We drive by this restaurant all the time. Thank goodness it was CINCO DE MAYO and we found the great reviews on yelp. Best , most authentic Mexican food ever. We split the mixed fajitas and it was plenty. The tortillas are hand made and the margaritas the best. We will be back!!!

Stopped in again after many years. When they first opened, the food was really good--unfortunately, not the case today. I came for lunch around 2:30 pm and was seated promptly. The restaurant wasn't busy, plenty of open tables. I ordered iced water and was given a menu. Since it was Taco Tuesday ($1 off street tacos), I asked the waitress if their crispy tacos were like a Taco Bell hard shell or the deep-fried type with meat inside (where you open the shell to add salsa). She replied, "Not like Taco Bell." I ordered two crispy tacos and a side house salad with 1000 Island dressing. When the food arrived, the tacos were exactly like Taco Bell--freshly fried, but still not what I was expecting. I was looking for something closer to a Jack in the Box-style fried taco, only better. Sadly, these were nothing special. The side salad was $8.95, very small, and came with just a few slices of cucumber and cherry tomatoes--more like a $4.75 salad. Overall, the food was disappointing compared to my first visit years ago. Sadly, I won't be coming back.

Food was solid! Not mind-blowing but solid. We tried the molcajete and enchiladas divorciadas. The molcajete was pretty good and I loved the chicken in the red sauce. The beef was a little tough though. I wish it came with avocado like the other times I've had molcajete elsewhere but maybe I'm ignorant and that they intentionally don't put avocado or something lolol. The meat options for enchiladas were chicken, beef, or cheese and I chose beef, which ended up being a tad dry. I went on Father's Day and they had a trio walking around and taking song requests. Not sure if they always have this but it was super fun and I loved it! Service was a little spotty and slow at times but I could really tell they were doing their best. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

Ok so after scouring the menus of all of the other Taco places in Livermore, this place had mushroom tacos as well as zucchini/corn tacos. It's so rare to find vegetarian tacos! Let me tell you, my husband said he would order these in the future instead of carne asada!! So flavorful, textures on point. Super happy :) The guacamole was good and the churros were just ok. The chips and salsa were fresh and great. Modelo on draft....what more can you ask for? I'll be checking out their happy hour next time!

Always so good here Bean dip, ground been and fish tacos today. We always leave so full but everything we order has always been good. They also have a bucket of beers for $30.

Stopped by after a day of shopping at the outlets. Cute little spot right off the freeway, that's situated in a small plaza. There was plenty of parking at 2. We were greeted with a big smile by the staff and seated right away. Everything was very clean and sleek. What we ordered: -Enchilada Al poblano w/ rice and beans- 9/10 I ordered one enchilada (but does come in a 2order) and it was real good l. I was thinking poblano sauce like the pepper but the waitress was kind to explain it was mole de chocolate(that's how I know it as sorry lol), and it was perfect. I will admit a lot more sauce would've been nice because it's my favorite mole sauce with rice and beans but overall still really good. -Quesibirrias plate w/ consomé - 9/10 they did not skimp out on the meat! So yummy and the consomé just hit it right. -Molcajete de mariscos- 10/10 Holy smokes was this packed with everything seafood. My husband ordered this, but I had to try. It had mussels, shrimp(medium& prawn), crab legs, & fried fish, all layered with a yummy red sauce and served with a side of rice, beans, and fresh tortillas. The food was delish and I highly recommend stopping by. I will be back to try their pastries because we had our eye on fried bananas & mango mousse!

Quesabirria was so good! Worth the stop back from SF.

Searched a restaurant in Livermore. And this restaurant popped up. Decided to stop here. We were pleasantly surprised. The food and margaritas were delicious. We will stop here again.

Leather seating and small tables where you can relax and meet up with friends. Our server was friendly who checked on us periodically. Their menu has an interesting blend of choices. They even offer deviled eggs that I hear are pretty spectacular. We ordered the Thai chicken salad and fish tacos. The salad looked quite good and my friend enjoyed it very much. The tacos are on petite, single shells with a piece of fish, avocado and cabbage slaw on each. I happily ate every bite. A side salad would have enhanced this dish. I wish I had ordered an appetizer, like the deviled eggs or brussels sprouts, as it would have rounded out my lunch well and it would have been more filling. I noticed a steady flow of people coming and going. It was a relaxed atmosphere and we were not rushed out by any means. I hadn't seen my friend in person for at least a year so it was nice to sit and just chat in a calm environment. Located directly across First Street from Sauced. This place is another positive addition to downtown Livermore.

