What a pleasant little stop during morning hours while everyone else is at work on a Wednesday…read morehere. Good feeling. I was looking for a tiny cafe/coffee shop with specific items for my temporary special diet and ChaiAum had it here. Lots of public parking spaces on the huge lot conveniently located. It's nothing fancy, but very casual, cozy, soothing with a good music soundtrack, and it had two good sized public restrooms available. Nepali Himalayan flavors/East Asian Indian owner Rani. We sparked each other with common topics and she was very inviting and polite as we chatted. I knew I had to try them out. Good service as needed. Toss your own trash. For this type low key casual tiny cafe/small business, it's actually legit and good quality here. Good menu options. I had the delicious avocado toast on sourdough. 5/5 outstanding. It turned out very fresh and perfect for my tastebuds. Simple and good in presentation. I ordered a hot cup 12oz. Organic Golden Tumeric Ginger Tea and ended up with a large teapot to enjoy. Perfect taste. Loved it. I purchased a bag of organic chamomile flower herbal tea leaves from the gift shelf with my order. Soothing. Inexpensive. All beverages/pastries/teas/coffees/boba drinks looked good and I'm sure they taste very good too. Overall experience was very good. Again, not fancy and not luxury here. Plenty of seats and tables indoors and outdoors. All positive. Himalayan food items are worth trying. Amazing. Looks like a place worth stopping when convenient in Pleasanton, CA. Nice. Thanks to Rani.

An absolute vibe!…read more This new coffee house is a great addition to downtown. First off, staff was so sweet and welcoming! Ordered an iced lavender latte w oat milk and a dulce de leche pastry (which was recommended by the lovely cashier). If you're looking for a cozy place to study, do some work, along with enjoy small bites and coffee -- this is your new go to!

I came to this cafe after the Saturday morning farmer's market. Beware that the parking situation…read moreis street parking and Main St. is often BUSY, so allot time to find a spot. The decor is super cute and there is plenty of seating. The staff were kind and welcoming. The menu is a bit limited and their items are a bit pricey. Their drink menu is short and sweet, with basic espresso drinks and a matcha offered. I landed on a simple oat milk latte. The latte was ready before I finished paying, as the barista listened to my order as I gave it to the cashier. It was nothing special. I did appreciate that they used Califia farms barista oatmilk. I tried a medialuna pasty. It is a sweet , moist version of a crossaint. The inside was almost caramelized. I did not expect to enjoy it as much as I did. This place is very aesthetically pleasing and a good place to sit and enjoy, without feeling rushed. If you don't mind the prices, it's a good option for a quick snack or caffeine boost!

Seemed like there was only one person working. I was disappointed that there was hardly any human interaction. When you walk into the store nobody's greeting you and I had questions and nobody was there to answer them. What happened to customer service these days? Wow I'm from Orange County and customer service is Incredible there, but have found in the Pleasanton and Dublin, customer satisfaction doesn't seem to be important. That's really sad. My Earl Grey milk tea tasted nothing like Earl Grey and tasted just like a black oolong tea. Pretty disappointed, so I won't be returning.

Finally got to have a boba drink after passing my glucose tolerance test!…read more Decided to come here since being pregnant means avoiding caffeine. They have a coco series that's really good. Normally I'm used to seeing mango coconut. But this place had banana coconut and it was delicious. You could taste both banana and the coconut. The sago is cooked perfectly and same with the boba. The sweetness was perfect to my liking too! My only suggestion would be to use more ripe bananas since some banana pieces were clearly not ripe ones. Service wise, they work pretty quickly so my husband and I didn't have to wait long. All in all, probably coming back here given the chance.
