We arrived during the brunch hours to enjoy a little lunch! Our server was great and gave us lots of recommendations and even let us get a taster before a full cup. I was looking forward to their BBQ waits but I had to wait about an hour since their dinner starts at 4pm AND LET ME TELL YOU, so worth the wait. The inside was very big and spacious with lots of seating and the perfect amount of outside light. I'll definitely be returning and they have a trivia night!

I was invited here by my older sister who wanted me to visit our cousin, normally I would not even look at a place like this but I was pleasantly suprised by how much I liked it. Our server was a great woman who was accommodating to my rash and compulsive need to ask stupid questions.... like, how many drinks can I order at once? The place was kind of empty, but I mean it was barely past noon so thats a good reason. Parking was abundant outside the place the inside was a big open area seating with a bar to sit at too. I only order three drinks and of course it being early I saw the POG Mimosa I've rarely had a bad Mimosa so if you have had a Mimosa it's a pretty easy drink. Refreshing and easy to consume but dangerous in large numbers. I got a Blackberry Cobble Mimosa next which wasn't as good as I'd heard it would be. It was kind of bitter and stronger than the previous mimosa. Lasltly I got a Strawberry Rubarb Mimosa which was my favorite of the bunch. I definitely like the sweet at first but then tarty after taste. I did not order food and I really wish I did, they have an avacado toast that I really want to get next time if I'm early again.

What a find! Amazing selection of craft beers. Service was great and the food even better. Beer cheese soup and sliders were awesome. If you are a fan of Mac and cheese, go to Bottle Taps!

I visited for my sister in laws Birthday on May 6, so I'm super behind on my review. I wanted to make sure to leave a 5 star though because the hostess and server (too long ago to remember names) were both spectacular women who really made my experience a 10/10. Having celiacs I called in advance and the hostess made sure I knew what I could eat and put a note in our reservation. Our server was so nice and personable and made me feel safe with my food choices. I wasn't sick the next day from cross contamination so I'm confident she informed kitchen staff of my needs. She felt with out party of 11 people with the ease of a professional. Everyone loved the food, classic pub fare and it was delicious and not overpriced. My pastrami baked potato was huge! And delicious. The reason my sister in law picked this spot is because they were having an event with the local animal shelter which was a bonus. The inside was really clean with high ceilings. Pretty busy when we were there so it's safe to say they're popular in the area too. Looking forward to visiting again.

Updated 6/28/2024 I came for the June mimosa flight and the newly added chef's hand pies. The chef's hand pie had a flaky crust, melted cheese, spices, and meat, combined together that made for a mouthwatering encounter on my palate. I forgot the name of the main meat ingredient but they were delicious. My friend had a different flavor and she said it was delightful. The June mimosa flavors were pina colada, strawberry guava, cherry limeade, and managonada. The flavors were citrusy, with hints of fruit flavor but it was too sweet. The establishment wasn't busy for a Sunday afternoon and our server was attentive and pleasant. They have a flavor of the month contest for their mimosas on Instagram and July's winning flavor is spicy watermelon debuting on July 6th, 2024. They have weekly events, such as karaoke, trivia, local musical artists, and fun interactive succulent classes. I look forward to trying the spicy watermelon next month.

I don't often trek to this side of Pleasanton, but I will for BottleTaps!! I am enticed by their daily specials, especially happy hour and brunch (bottomless mimosas!). Also curious about their balsamic cider cocktails :0 They're $10, which is a steal these days lol Pastrami Reuben Sandwich with Beer Cheese Chowder (Restaurant Week Deal for $15): This sandwich deserves its award so much. SO delicious with the Dijon mustard and heaps of pastrami. Mamamia. Chowder wasn't too decadent but it was definitely a lotttt of sodium today :P Pub Pretzel ($15): I think I've trained myself to expect Auntie Anne's quality whenever I eat a pretzel (which isn't bad), so when I bit down on the softest pretzel ever I was like !!! What is this!!! Just get it. Pour the side of bacon into the cheese dip. You're welcome. Definitely shouldn't gotten some greens because we were chugging water from all the salt, but WORTH IT! We got a hazy IPA which was excellent. Next time I'm going to take my time perusing their beer fridge!

Overall, it was a nice ambiance for friends gathering & has a large selection of draft beer/sour. We had a tri-vally special week menu, which comes with a small bowl of cheese chowder and Reuben sandwich. Flavors were good but too salty for my taste.

We love visiting local establishments with our friends to enjoy live music. On Saturday night, Bottle Taps hosted a wonderful local artist which is what brought our group out. We enjoyed tasty craft beers and wine along with good bar food. The service was excellent. The ambience is great--airy, spacious, and ample. We'll visit again when another band or musician we like visits.

