My kids absolutely love claw machines, so when Clawmoji opened, we knew we had to check it out. We visited on July 4th and, surprisingly, were the only customers there. Pricing was $20 for 23 tokens, plus a $1 service fee. Between my husband and our two kids, we managed to win just one small hamster plush--about half the size of my palm. While the employee was kind enough to reposition the prizes into what looked like easier spots, the claw itself felt very weak, and the payout seemed extremely low. Even after multiple attempts, my kids still walked away empty-handed and pretty disappointed. Unfortunately, this just wasn't a fun experience for our family, and we won't be returning. One thing worth mentioning is that Clawmoji offers five free tokens in exchange for leaving a Yelp or Google review. I'm not saying that's the reason for the high ratings, but it's something potential customers should be aware of when reading reviews. At least we got one souvenir out of the visit... and honestly, my expression leaving Clawmoji looked exactly like the little hamster we won. read more

I just stumbled across this claw machine arcade and it was fun! I'm a sucker for plushies and I believe it doesn't matter what age you are. The attendant was super nice. If you sign up for free for their rewards program, you get $5 your first play. It costs $10 for 10 coins. And you put in one coin for a play on the claw machine. The plushies aren't easy to get in my experience but I came away with one. It's just fun and today I needed something light like this. Parking is easy in this plaza and it's right around the corner from Baskin Robbin's. read more

This is an adorable little place located next to Baskin Robbin's on Aborn. The manager / staff was really friendly and looked genuinely excited that we visited. If we weren't in a rush we could probably get a good 30 minutes of fun trying to win prizes. The cotton candy maker machine was not working at the time of our visit. I will say that I do think they could add more to it. Not sure if an arcade, or TV, would do it but something is missing. At any rate, my 6 and 9 year olds thought it was a cool place and we plan to stop by again. read more

Hate to give a small business a low rating, but this place was just ok. It's a smaller store, with not that many claw machines. Also the prizes weren't that great, not a lot of selection or cute ones. I personally wouldn't bother trying for the "bigger" plush cause the claws were pretty weak, no grip at all on the bigger ones. Even with the smaller plush keychains, claws were kinda weak. Token price is a dollar a play. Which wasn't bad to me considering I signed up for their newsletter and got $5 off, but they do charge a $1 fee for every transaction. They also give 5 free token if you leave a yelp or google review (do with that information what you will). The staff there was nice and friendly though. I probably won't be back unless there is a better selection. read more

Very disappointed with the claw machines here. I spent about $40 and only managed to win one small plushie, which is an extremely poor payout ratio. I even spent 13 coins on a single machine without getting any payout at all. The claws felt very weak and seemed unable to hold prizes consistently. I understand claw machines are games of chance, but the payout rate here feels far too low for the amount of money spent. I'll be taking my business elsewhere to places where the machines are better maintained and offer a fairer chance of winning. The only positive part of my experience was the employee working that day, who was friendly and helpful. That's the reason this review gets 1 star instead of 0. Unfortunately, the machines themselves were a huge disappointment. read more
