I wish the biscoff taste in the syrup/powder were stronger but overall it was a nice little snack. We had a planned trip to the Mall this place is located in. After walking around, we decided to get some coffee and stumbled upon this place. They offer Pete's coffee so that was a plus for me. Weren't even planning on getting some food since we were still full from our lunch. But we saw the croffles display they have and enticed us to try some. We ordered the Oreo and Triple Choco. The place weren't busy at the moment so we got our orders quickly. The crunchy outside and chewy texture of the inside was a delight matching the flavors it came with. The whipped cream was a bit melted already but can't complain as it was just the right amount of sweet. Both flavors paired well with the croffle base and it satisfied our sweet tooth. I like that it was a sharable serving and we got to taste both flavors between 3 people. Their coffee was strong and again not too overly sweet with the flavor sweetener it's mixed with. They were pleasant and friendly and the place instantly got packed as we were eating from across the table. What a fun and super unique twist of a waffle + croissant, a croffle! I got the cream cheese one and it was super good. The texture of the cream cheese was thick but it wasn't overwhelming heavy on the pastry. The pastry reminds me of the Mexican Bañuelos but just not as flaky. I wasn't a big fan of the powder sugar. Service was eh, the employees usually do not pay attention to the customers by the counter and they are off doing their own thing behind the counter, but no big expectations from a dessert stand at the mall. Anyway, the croffle was better than I expected and I was glad it was soft and warm - the taste was decent though and it was a bit on the sweeter side. Overall, croffle was good to try, but I do not think I would get it again at that price point for what I got. I heard of a cronut, now there is a croffle! The cronuts were good and so are the croffles!! Definitely need a spot much closer to me someday. I got the banana Nutella item and added strawberries for a fee more, so worth it! They are located on the bottom first floor by the kids play/waiting area. They also had signs on the second floor and entrance of the mall mentioning where they are. It's a one stop spot so you would sit in the mall where it's provided otherwise there is a large standing table across from them. Cute selfie wall next to them and a fake but a bit realistic display of the choice of food items. They are on the menu screen as well but the display is a great way to choose. Service was fair nothing to complain about or brag but I will definitely brag about how delicious my order was. They have Peet's coffee brew there for order as well to enjoy with the yummy treats. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and despite it being inside Stoneridge Mall, it wasn't too crowded when we went, and it's situated in a quieter area. There was a small bar to wait/ eat at. We ordered right away and got our food in about 3 minutes. We got the Biscoff Croffle and it was tasty! The Croffle was warm and crumbly yet still very chewy! There was cream and honey (I think) and biscoff crumbs on top; the cream I felt like was a bit too heavy to go with everything and the honey made the dessert a bit too sweet, but overall it was still a nice combination especially with the extra biscoff cookie.