Such a fun Saturday afternoon.. The staff was so friendly and helpful!! We happened in Oct 1.. which apparently is the first day they roll out their super fun new mimosa flights!! If you are looking for a fun atmosphere with super helpful staff to navigate their extensive tap menu this is the place! They have a trivia night and a bingo night.. which I can't wait to experience.. Fun for anyone 21 and over that's for sure although their brunch menu might peak a kiddos interest!!

We came here on a weekday with a large group for lunch, and the place was almost empty. After work is when this place starts popping with trivia nights and Warriors games. For our weekday lunch, we were seated in a private room, which was nice. They have a large variety of beers. There's plenty of food options as well, which includes appetizers, sandwiches (which are huge), and salads. Several of us felt they used way too much dressing on their salads, but overall the food was really good. What I tried: + Tri valley wedge salad with chicken - This was a very tasty salad, even though they gave me too much dressing. However, with this type of salad, it's ok because the wedge of lettuce is not dressed, so you can dip into the pool of dressing as much or little as you like. I thought the chicken was really tender and juicy. + Kale & Farro salad with chicken - a very yummy salad with lots of fresh ingredients, including the kale and edamame. Chicken was delicious. + Far east noodle salad - this was good but was drowning in dressing. + Hummus and pita appetizer - the hummus was really good. It's served with a brown sauce (tasted of Worcestershire) that really went well together. + Pub pretzel - this is a HUGE pretzel with a cheesy dipping sauce. Was very good. The pretzel was nice and soft. Great for sharing.

I was looking for somewhere to watch the warriors game and luckily we found this spot! We called ahead and they said to get there soon cuz they were gonna start filling up for trivia night so we drove there as fast as possible lmaao such a chill vibe inside! I loved the decor they had and the light fixtures were awesome. You have the option to either sit at the bar, the outside patio, the tables or they even have a couple couches. The bathrooms were gender neutral which I liked and very clean! Yayyy The food??? YUM! I did my research a bit and saw some iffy reviews on some of their sandwiches. I felt the wagyu beef sliders were a bit under-seasoned but my friend said he enjoyed them. For those that like a lil more spice, they provide you with some yummy sauces that you can dip it in which I enjoyed. We also tried the Pub Pretzel which didn't disappoint, it was so soft and the sauces it came with were delicious. The beer cheese chowder was definitely the star of the show!! If you get anything here, get the chowder! Lastly we went with the turkey &pesto sandwich which i give a 9/10. The service was awesome! Our server never forgot about us and she would occasionally check in. We had our own lil space away from the trivia night so it was nice being able to watch the game away from the crowd. Loved this place but would I return? Truthfully I wouldn't go out of my way to come here but if i was in the area hell yes!

Nice place to grab a drink and food. I feel like this place strikes the right balance between classy and casual, so you can take coworkers, your parents, or a date. The location is next to a luxury apartment complex which backs up to the Shadow Cliffs regional park, so some coworkers and I came after doing a quick hike in the area. They have a really good variety of beverages, so I tried the JuneShine hard kombucha. I had the mac & cheese, which we joked was an "adult mac & cheese" because it wasn't super saucy and definitely had a strong truffle flavor. I still ate the whole thing. I was pleasantly surprised by this (yet another) bar-and-grill type place, as this one actually had tasty, fresh, and well presented food, as well as something to drink that's not beer. I will definitely be coming back for trivia or music bingo!

When it was time to pay, Dana was unable to process our payment, so we had to use the machine ourselves. We were also expected to handle the payment for the beers on our own. Overall, it felt like there was essentially no service. When we asked whether the tip was already included (which it was), she said no, as if she was expecting additional money. In most restaurants we've visited, staff clearly inform guests when gratuity is already included, especially for larger parties like ours (we were a group of eight). Overall, we had a terrible experience and will not be returning. Considering there were only two tables, a one-hour wait for burgers is completely unacceptable. It was only after we voiced our frustration that staff began asking if we wanted water refills or more drinks ...something that hadn't been offered earlier. The service needs major improvement.

Because my friend's band (shoutout to Bored of Directors!) was performing and of course that means I'm there to support him. The scene was everything I would normally avoid like the plague (or the "razor throat" strain of Covid-19 as it may be). Nevertheless, this place is cool! Very chill, not pretentious at all. Glad I scoured previous reviews so I knew what to expect: go past the front door and tables, down the alley to enter at the backyard; order drinks at the left side of the bar, food on the right. Picnic type tables scattered about for shared seating. "Stage" area set up in the corner. The beer selection was great, servers were friendly and helpful (and patient with us newbies). We did not have food so I can't comment on that. The band was awesome and played a mix of songs from 1970s thru 2000s. People were dancing, singing along. It was a great night! Not something I would choose to do if Bored of Directors wasn't playing, but when they come back around, I wouldn't hesitate! So go, have fun! There was a birthday celebration happening at a few of the tables in the front yard. Guests looked to be in their 30s to early 40s so I'm guessing that's the regular clientele here.
