Went to this location with my cousin and my brother and it wasn't bad. We went for lunch last year and had a fun time getting the best use out of the lunch deals that Buffalo Wild Wings has to offer. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was good too. As this one had a unique vibe to it with its design and interior. When it comes to service that's where it could be improved. When we went it wasn't too busy but it seemed to take our waitress longer than it should've to get us refills on our drinks. Or to get our food when we were waiting for our meals. It also seemed to take longer than it should've for us to be seated too even though again the place was not very busy. The other criticism is the layout of the TVs as they're kind of placed at random which can make it frustrating to watch any game that is on. The worst experience I've ever had of unprofessionalism and lack of leadership from their so called manager. My boyfriend and I went for my birthday and the server came to ask if we wanted drinks without giving us the menu, but only asked my boyfriend and not me. I waited an extra 5 minutes before she came and took my drink order when I showed I wanted to redeem my FREE birthday wings which she said yes that they could do that. We already ordered separate meals as well around $100 worth of food and drink. Condiments on the table were empty, we asked for a bottle and never got it so I had to get up myself and go take it from someone else's table. We also had to ask for utensils but everyone around us had them already. The food was bad but our server came and asked how all the food was before I even received it to take a bite which I thought was pretty dumbfounded. When we got the bill, we asked why we were charged for the free wings and we were told the system was down to redeem it. I let them know I wouldn't have ordered it if I was informed that a free entree was not going to be free but was told "we can't comp it because it would look bad on us". Upon entry, behind the hostess area, there is an entry door leading into the kitchen. The employees were congregating there talking. We walked in. No one left the door way, she just stood there and told us there was open seating by the bar. Yes, I was expecting her to walk up to the counter, greet us, and point over to the bar area. There is a partition separating the dining areas.. As we went around the wall, there were EMPTY UNTURNED TABLES EVERYWHERE. I counted 7. And there were only 5 tables being serviced at the time. The place was EMPTY. Which is more of a reason for it to be clean. Instead, people were congregating by the kitchen. It took about 10min for the waitress to take our water order. One of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long while. My group of 8 went on 5/4, which was game 7 for the Warriors in the Western conference so the place was packed and rowdy. The food came out super quick at first, with most of our party getting theirs within 10 minutes. However my sister, her boyfriend and I sat waiting for our food for another 10-15 minutes. When I finally asked the waitress to check on our food as the rest of our party was almost done, she did not look pleased and said she would try to see. We waited another 5-10 minutes and then the rest of the food came out. I ordered the three pieces crispy tenders. Our waitress accidentally put in the naked tenders. Lot of things went bad here. We are a group of 8 that visited on 5/31/2026 evening around 7 PM. Girls at the front desk mentioned there is a mandatory 20% tip, we accept for it then only we will be seated. Since we are more than 6, assumed it is very common but did not appreciate being rude and told that way. After 10 min of waiting, our table was ready (BTW location was not fully booked either). Table we got was not clean, one chair has lot of stains and sauces on it making it very sticky. Had to ask multiple times to get it cleaned. We ordered and they messed up again - someone else's order came to us. No apologies by the girl that brought it. Another server Joseph came out quickly, apologized and fixed our order within reasonable amount of time. I am not sure what 3 other girls are doing - just hanging out at the front desk but not doing anything. With the mandated 20% tip, we expect to be treated better. For the service we got, they do not deserve any tip but only because of Joseph's quick remediation we tipped anyway. Owners of this location must pay attention to who they hire. read more

I placed a delivery order on 07/27 through the BWW App for boneless wings. Upon receipt, our entire order was incorrect. We received all bone in wings which my family does not and will not eat. I called the restaurant to notify them. Since they said they couldn't redeliver my order, I requested a refund. After arguing to get my money back and not just a food credit I was told it would take around 48 hours or so. I have followed up almost weekly, and still almost a month later I have not received my refund. I am pretty sure the store is just giving me the run around and hoping I drop it. When she brought our bill, she did the math completely wrong and charged us a mandatory 26% tip. This is completely unheard of and unacceptable. The server recommended the lunch special ($14) that comes with the fries and drink instead of paying the similar price for 10 wings straight up, thanks! The wings were kind of small, but well crispy to avoid being soggy from the sauce, another great recommendation for the bartender.
