Wow. I cannot say enough about how amazing the tasting menu is at Sabio on main. One of my favorite meals I have EVER had. I'm still thinking about it a month later!!! This meal was so unique, fresh, and thoughtful. The scallops were one of my all time favorites. A must must must try!!!

Sabio on Main surprisingly was really good. We loved the French onion meatballs and the salad we ordered. The oysters were just okay -- a little too small for my liking, and the vinaigrette didn't really stand out. But our main dishes definitely made up for it. We both enjoyed our meals, and the cocktails were on point. It's a small restaurant, so I highly recommend making reservations ahead of time.

We stopped by their patio recently to grab a drink. They were super sweet to our dog. My drink - a tequila cocktail, was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be again to try the food and more drinks!

Olives, saffron risotto. A happy man.

Had a great time. We had 2 dishes here that almost brought a tear to my eye. The Wagyu meatballs felt like my Dutch Oma's meatballs that I was just telling my husband earlier today i thought i would never taste again. The very next dish was the saffron risotto that tasted like my husband arabic mothers Mensef. My husband and I travel the world and a meal has never made us emotional. The Chef of this meal deserves a michelin star.

Excellent food. We were able to get reservations, but when we arrived there were plenty of seats. Ambiance is nice. There are quite a few wines dotting the back walls. We found out the item my nephew wanted was out of season (the clam chowder), so we'll have to come back. We tried the Caramelized Cauliflower, Brandt Beef Prime Brunch Burger, Tri-Tip Steak Sandwich, and the "Graceland" Belgian Waffle. The waffle was different, hence the subtraction of a star. Overall it was very good. We definitely should try and come back for dinner. There's plenty of street parking and a few lots in the area.

5 stars for the vegan pozole verde. Server was very kinda, but had too many tables to be as attentive as needed. Atmosphere can kinda seem stuffy. So overall, can only rate 4 stars.

Loved my experience at Sabio, it's no surprise they're Michelin-recognized. Their whole philosophy centers on hyperseasonality and sourcing locally. When I spoke with the owner and chef, he explained how every dish is rooted in California's farms, ranches, and fisheries, with the menu constantly evolving to highlight what's freshest. The ambiance is warm and classy, with plenty of seating options. I loveddd the wine wall and bar. Small plates: The pork belly was incredible. Fried fresh, crisp on the outside yet melt-in-your-mouth tender, marbled with just the right amount of fat. (It goes through a two day brine and is slow cooked overnight.) It paired beautifully with sweet melon and a caramel fish sauce. Truly amazing. The tomato & pluot salad felt SO summer and highlighted their seasonality. The tomatoes are from KJ Orchards, with puffed quinoa, edible flowers, and marigolds that brought out the sweetness. Mains: The Brentwood corn agnolotti (inspired by elote) was veryyy creamy and sweet, a fun take on a classic. However, the cedar plank Mt. Lassen trout was my highlight. Smoky, rich but light, with a lovely pink tinge from being raised in pure mountain runoff water. Smoked fresh on cedar planks and served with butter beans and basil pesto. The lion's mane mushroom pozole verde was hearty, tangy, and completely vegan. Mushrooms sourced locally from a boutique mushroom shop in Tracy! Dessert: We ended with the chocolate profiteroles, and the sweet corn & blackberry sundae with cornbread. Loveddd the richness of the chocolate, and the sundae was such a fun mix of seasonal produce (and the cornbread crumble was incredible). Sabio captures the best of seasonal California cooking, and has lovely food and service... very worth it.

Had their tasting menu. It came with 3 seasonal canapés (1 per person). The pork belly canapé might've been my my favorite part of the entire meal. My least favorite was probably the salad. It had bits of bitterness to it which I don't care for but my friend really liked it! Upgraded to the wagyu instead of the prime rib and although it was tasty, my friend said the prime rib was actually more tender so maybe pass on the upgrade? I didn't try her prime rib since I was stuffed. I liked the persimmon apple crumble although I couldn't really taste the persimmon. Their tea selection was a bit skimpy at the end of the night and didn't have any herbal teas. They found some chamomile in the back. Service was great for our party of 9. Ambiance is great for date night. Not too loud so you can actually have a conversation.

We enjoyed our meal here, but didn't think it was entirely worth the price. However, the ambiance was quite nice and classier than your typical downtown Pleasanton establishment. The pork belly was probably my favorite dish out of the bunch, and the saffron risotto. The pork chop however was not as flavorful as I'd hoped, and for $41 it didn't feel super worthwhile. Also, we had a conversation with a very confident server recommending us wines that all rieslings were sweet, which is decidedly untrue. He was very earnest and friendly, but I definitely lost a bit of trust in the wine recommendation process.

After dining at the "Michelin star restaurant", we had to eat our cake outside.

