Every time I go in there, not a single person greets me or says "we'll be right with you", they look at you for a second as if they're annoyed and do not say a word until they feel like it. Today I went in to get the raspberry cheesecake and it says served chilled. It was warm and mushy, and the whipped cream looked like it was spooned on and looked so sloppy and messy, I thought it was cottage cheese and tasted like cheesecake mousse! Saw TikTok was full of these cookies and just happened to be in the Dublin area and decided to try it. It is $4.99 for a single cookie. The place is very clean and you can see how they make the cookies. Order from the kiosk. Not many choices. I got the 4 cookies in a box for $20. These cookies are pretty and very Instagram-able but they are way too sweet for my tasting. My daughters usually can take sweets and they said too sweet for them too. First time trying crumbl and what a disappointment. Cookies: the most dry, stale, overly sweet cookies. Chocolate chip was not moist and tasted grainy, the waffle cookie tasted like I was eating straight butter, and the lemon cookie was basically inedible. Customer service: extremely subpar. The chocolate chip cookie came exactly as pictured and when I ask the girl working to switch it out for me she said "it just comes like that". It looks like someone had held it and imprinted their finger on it. The waffle cookie's slab of butter was basically falling out. I always get the 4/6pk and split it with my family! It's hard to eat one all to yourself since the cookies are huge and thick! Make sure you get a glass of milk or an ice coffee to pair up with them! It is not just a cookie, for me it is more of like a dessert. I am not sure about other locations, but this one too small, a max of 3 people can stand inside. We need to order at the kiosk on the right hand side and it was pretty straight forward. I just ordered 1 cookie and but I saw many people ordering big boxes. I would suggest to order it through mobile app as it is faster and can earn points. I ordered chocolate milk, this one is a cold one. It is more than a cookie and tasted really good. They have zero customer service via the app, but take 95% of their orders via app. For customer service they tell you to call the store, but they never, NEVER, answer the phone. They routinely mess up orders and there is no resolution. Way too expensive, as cookies go, to deal with getting the wrong order. Okay, so I have 13 yo twins and one of them has been relentless about visiting this place. He can't wait for the Livermore location to open up so he can work there and eat cookies - the wages sound really great right now at 13 so time will tell if he actually works here in a few years LOL. I've dropped it to a 4 because there is no gluten free option and the music was so loud inside we had a hard time hearing the sweet gal that took our order. It's probably a more exciting environment to work in with loud music? or they can't hear it as well in back making the cookies? I'm not sure why it had to be that loud.. On to the good part.. the COOKIES! You do get a better deal if you buy more, so almost $5 per cookie, hmmm.. maybe, I mean there were warm and fresh and my kids want to go back. All hype no substance. $4-$5 per bland cookie. When you get there you can either order from a person or order through their tablet. Seems to be ostenous since it's just cookies. All you do is get a cookie put in box, not rocket science. Technology to bypass face to face interaction is unnecessary. Since it was my first time here I got 6 cookies. I got a snickerdoodle, 2 of the chocolate silk, chocolate chip, peanut butter and a sugar. Very big and dense cookies. The chocolate silk is not a cookie, it was essentially a tart. Definitely does not keep up well. I think even after 2 hours the cookie was soggy. So you basically have to chill the cookie to keep it from going bad. And it was very bland. All the other cookies were just so basic. Located in a plaza so there is a lot of parking spaces. Heavily overpriced for basically mundane cookies. Way to maximize on American capitalism and people who will just eat whatever is hipster. read more

This is just for this experience only-- Door dashed the new "minis" a dozen and really wanted to like them but the majority had the consistency of raw dough and nothing like a cookie or nothing like the regular sized cookies, which I have ordered in the past with no issue. We tried-- even picked at other cookies to see if they were any better but they were not. That said, I reached out to ask if they might give a refund since we didn't eat the majority of them. We tried, but they just were not edible. And although they were understanding, I was told that unless you return the entire box with the entire dozen you cannot be refunded which is very unfortunate... lesson learned. read more
