They were out of the cookie I wanted to try so I'll head back another day to try again. I bought two cookies: Your Peanut Butter is Showing and Don't Call Me Old Fashioned. Both cookies were good, they were soft, not thin and you could taste the peanut in one with chocolate which always pairs well and the cinnamon with molasses in the other cookie. The multiple ingredients in each cookie gave them a bit of a sophisticated blend of flavors. Stop by and try some baked items that give a different blend of cookies versus your run of the mill standard cookies.

Every crumbl I've been to has a display at the register showcasing the flavors of the week, and unfortunately this location's display looked messy, almost as if someone had played with it. It definitely wasn't the most visually appealing first impression. Aside from that, the rest of the store was clean and well maintained. I normally don't go out of my way for crumbl since their cookies tend to be much sweeter than my preference, but I received a voucher to try one of their new dirty sodas. I was a bit skeptical at first since I'd heard people describe them as being overwhelmingly sweet, but the employee working that afternoon was really nice and made my drink perfectly. I ordered the dr pepper with lime and coconut, and it had just the right amount of sweetness. Overall, it was a positive experience. I'd definitely come back for another dirty soda, although it's admittedly more cost effective to buy the ingredients and make them at home haha

Tori was so accommodating with my request and promptly delivered the goods in adorable packaging. These were also unlike any cupcakes we had ever had; they were so fluffy and soft, and filled with cream instead of iced outside. They were truly delightful and made a wonderful birthday present. Recently, I finally splurged and ordered something for myself! A Mystery Box. In it, I received a lovely variety including 3 matcha cookies, and 1 each of berry, matcha sesame, and citrus madeleines. My favorite was definitely the cookies, I enjoy matcha in general and thought the combination of matcha with chocolate was a tasty and creative one! They were sweet but not too sweet and had a great chewy texture that held up well in their journey from SF to NYC. Overall, the customer service is prompt and the goodies are clearly made with care. I appreciate that shipping is available nationwide and that the delivery cost is incorporated into the menu price so it is easy to mentally calculate my total bill. Glancing at the menu, you can tell that After By Tori is pricier than your average bulk box of cookies at a grocery store, but you get the high quality that you pay for :-) They are open and receptive to feedback on their products and packaging as well. On social media, you are gifted with the additional treat of behind-the-scenes photos and videos as orders are being fulfilled and new recipes are being explored.