We came here for a birthday dinner - 7 of us. We were all excited because it was a place most of us hadn't been to. My friend, the organizer: had called ahead - twice - and asked if she could bring a cake for my birthday. The person said yes - both times - and said they would waive the cutting fee if she bought one dessert. My friend bought a nice dessert from a nearby bakery and brought it in. Our waiter Ezekiel was arrogant from the start. He shamed my friend for asking for a drink she prefers with her health issues - "they only serve craft cocktails." He told us most people order the 6 course tasting menu. We decided to order off of the main menu, and he balked every time we ordered appetizers or entrees saying we needed to order more. It was clear he was trying to up the bill, yet we had leftovers at every course. And our service was terrible. Our waters were empty until the very end. No steak knife for the steak. Glaring when my friend dropped her napkin. Really no check-ins except to try to get us to order more. And the crazy thing was, the restaurant was half empty - it wasn't like they were super busy. Just seemingly trying to milk the few customers they had. Then it came for the celebration cake. He huddles with the stare and said the person my friend talked to was not a manager, who, by the way, we never met once, and that we now had to buy two desserts to waive the cutting fee. We asked if we could buy a couple of dessert martinis from the dessert menu instead, as we clearly weren't hungry with all of our leftovers. He huddles with the staff again - so awkward as we could see them all talking - and 10 minutes later says we have to buy two martinis plus a dessert for them to cut our cake. I told my friend we had wasted enough time, and she asked for the cake back. Picture is of the cake dropped off at our table. Happy to ruin a birthday celebration and risk bad reviews so they didn't have to cut our cake I guess. They added 20% gratuity to the bill and were fine knowing we were unhappy with the service. Most of the food was delicious. Hence two instead of one star. The lamb pasta was a standout as was the burrata and arugula salad and ricotta toast. The risotto was under cooked and fishy, and the steak was tough - or maybe that's just because we had to cut it with a butter knife. There was another waiter serving tables by us, with parties ordering tea instead of high cost drinks and single course meals, and he seemed to be attentive and friendly. My friend had him before, and she had a wonderful experience. I guess we just had a bad run with a rude waiter and passive manager. We had our cake on the Starbucks tables in front of Sabio. We ended the night with smiles because at the end of the day, it's all about the company you're with.

Wow! Where to start?? Our server Richard was the best, he took great care of us. We came here for happy hour to celebrate my husband's birthday but opted to go all out and get the Chef's Tasting Menu and the Vegetarian Menu... The sangrias were refreshing on a super hot day, the Raz and Rye was good, we enjoyed the Pom-arita it wasn't too sweet- just right, but the Aztec Smoked Cider was our favorite cocktail. HH oysters were great as usual. The Seasonal Canapes were lovely appetizers. My husband loved his chefs tasting menu but said he'd order my vegetarian menu any day, the eggplant ravioli was SO RICH AND DELICIOUS! But the green Thai curry was the best Thai curry I've ever had, and I've had a lot. The dessert was fantastic, I was so full but I devoured it haha. I don't recommend getting appetizers before your tasting menu unless you want leftovers- but boy was I happy to have leftovers the next day haha! 20% gratuity is added to the bill if you get a tasting menu but the staff deserved more, so we left additional tip for the wonderful service. Arriving with happy hour expectations and leaving with a 5 star full on dining experience was a fun deviation. My husband was super happy with his bday dinner and our spontaneous tasting choice.

We ordered oxtails raviolis, the halibut, deviled eggs and Dungeness crab roll, needless to say we ordered each plate twice. Very unexpected, we shared plates and enjoyed everything we had to run it back... service was attentive and can't wait to revisit so that I can sit outside once the weather warms up Lastly, great playlist!!!

Do you waive corkage if you purchase a bottle off of your wine list?

Hi, Martha. Thank you for the question. We no longer waive corkage with purchase.

    What is the corkage fee?

$25 per 750mL bottle, maximum of 3 bottles. $15 per $750mL bottle if the winery is located in the TriValley. Thank you for your question.

Do you have wine pairings available? What is the selections for the Baby Blue Eyed Menu?

Do they have any vegetarian options available? The menu on the website does not seem to call these out,

Do they have any gluten free dishes? Or, are they gluten free friendly?

Absolutely yes. Depending on the menu, at least 6 options and as many as 10. They are very accommodating. And the excellent wine list is completely gluten free!

In-house we haven't had much issue, but I don't know what's going on with door dash/delivery orders. Almost every time, there's an issue. My littles absolutely love the mini corn dogs, and even though the listing says "with fries" they've suddenly stopped delivering with fries for the past few months ( and don't allow customer notes.) It's also a 50/50 chance the mini corn dogs will be dark and hard... I have a sensitive stomach with dietary restrictions, so I find great comfort that I can get the seared ahi tuna tacos while my husband enjoys a hamburger... but the last few orders have been so wrong. Once I was missing avocado, next I was missing the sauce, and this time my tuna was completely raw, not seared with hard jasmine rice and very tiny avocado slices. I always put input in to DoorDash, but I don't think it's getting to the restaurant... and it's reached a point where I feel like I have to leave this review and maybe find a new go to for quick family dinners. I enjoy visiting, the staff is always so kind and the kids like the back patio. Perfect vibe for a laid back dinner.. but why are the to-go orders so terrible suddenly? Absolutely heartbreaking.

