    Nutella banana croffle
    Chris C.

Located near MAC in the middle of stone ridge mall, might walk right past it since it's in an alley. I ordered the Nutella Croffle for a snack since I have seen so many ads throughout the mall. It was delicious, maybe a little overpriced but worth it. There were 2 people working and not many customers on a Friday, but more people came after me and they were fast to complete the orders. It was a mall vibe, so I ate standing up in front of the store

Banana Nutella on the top and Triple Choco on the bottom.

Croffles is not what you think. Crispy, crunch, sweet bursts of sugary carbs. One is enough, but eating just one will make you feel like you want more. Located next to MAC and across from ZARA, it's located near the kid's play pen. With a variety of options (fruit to make you feel a bit better about yourself), Croffles will give you that sweet dessert kick or snack. My wife visited on a Sunday and they were busy. We ordered a triple chocolate and a banana Nutella. I gotta say, getting the play Croffle would probably have been enough. But if you want toppings, triple chocolate was better than the banana Nutella! Either way, I don't think you can go wrong. Nice folks working, but a bit slow? I also noticed that they pre-make their Croffles. So when an order comes, they will microwave to keep the Croffles warm. Bummer. That said, I would visit again.

What a fun and super unique twist of a waffle + croissant, a croffle! I got the cream cheese one and it was super good. The texture of the cream cheese was thick but it wasn't overwhelming heavy on the pastry. The pastry reminds me of the Mexican Bañuelos but just not as flaky. I wasn't a big fan of the powder sugar. I personally don't like powder sugar. I think it's fine without it. That's just me though. Service was quick and friendly. Ambiance, it's a little store front with a table thingy in front. Will come back next time whenever in town :)

Food: nutella banana croffle & taro milk (in a box) My boyfriend and I wanted a little snack before we started perusing the stores. The nutella banana croffle was yummy! First time trying croffles and it did not disappoint. The outside was nice and crispy while the inside kept its croissant flakiness and softness! It was also decently priced at $5.50. I have tried the korean banana milk and they had the taro flavor, so I gave it a go! Tasted exactly like taro milk tea without boba pearls and the powderiness:) Would come back to try different croffles!

Croffles opened where Auntie Anne's once was. Croffles originated in Europe, popularized in South Korea, introduced thereafter to the world as another food emissary. croffles are croissant dough midwifed in a wafflemaker, creating a croffle. offerings: croffles originals or topped with many options, peet's coffee, popping boba ade. eats: blueberry & whipped cream croffle (5.50) -made to order croffle had fresh tasting whipped cream and blueberries which became the de facto sensation of the pairing. -croffle didn't have the expected layered complexity. tasted like a single velvety confection. -croffles best eaten freshly made. the warmed over versions tasted more doughy. drips: -no food court area to enjoy croffle leisurely utilizing a knife. found some seats near apple, ate the croffle like a sandwich. *eating it more leisurely would have engineered a different eating experience. croffles should be savored with single bites, not devored like pretzel.

I heard of a cronut, now there is a croffle! The cronuts were good and so are the croffles!! Definitely need a spot much closer to me someday. I got the banana Nutella item and added strawberries for a fee more, so worth it! They are located on the bottom first floor by the kids play/waiting area. They also had signs on the second floor and entrance of the mall mentioning where they are. It's a one stop spot so you would sit in the mall where it's provided otherwise there is a large standing table across from them. Cute selfie wall next to them and a fake but a bit realistic display of the choice of food items. They are on the menu screen as well but the display is a great way to choose. Service was fair nothing to complain about or brag but I will definitely brag about how delicious my order was. They have Peet's coffee brew there for order as well to enjoy with the yummy treats. You can go either savory or sweet. I don't know how savory would be, maybe I'll try next time but getting both!! I would say they get busy, when I was there it was a Saturday morning a short line and 3 other customers after me pretty much after one was done ordering then another came on time to order next.

Saw this spot at Stoneridge mall and decided to stop for a quick snack. I got the original croffle and it was a little bland. I would definitely come back okay but would try a different flavor.

These things are so randomly good they just make you laugh. Bought one a while back and had to stop mid step and turn back to buy another one bc of how good the first bite was. Definitely grab the plain croffles fresh before you leave the mall bc they are unfortunately not as laugh-inducing air fried.

