I love the variety and everything tastes fresh!

Excellent açaí bowl - appreciate that the açaí base is not too sweet, and all the toppings were on point. Pricey at 15.75 though - more expensive than palmetto superfoods, for example. Smoothies - I wish it was more clear that these use sugar substitutes. I got a large smoothie and the flavor of whatever sweetener is in it was pretty overwhelming. I know some people prefer this over sugar, so not at all a knock, I just wish it was advertised that way - I wouldnt have ordered a smoothie if I knew it contained sugar substitutes. The staff was super super friendly and the store is really cute!

Blend it isn't like Jamba Juice. Doesn't use ice, ice cream, sugar and other fillers. All ingredients organic and/or healthy. No seating. Just grab & go. Small area to stand around. Offerings: energy refreshers, add ons, protein smoothie bowls, protein shakes, ice coffee, waffle. Prompt service. Drink ready in minutes.. Sips: dose of greens (11) 24 oz. -had everything but kitchen sink. Sure if sink was organic, it would be in blend.. -contains "organic spinach/kale/artichoke leaf, broccoli/amareth sprouts/quinoa sprouts/ashwagandha, algae blend, green tea extract, spirulina, moringa leaf, barley grass, wheat grass, sweet potato, ginger, tumeric, cucumber & mango" -watery complex tart taste. Individual flavors not tastable, all "blended", nuanced as blandness. *incredibly deliz tasting. Couldn't stop. Didn't take pic initially since there was no seating. Forgot to take it later.

good vibes had a baby, it would be Blend it. This place is straight-up magical for anyone trying to be healthy but still wants their taste buds to be happy. They've got everything: protein shakes, waffles, teas, energy drinks, milkshakes, protein coffee (aka: legal crack), and somehow it all tastes amazing. Like... how is this healthy? [[HIGHLIGHT]]Inside is super cute very "take-a-selfie-with-your-smoothie" energy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] But the real MVP is the owner. So friendly, down-to-earth, and patient. I asked 17 questions and they answered every one like I wasn't an overwhelmed toddler trying to pick a favorite flavor. What makes it even better? It's locally owned. Not some giant corporate chain selling you a sad smoothie for $12. You're supporting someone real, and you can feel that. Highly recommend. Bring a friend. Bring your mom. Bring your gym crush. Or just bring yourself and pretend you're running errands we won't judge.

The Acai was so good and the fruit tasted so fresh! The worker was really nice and quick they have a variety of options. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inside is vibey and cute.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It is a little pricey, but overall definitely worth trying!

My first time here today 10/12/24. My order was peanut butter lover, super yummy. I can definitely taste the protein in the shake not like other places. I truly enjoyed every sip of my drink. The service was GREAT. Answered questions that I had and explained somethings I didn't understand. I love love love the ambiance in this place super clean inside. Love the esthetic of the place looks modern inside. Menu is on screens. Easy menu to follow and great choices. I will definitely be coming back. I recommend people to come here right on foothill in Hayward.

Got the Oreo protein shake and it tasted really good but you could really taste the vanilla protein base. The service was friendly and [[HIGHLIGHT]]I enjoyed the seasonal decor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If I'm craving a protein shake I'll definitely come back. I also like how they tell you the macros on the menu

So excited to have a smoothie spot in downtown Hayward! It a cute little spot with amazing service - my partner hasn't been feeling well and they recommended the Imuni-Tea which was absolutely delicious (we got the orange-peach flavor). We also got an Açaí Pt. 2 which was very good

Not only are the pastries some of the prettiest that I've seen but they're actually quite tasty (and not too sweet either)! Comes in a nice branded box too. Before I rattle off my reviews of the pastries that I tried I'll say that the pastries here, although laminated, have no crisp and are strictly the soft and chewy type (think Costco croissants). I prefer some crisp, but I wouldn't hesitate on returning here to try more things. - French tart: amaaazing egg custard filling. It's so milky it's almost flan-like! - Brownie fruit tart: omg prob one of my fave brownie textures; not fudgy-dry and not too-cake-like either. Nailed the custard filling as well. I'd say my fave pastry in the bunch. - Passion fruit ganache danish: deliciously tart passion fruit filling! - Sweet cheese bowtie: funny enough the sweet cheese reminds me a lot of Cheez Whiz haha (nostalgic for me) but silkier and lighter in taste. The sweet cheese is only in the center of the bowtie. - Ham & cheese: flavorful ham but could've had a little bit more of it. The cheese part tastes similar to the cheese filling in the sweet cheese bowtie. - Ube moon: mad props for ube jam actually being used here instead of just ube extract like at most bakeries that offer ube treats. I will say though that the ube filling is a bit too dense; maybe the ube jam could've been mixed with some custard to make the filling lighter. Only a couple of customers in line when I visited on a Sunday early afternoon and the display case was still more-than-half full. Okay-ish service; the lady at the cashier was primarily focused on quickly completing orders.