We saw another table waiting to be serviced by him as well. Multiple workers walked by and just eyed each table but never offered help to the poor guy, therefore a few tables grew impatient. Cons: Soon as we walked in we were told it was going to be a 20-30 minute wait, not a problem. We gave them our phone number to alert us when our table was ready, so we found an area at the bar and sat down and waited. 45 minutes passed someone from our party wanted to see how much longer it would be. When asked how much longer, the host said they "didn't have our number to contact us". (Didn't make sense because we gave it to them soon as they asked us to have a seat to wait) They didn't bother to call for us like they were calling other people waiting for a table, they didn't want to walk around to find our party either. When they finally sat us down at a table, we noticed majority of the restaurant was empty (literally only 6-8 tables). Took us about 10 minutes to just get water for everyone (We were a table of 5 btw). Took over 20 minutes to take our order, took almost 30 minutes to get our order. Waited 15 minutes to get to go boxes and the tab. We came in around 7pm left around 9:45ish just to give an estimate of how long we were there for. As someone who had came here several times as they were a kid, to come as an adult for a quick visit to reminisce, it was a disappointment to say the least. Maybe next time I would go to another location to see if the service gets better.

When I jokingly asked the server if they could comp a dessert since a key part of the meal was missing, the response was: "We do not give away free things." No tact, no professionalism--just blunt and dismissive. The manager (K.C./Casey) was even worse--no apology, no accountability, no attempt to resolve anything. Just more attitude. The ambiance was dirty and excessively noisy, and several TVs appeared defective, displaying unnatural green skin tones that made viewing unpleasant. On top of that: dirty tables, inattentive staff, and unprofessional behavior that made the experience uncomfortable. Checked Yelp afterward, and the ~1.5-star rating makes sense. This is clearly a pattern, not a one-off. Second visit--and definitely the last.

The patio's a nice space, half-covered with fans, so it'll be great through summer. Service was attentive and fast, almost too fast. We ordered 2-3 apps and two entrees, and everything landed at once within 10-15 minutes. No real gap between courses, which meant no chance to actually finish the apps before the entrees showed up. But everything came out lukewarm, which was the main issue. The Brussels sprouts, meatball, and empanadas were all fairly tasty, but the meatball and empanada were room temp, which dulled the flavor. Same story with the entrees, chicken Milanesa and Lomo Saltado, both lukewarm. The Milanesa was thin, easy to eat, and the sauce worked well with it. The fries tasted frozen, not hand-cut, and on the Lomo Saltado the sauce made them soggy fast. Sauce itself ran a bit too salty. Steak in the Lomo Saltado was tender though, and generous on portion. Good space, good service energy, but the food execution needs work. Not somewhere I'd go out of my way to return to unless they fix the food temperature and the fries.

Very happy that I found INC 82 Brewing when I came out to Dublin, California for work. I was…read morelooking for a brewery that had food available and this fine establishment came up and it definitely did not disappoint. I first want to highlight the amazing Customer Service. I interacted with autumn, and Dazha, both of whom were very kind, attentive, and provided great recommendations. They provided excellent service. I did not have to wait very long at all to get a beer, or order any food. I was also appreciative that they were able to carry a conversation with me as a patron versus just treating me as someone who was impeding on their workday. Now, onto the beer. I enjoyed the No Tanlines IPA, & the Tropidank IPA. Both were phenomenal. Great taste profile, went down easy and not too heavy on the ABV. Those beers paired nicely with the food that I enjoyed. Speaking of food their menu is just the right size with the right amount of options. I didn't find it overwhelming because honestly nothing is worse than a large menu with excessive options especially at a brewery. Lastly, the ambience of the brewery was very enjoyable. It's just the right size, and they also have a rather eclectic music playlist that I particularly enjoyed and it seems that the Staff there enjoys it along with many of the other patrons. Overall, this establishment will be a place that I revisit again probably more than once during my time in Dublin California and it will certainly be my go to place for a post round of golf meal & beer(s).

I've been to INC 82 several times while visiting my sister-in-law in Dublin and I've had some mixed…read moreexperiences. The location and setting are nice with a shaded outdoor patio with extensive seating and a cozy feeling inside with tall tables and a nice bar. Service is a little spotty though. The last time I was there, I sat at the bar and noticed more of the staff dynamic than I've seen before. The bartender never once wiped down the bar top even though it was obviously covered in sticky spilled beer and bits of food. The staff were grumpy and didn't seem to be enjoying each other or serving people. One staff person complained about patrons and said they can either wait or order off the QR code...ouch. I got so tired of the bar vibe that I paid and took my beer outside to enjoy in peace. The beer selection seemed decent but I wasn't that impressed to think that I would frequent the place on future visits. They call themselves a brewery but I honestly didn't see any signs of brewing equipment and most of their beers were from other breweries. I'll give it another try but I might have to find a new beer spot.