The Wife and I have been there for a couple of Flapper Fridays, which is speakeasy night. Some drinks of that ilk can be too sweet for me, since the original speakeasies were using fruit juice or whatever to mask the awful booze they had available. But you can also order off menu. The first time we went, I ordered a carrot cake that was fantastic. The second time, we ordered bites, including a pizza flatbread, golden potatoes with different accompaniments, and of course another cheesecake. Yes, I got here on a Saturday with no reservations. I definitely understood having to wait under those circumstances and I was okay with that. I was told it would be 20 minutes. What I want to focus on is that we were the next group to be seated. There was only two of us. Another group with 4 people walked in about 15 min later after us with no reservations but they were seated almost immediately. The hostess did not acknowledge us nor said anything. Awhile after that I counted 3 different groups leaving - a tota of 8 people. We waited patiently and kept waiting thinking we would be seated. 20 minutes slowly pass by, then another 5, then another 5.. I looked over and saw two tables completely empty. I was literally outside the door after about 45inutes and my phone buzzed. Come to find out that they had 3 open tables available the entire time. The decor is tiki themed along with the drinks however the music playing in the background was jazz. Not sure how that fits the theme. Also, the drinks averaged about $20 and small bites and desserts ranged from $13-$20. I'm torn about wanting to return here.

We ordered three small plates : whipped feta, cumin lamb mintu, and smoked Duroc pork belly. The cocktail was really good. We liked the whipped feta with warm bread a lot. We felt neutral about the lamb dumplings but pretty sad about the Duroc pork belly. The pork belly arrived last. The plate came with six tiny pieces of pork belly which looked very dry, burnt and shrunk. It was pretty hard to chew especially the crust. I didn't find it enjoyable in any way. I asked our server if it was supposed to be this way. And she said yes, crispy outside and juicy inside. Since it was burnt and overcooked, there was nothing soft or pleasant in the inside part left to chew either. I felt it had no flavor. For $ 22 plus tax and tip, we hoped to enjoy it better than what we received. We were not offered any remedy to the dish and felt a little awkward after we brought it up to our server. The interior was a nice set up. Not too loud but a little low on the lighting. We kicked things off with the hush puppies. They were crispy, hot, and really good... then the cinnamon butter entered the chat. I appreciate the creativity, but my brain couldn't decide if I was eating an appetizer or breakfast toast. Good hush puppies though. The crispy Brussels sprouts were fantastic. I've had a similar version with lemon at Station 16, so I found myself wanting to grab a lemon wedge out of habit. That said, they were still delicious and disappeared quickly. My cousin ordered the Salisbury steak and absolutely loved it. It was cooked perfectly, tender, and full of flavor. My other cousin had the New York steak and said they nailed the temperature and seasoning. I ordered the Bourbon Chicken, and the flavors were outstanding. My only tiny complaint is the sauce. It was so generous that my mashed potatoes eventually surrendered and became mashed potato soup. I'd still order it again because the flavor was worth it but maybe ask for the sauce on the side. My son had the Southwest Salad and cleaned the bowl, which is about as close to a Michelin star as a parent can give. The service was friendly, the food came out looking as good as it tasted, and everyone at the table genuinely enjoyed their meal. It was very busy, and we had to wait approximately 20 minutes to get a table. Once seated, it took our server another 10 minutes just to come over and take our order. They were clearly low on staff, but to their credit, the staff members were definitely friendly despite the rush. The food quality varied quite a bit across our table: The highlight of the meal was the Blackened Atlantic Wild Salmon, which my wife ordered. It was served over Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and roasted seasonal organic vegetables, all topped with a lemon, butter, caper, and white wine sauce. This dish was an absolute 5/5--perfectly executed. I ordered the 14 oz New York Steak with scalloped potatoes and charred organic seasonal vegetables, topped with cowboy butter. I asked for it medium-well and really enjoyed the steak, giving it a solid 4/5. My friend ordered Mama's Crispy Tacos (two chicken and one potato), which came with cotija, lettuce, avocado, crema, and pico de gallo, served alongside a spicy green salsa and pinto bean smash. They rated this a good 4/5. On the flip side, my friend also tried the Grilled Baja Prawn Tacos. Served on flour tortillas over a bed of mixed greens with pineapple salsa and chipotle sauce, this dish really lacked flavor and was a disappointing 2/5. We also started with the Seasonal Mixed Greens salad, which came with green apple slices, candied pecans, seasonal berries, and a white balsamic vinaigrette on the side. This was just okay, landing at a 3/5. Overall, Maple Street Eatery is a decent place for brunch or lunch. If the service becomes more efficient and a few of the food items are improved to match the quality of the salmon and steak, we would definitely make this a regular spot to visit.

Range Life was one of those discoveries, and it turned out to be one of the best dining experiences I've had in years. I started with the Halibut Crudo, followed by the Sonoma Coast Ling Cod, and finished with the Milk & Honey dessert. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. The Halibut Crudo was fresh, delicate, and perfectly balanced. The Ling Cod was cooked flawlessly and paired with ingredients that complemented rather than competed with the fish. Then came the Milk & Honey dessert. Without question, it was the best dessert I've ever had. And that's saying something because I've enjoyed some incredible desserts over the years. The textures, flavors, and creativity came together in a way that was unforgettable. It wasn't just dessert--it was an experience. I don't particularly enjoy dining alone, but the food was so exceptional that it didn't matter. From the first course to the last spoonful, every dish had its own personality. The restaurant was lively and energetic, the service was attentive, and the entire experience felt intentional from start to finish. Some meals fill your stomach. Others create a memory. This one did both. I'll absolutely be back.
