I arrived at 9:40 AM and was seated, and the rest of my party arrived by 9:50 AM. From that point, no one offered us water, coffee, or asked if we'd like to start with drinks. After waiting roughly 15-20 minutes without anyone taking a drink order, water was finally brought to our table. During this time, we noticed another table -- seated after us -- was greeted, offered drinks, and had their food order taken within about five minutes of sitting down. This made the wait feel especially pointed, since the restaurant only had three occupied tables at the time, so it didn't appear to be a matter of being short-staffed or overwhelmed. When the server brought our water, she mentioned she'd return to take our order after helping move a table (during which the male server injured himself). Once the table was moved, however, he did not come to our table at all -- we watched him take orders from other tables while we continued to wait. By this point, we had been at the table for over 30 minutes without so much as a drink order taken. After a few more minutes, we made the decision to leave. When we let the server know we were leaving, she explained that the other server "probably didn't realize we were there." Respectfully, this didn't feel like a reasonable explanation -- we had been seated for over 20 minutes, were clearly visible, and he had walked past our table multiple times, including while moving the table nearby. I would have appreciated the team simply acknowledging the delay and apologizing, rather than offering an explanation that didn't match what we experienced. I want to be transparent: given that our group was young and entirely Asian, and we watched another table be served promptly right after us, it did leave us wondering whether we were treated differently. I recognize this is a sensitive thing to raise, and I don't say it lightly -- but it's the honest impression the experience left us with. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, both as an owner and a bartender, I understand that mistakes and oversights happen, especially with unexpected issues like an injury. What matters most in those moments is how a team responds -- acknowledging the delay, apologizing, and working to make it right. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here. I'd genuinely appreciate all guests being given the same level of attention and respect, regardless of background. I hope this feedback is useful in improving service going forward.

I went back to the front, and the waitress walked me to the correct location. As I followed her, I overheard the owner behind the bar say, "There's a goddamn sign," apparently talking about me. He didn't realize I was standing right behind her. When I appeared, his attitude instantly changed, and he apologized by saying, "Sorry, I've been here since 11." 6-7 hours of work, oh no! I'm sorry, but working since 11 isn't an excuse for talking about customers like that. If your pickup process is so confusing that people end up in the kitchen, that's on your business, not your customers. I won't be back. Better signage, a clearer pickup process, and a little respect for customers would go a long way. Do better, Tommy Boy.

One time there was a karaoke bingo event occurring inside, and it was specifically advertised on the website: "If you choose to not play, no problem we will have the patios open for non players."
