Swimming pools were mostly heated/warm/grand/much larger in size than expected. Indoors and outdoors looked great. I'm impressed with this company/gym brand. They take pride in what they do here. Yes, it's not cheap for monthly membership, but there's good value here. Two story building. Membership representative is helpful and resourceful. You can find all kinds of classes and exercise activities upstairs. Loved the cycling/spinning room with large screen too. Amazing place. For an extra $50 per month on top of membership fees, the Recovery area looks most attractive/my favorite. Cryolounge, compression therapy, float therapy, red light therapy, cold therapy, and more! Perfect sauna inside and all the machines are high tech/new/clean/well managed. Not bad for not having to drive elsewhere for recovery services. Women's locker room toilets need better cleaning/managing. It was a mess inside during morning hours. Overall, locker room looks fantastic and very functional. Kids area is separate. So far so good. Great impression, other than the high fees/costs and 30 days advance membership cancellation notice may keep people wondering. They only accept month to month payments. Great place not far from foods/restaurants/walkable. Looks like a fun place to workout.

I ordered the "Super Antioxidant Cup," which is supposed to include bananas and fresh berries, but nothing in the bowl appeared fresh. It seemed like some type of juice was used to blend it, and I didn't see any fresh or frozen fruit being added. The "bananas" were actually banana chips. Paying $11 for something made with what felt like fake or misleading ingredients was very disappointing. Definitely not what I expected.

I personally just buy the day passes here and come during the weekend every so often, and stay all day (since they have in n out privileges) to make my pass worth it. I remember the good old days when day passes were just $25, but now it is $40! A bit too much for me, if you are looking for a free court with good opponents, you can play at Mitchell park in Palo Alto. Also, during rainy days is very busy so be mindful of that if you are coming because you can't play outside for free, because everyone else has the same idea! Other than that, when I do come to the hub, I always get good games in when I play in the higher skill levels

Dipti was able to meet with us in person and also by email to go over all the details. Dipti also provided a timeline which allowed for us to simply enjoy the event. Our event was for approximately 100 people which included players and spectators. For some of the people, it was their first time playing pickleball and for others it was there first time playing at the Hub. All of the details were taken care of, even some that we did not even consider. In the end, we had a great time and everyone continues to talk about the experience and memories that were made that day. Thanks Dipti and the Hub for making this day GREAT!

Today when I brought my son in, they said I can't sit on the tables to work as I am not a member. So basically I am sitting at the entrance, there is no charger plug for my computer and I can't use the bathroom. When I asked Gary in membership if an email had been sent to parents to inform them of this new rule, I was told no and that it is a new rule being enforced since 5/1. I drive across town to bring my son to the camp however where am I supposed to go while he is in camp. I am so angry at the price point that I am paying. This is just wrong and extremely bad business. I am very upset and angry. I would like a refund for the camp so I can take him out and not have to come in from next week. Shame on you! I can't respond to your reply so am responding here. My husband who has the primary membership sent you an email the same time I wrote this yelp review and guess what - you responded to this review but NOT to his email. Says a lot for your business practice. #shameful and #deceitful

I give Bayclub an extra star for the mirrors in the class areas. Those gym mirrors provide the illusion that I'm 1 to 2" taller and slimmer without a workout! The floor plan seems confusing, odd gaps and choppy. More efficient flow would be ideal to connect the areas better. Plenty of parking when it's not busy:)

I've been a part of Bay Club Fremont and Santa Clara for just under a year…read more I decided to jump ship from 24 hour fitness because I got tired of the lack of cleanliness there. I do feel like this is a step up (although it's also a lot more expensive), but I do feel like there are opportunities for improvement here. On some days, parking can be difficult to find, especially during rush hour time. Some areas of the gym look older than others and the overall layout is strange to me. There's multiple, sectioned off areas with different workout machines, so depending on what you decide to work out on, you migrate to that specific room. I personally like a more open layout floor plan, but the building isn't designed that way. I feel like some guests don't pick up after themselves and often find the men's steam room trashed. Lockers are big and for the most part pretty clean. I feel like more regular sweeping, cleaning, and wiping down of surfaces would be nice. Showers are nice and there is complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. In the restrooms you can find everything you need to shave, Q-tips, hair dryers, lotion, etc. The towel service is definitely nice and convenient. Complimentary coffee and tea before 11am is also a bonus. The recovery room is one of my favorite areas. It's nice for a post workout hydro massage. Equipment is usually in good condition. Overall, I enjoy my membership and try to make the most out of it. Honestly, if Equinox was closer to where I lived I would probably pay the premium to go there, but Bay Club is closer to where I live so it will do for now.

Occasionally you will have a couple people who come into this league knowing how to play volleyball but are there anyways for a ego boost. If you are new to volleyball, read here. Yes this league may be a good starting point as it's very beginner level play, it's good for work teams and meeting new people. But you won't want to be here for long. There are the occasional try-hards that will come into the league to feel good about themselves by hitting hard and running plays on a net that's lower than women's height. Another downside is that some of these players think they can play but in fact they are very dangerous and make it very unsafe. Landing under the net and causing ankle sprains when you block is very common here. So play smart, watch out for others. If you have some volleyball experience and understand the game, read here. This league is very poorly ran. You have one ref that does not understand the rules of volleyball. No calls are made, clear doubles where the ball is spiraling, crazy players who jump and land under the net, players touching the net and lifts. You call your own lines, so in and out calls are all on you and the other team. The ref literally is there to just blow the whistle for serve and then flip the score. They dont even have anyone setting up the nets for you as well, so you need to set it up yourself. The net is literally lower than womens height. So if you're here playing with some new friends who are learning to play, have some integrity to play to the level of others and be safe. I played in this league before it became Zog (Dynamic sports) id say it has changed but not for the better. Same stuff as it was 5-6 years ago. If you are looking for some better play there are other leagues out there. Campbell Community center used to have a good one they may or may not still be running. Then there's IVL if you're looking for competitive play. Zog by far is the most expensive league and the total amount of games you play in the season is less then all these other leagues I mentioned. So if you're factoring bang for your buck. Zog is definitely not that.

Anyway, their customer service is also bad and it's disappointing given their high price tag, which is usually 50 or 60% higher than the local city run leagues for usually 33% less games.