Though the bakery is pretty small, it was perfectly cozy with plenty outdoor seating available. There are a couple tables outside, and a bar-style seating area outside. Plus, a lot of parking spaces are available! The pastries are displayed beautifully under the warm lights of the shelf. Totally cute! Most importantly.. Instagram worthy! I got two original croissants, an orange creme brulee, and a strawberry crescent croissant. The original croissants were perfectly crunchy, and not too airy that there isn't anything inside the shell. Pretty dense in you ask me, and I love it that way! The orange creme brulee was really pretty. Caught my eye in the crowd! Though I thought that the croissant-style bread on the outside of the pastry was not crispy enough, the creme brulee definitely had a rich orange-y aroma. The strawberry crescent was my absolute favorite. I love how the hard, dense outside contrasted with the creamy center. The strawberry cream in the center isn't too sweet in my opinion! The shape wasn't just creative, it was also so fun to eat! You'll be seeing me again!

This place stood out because it had a lot of reviews and was close to my house. The cafe itself is small, a bit stuffy inside. There is ample parking on the side which was a plus. There were only three customers inside when I arrived. When I walked in, the first thing I was asked was, "What does your dog need" rather than a hello or good morning. I explained that my dog and I were there to order coffee, and I was told the menu was outside and that she would help me at the door. It wasn't necessarily rude, just an unusual interaction. A sign explaining the dog policy might help avoid this awkward situation/confusion in the future. Unfortunately, the coffee was the biggest disappointment. After waiting about 15 minutes, my latte tasted watered down and lacked flavor. The best way I can describe it is that it tasted like warm cardboard. I don't mind waiting for a quality drink, but this one missed the mark. I ended up going home and adding more coffee and milk to make it drinkable. I genuinely wanted to like this place and was excited to try it, but the coffee was a letdown. If you're stopping by before work, be aware that the wait may be longer than expected.

Parking was busy (the lot is shared with Trader Joe's) but we managed to find a spot and head into the busy but not packed cafe. There is a large assortment of empanadas, from meat options like chorizo and chicken, to vegetarian like corn and onion, to sweet options too like apples. The menu also boasts lots of great drinks including mate tea! Lucky us, the empanadas we ordered weren't in stock so we had to wait ~10 for freshly baked ones. They came out buttery and piping hot, even with little hand-stamped letters on them so you know what you're eating, and it was so delicious. Most are about $5.50 each. Add oregano chimichurri for a bit extra if you want or pair with a tea, but these empanadas really hit the snacky spot. Lots of wooden tables with fresh flowers make Pampas a great space to chat with friends or to sit and do some work. It's in a corner of a very cute gourmet food hall and had a good selection of goods left in mid-afternoon on a weekday. Service is also friendly and prompt. I had to get the kouign amann because I always get one wherever I can, and also picked up a plain croissant, currant scone, and panna cotta. The KA was decent; I would call this one a diet KA because they only put the sugar on one side so it was more like a brulee'd croissant. I also have to admit that, while this shaping is very attractive, the direction of the lamination makes eating this feel like shards in my mouth. However, flavor was excellent. The plain croissant is very plain. It's decent but I've had better. The scone and panna cotta, however, were delightful. Both had lovely soft textures and wonderful creamy flavors. The scone held up for two days and wasn't even a bit stale when I finally had it for breakfast. Highly recommend this tucked-away bakery in the Castro Valley!

I want to start off by saying that this is my first review for a non-gluten free place. I am being…read morere-tested for celiac disease and engaging in the "gluten challenge". Seven Hills Baking Co was my first stop as I haven't had sourdough since childhood. I got their classic sourdough loaf. Even though it wasn't warm anymore it was still amazing. It was quite hard to cut into with a serrated bread knife, which I'm not sure whether that's normal or abnormal for gluten sourdough. However, the inside was lovely and soft. Nice strong sour flavor, spongy dough that was almost moist (not at all dry). I want to note on the gluten free front that seven hills baking co offers a few items which they advertise to be gluten free. Though the ingredients may be gluten free, the items are baked in the same kitchen, the same oven, and then put side by side with the gluten in the display case. Furthermore I don't believe their ingredients are all certified gluten free. Therefore I do not recommend seven hills baking co for anybody with celiac disease. Do not buy your friend with a gluten allergy or celiac these items. There is most certainly cross contact.
