At this point, what is the purpose of having a phone line if employees are just going to pick up and hang up on customers or leave them sitting on hold without ever coming back? I was trying to place an order for eight people, and instead I'll be taking our business across the street to The Breakfast Club. Denny's is losing loyal customers because of experiences like this. I really hope management reviews who was working during this time and addresses the situation with the staff.
