You can find all kinds of classes and exercise activities upstairs. Loved the cycling/spinning room with large screen too. Amazing place. For an extra $50 per month on top of membership fees, the Recovery area looks most attractive/my favorite. Cryolounge, compression therapy, float therapy, red light therapy, cold therapy, and more!
