I have to take one back because the manager kind of gave me a run for my money. He hovered over my chair without a warning and tried to accuse me of running multiple games. It was my third time there so he knew me well enough to not lie. I hadn't thought much of it until he started to do the same thing to the other customers. Kind of weird to be doing that and I'll probably be banned from ever going here again because he will claim that he has "the right to refuse service" knowing that he has a problem with every customer who apparently doesn't pay him over $50. Dark atmosphere perfect for gaming, but we did not get what we expected. Pricing information was misleading. The price per hour of play was unclear on what was included. We expected the computers to be pre-loaded with the games that were advertised on their website, but to our disappointment we had to use our own accounts and games we owned to play on the computers. For someone that is not a regular gamer, this was hugely disappointing. It would better to differentiate the prices between "computer only" and "computer + games." read more

The team here is incredibly kind and helpful. You have the owner who dies for any of the CS games. You got the billiards and the consoles and extremely high end PCs. They got snacks and drinks. The owners of this PC Cafe are terrible people. We came from San Francisco so we called in to ask if they would accept a group of 6 and they said yes. Came in at 12am and wanted to play for 3 hours(they close at 4am). They denied us service and told us we weren't allowed despite the attendant saying yes. We argued for a bit and the owner adamantly decided to trespass us. We left and just chilled in the parking lot for a few minutes and the owner came out and told us to get out of his parking lot. We told him he doesn't own the parking lot, and so he got angry and called his friend. They went back in the shop and got a bat and smashed the sides of our cars. We bounced and called the cops for the damages. read more

They have a decent selection of snacks, including ice cream, chips, cookies, and even instant ramen. The owner and employees are super nice and chill and will help you get setup. The interior is pretty clean, which I think is important for a PC Cafe, especially during COVID. The prices are also decent: $12 for 3 hours, and any excess time that you don't use is saved in your account. Only negative about this place is that there aren't that many long tables with multiple setups. Since there were already other people there when we got there, my party of 5 wasn't able to all sit together and pretend we were a pro League of Legends team, lol. Gave the owner one criticism abt cleaning the restroom clean then proceeded to follow me to my car as well as harass me, on top of that flashes a handheld pistol at me. Truly shook up rn and I also heard that they pay $10 an hour to their employees as well which makes me question if this is a legitimate business ran by a family or an illegal enterprise. My friend and I didn't even know this place existed until today, when we just so happened to stumble upon it after stopping by the cafe located on the other side of this strip mall. Dang, this place is nice y'all. It was such a nice relief from the summer heat, and the AC and cool lighting of the place was so welcoming. We came on a Monday afternoon so it was really chill with like 10 or so people scattered on the computers. I've never been to a PC cafe until now, but this totally exceeded my expectations. The front desk guy was super nice and he kept the place extremely clean. I noticed he was sweeping and sanitizing consistently which was super reassuring. We paid for an hour for only $5 each, but ended up having so much fun we forked over a few more hours worth lol. Internet was speedy and keyboard felt satisfying to click. My girlfriend and I were looking for a nice spot to study late night. We saw this on google and saw that they had open seating. Maybe these were older photos. As soon as we walked in the person at the front gave us a bad look. Almost like if he didn't want to help us. Anyway I asked if there were any open seats to study as (of course we were planning on making a purchase to stay as well) and the response we got wasn't expected. We were met with unnecessary rudeness. All he had to say was "no we do not" but instead we were met with "what do you mean normal tables" and "no what, we don't this is a gaming cafe" while shaking his head, staring at us like if we were idiots, and his tone was rude for no reason at all. We just asked a simple question, there was no reason for him to be rude. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this place. We were new customers with a simple question, yet we felt unwelcomed as soon as we walked in. read more

If I could give this place, zero stars, I would . Me and my girlfriend came into town. Looking forward to going to a cyber café because where we live we don't have one in town. On the website it does not say what times the store is open but on yelp and on the Internet, it says that they are open from 10 AM to 4 AM, me and my girlfriend show up around 1015 to find the door locked, and nobody answering when we knocked on the door. Given the fact that we came along way to go to this specific café, we were pretty disappointed to find that the store wasn't open like it said online. We had called the day earlier, and the store answered the phone with no problem. So we decided to go get food and maybe come back hoping that they would be open then. Unfortunately to find out that two hours later their doors were still not open with nothing addressing it online. Me and my girlfriend decided to go to another cyber café in town which ended up being quite nice. Actually out of curiosity we decided to call after we were done at the other café just to see if they had opened, after all or not. Our surprise, the man that runs the café did answer, and I questioned why he had an opened the store when they had listed that their hours were from 10 AM. His response to our disappointment made no sense and basically made an excuse and said that sometimes they get tired and there's a lot of people so they quote "don't open the doors" . In my opinion, a business should always either put a sign out if they're going to be open late or let the guests know that they're not gonna be opening that day instead of making it a huge inconvenience to the people that do go out of their way, especially travel to go to a place like this. Can't go back to this place unfortunately. Came in and was treated like garbage by the employee working there. Left without paying. Used some slang in talking to him that he didn't like...and that set the tone for the rest of the exchange. Went there to work on a game I'm developing because I love working in Cybercafes. I didn't know there policies or even if working there was allowed. After I learned about buying passes, etc., I said I'd buy a day pass, and apologized for using the word he didn't like. That's on me. But, I was basically told that the place wasn't a coffee shop with free internet, nor, in his words, even after I apologized, told what I said was insulting and that his place wasn't some flea market. At that point, I thanked him for his time and left. Sucks, since this place is closer to me than Calibear, which I go to frequently, spend a ton of money at when I go there (and I know the owner, employees are super cool). But, from now on, sticking with Guildhouse and that place. I probably would have come back to this place over and over again and spent plenty of dough, but unfortunately, it's kind of out of the question at this point. Don't think I've been spoken to like that at any business before. As a game developer who loves working at Cybercafes and finding community with other gamers, it was disappointing. =/ read more

I came in earlier today to play some games with my friend and had a pretty bad experience. The customer service was bad and it made me feel uneasy playing here. Everything was fine up. We gave him our numbers, paid $27 for 3 hours each, and went to a desk to play. It was good until my friend could not log in. I went up to the desk to troubleshoot what was going on and the guy with the long hair (probably the owner) essentially blamed my friend not being able to log in on me???? He said I gave him the wrong number (??? Why would we give you our wrong number?) and he said he repeated both our numbers back to us but we do not have any memory of him doing so. He also said I gave him the wrong number (my friends number which I do not know) as login. I asked if you could pull up the number that we put in and he said no, then he went on about how he couldn't give us more time due to him losing money. $13?? I was confused at this point. We didn't get to play anything and already had a bad experience. This was ridiculous but I literally did not want to deal with it so we just paid for another three hours. Oh and as we left, we said thanks (to try to end on a good note) and he just looked at us and we left. read more

Pricing is $5/hr, $13/3 hrs. They have snacks and drinks and also a pool table at their place. It is dark and their PCs are nice. Sanitized stations, I'm not sure, but definitely clean and tidy. The internet cut out once during our trip, and all of our 4 stations of computers got into technical issues which took away from our hour. Other than that, everything was fine.
