The staff were friendly, attentive, and our food came out in about 15 min. The restaurant was also very clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. My family and I visited Monica's on a Sunday during lunch with a party of six (2 adults and 4 kids). It wasn't very crowded, but we still waited about 20 minutes to be seated. To make matters worse, they were out of chicken tenders something we were counting on with kids in our group so that was already a bit disappointing from the start. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. Our food took over an hour to arrive. When it finally came out, the burger was both cold and not at all cooked. After taking a bite, he initially thought the texture was from the lettuce, but quickly realized the center of the Beyond Burger was still frozen. We waited another 20 minutes hoping the issue would be resolved, but by then he had completely lost his appetite. In the end, we paid and left without finishing the meal. Walked up to the hostess stand to be seated and the young woman working it did not even say hello to us, Just basically looked at us like "what do you want?!"