    Matcha croffle

I decided to stop by when seeing a sign in the Stoneridge Mall since I do like waffles, even if I don't really like croissants, and I ordered a matcha croffle, which was ready within a few minutes. It has interesting texture, it's certainly flakier than standard waffle which must come from the croissant aspect. I found the cream tasted sweet like cake frosting, but couldn't really make out matcha flavor, which was disappointing, so I wish they would modify this to be much heavier on the matcha flavor.

Love love love this place. The food is always so yummy. The service is always spectacular and you can never have enough of this place. The idea of this place was great thinking process. Is cute. I feel like the displaying of the storefront and it is right next to a seating area as well as some kids engagement rides while mom or dad is awaiting their croffle.

So tasty! Was craving some clean, fresh food and this place delivered! I really enjoyed waffle and the fruits were yummy too. I ate the Cheese Waffle in such a hurry that I didn't even think to take a photo. Will definitely come back again soon! Great work!

The croffle here was quite good! I usually don't buy food at the mall, but the ads made it seem tempting. I decided to order a biscoff croffle. It is a hybrid of a waffle and croissant, and it was served fresh and hot. The cream on top was thick, creamy, and had a delicious vanilla flavor with a slight sweetness. The croffle had a unique texture - crispy on the outside (like a croissant), and soft on the inside (like a waffle). I really enjoyed it!

From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The team sat down with me to carefully discuss the design, size, and color palette. The baker had the brilliant idea to model the cake artwork directly after our invitation design, which added such a beautiful, cohesive touch to the party. The carrot cake itself was magnificent--perfectly balanced, incredibly delicious, and gorgeous to look at. Guests are still raving about it! Every staff member was helpful and professional, and the owner even went above and beyond by personally helping carry the heavy cake out to my car. I highly recommend Primrose Bakery and cannot wait for their highly anticipated expansion to Downtown Livermore!

Did it say European pastries? We had absolutely no room for a single thing, but European? Traditionally European desserts are not heavy on the sugar, don't have all the food coloring, and additives. Ding Ding plus Ding my mind spins fast as my hubby is getting pulled at a rapid pace towards the door. He says "No Way" I say "For another time," as we don't live in the area. We walked in to see cases of pastry delights. I turn back as hubby dares not to enter entirely into the temptation. As I look back I see stacks of boxes, walk over to discover they are all pies! Anyone that knows me knows my last meal in life would consist of Berry Pie for dessert. I look and there it is a Mixed Berry. I turn and ask the lady after she was done with her customer how much for this delight? She said it's $24. Without question I grabbed said pie, and went to the register. I told her that Berry is my favorite, and she went on to say that every Friday is Pie Day. She also mentioned that if I ever needed anything in particular, I could call ahead. She could have it prepared for me. Wonderful lady and beautiful service. Might I add that a pie of this weight and stature normally runs about $35 even $40 in some places. We had a slice the next day because I could not bear it any longer. Without lie this is the best pie I've had in years!!!! Years or even perhaps ever. It has to be realized that if there is Berry Pie of any kind on the menu it will be ordered even to go. There were actual whole berries, and it was not full of sugar like some pies. You can taste the natural fruit of summer, and the crust was perfection!!!! Now I have to wait for a Birthday to order a cake. I'm sure it will be divine! I could take a pic of pie now but it's partially gone. Not so picturesque.

Ordered my crème brûlée Matcha drink, a Blackpink drink(strawberry w/Oreo type cookies on the bottom), ham&cheese taiyaki and vanilla custard taiyaki. This place exceeded my expectation! My son loved his drink and he usually doesn't like anything because he's a teenager lol. My matcha was so good. The quality of matcha was much better than other bakeries I usually go to. They also caramelized the sugar on the crème brûlée. The taiyaki came in a cute box. My ham and cheese was scrumptious and savory. The store was small and cozy with a warm welcoming ambience. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious. Definitely coming back here

Biscoff Matcha: 6.5/10 matcha w/ a cookie butter swirl, topped with/ vanilla cold foam, biscoff cookie and crumble on top. felt like a good amount of sweetness, got it at 50% for the sweet lvl. wished the matcha powder had a more earthy and strong flavor. cookie butter swirl was nice, would've been great w/ a concentrated syrup to enhance the flavor. Biscoff Latte: 7/10 similar to the matcha, latte has a rich coffee flavor. not so sweet, which i enjoyed. just the same w/ the cookie butter from the matcha. needs more of a strong flavor profile for the biscoff taste. Macarons: 8.5/10 love getting the macarons! we got the salted caramel, fruity pebble, and strawberry cheesecake. they were all great! however, i felt like the flavor didn't shine through for the strawberry cheesecake. highly recommend the salted caramel.
