They have an amazing system during these Covid19 times. One person serves you the yogurt and the other person serves the topping! The service is efficient, and they are friendly. I'm always excited to get froyo here - it's been our 3rd or 4th time since we've moved here! And the yogurt is so delicious, I finish my froyo before we even get home! Frozen yogurt is always a good idea. If you ask for sample cups you can try the flavors that they have so that is a good thing. They had a decent amount of flavors to include about two which were soft serve ice cream. They even had seasonal flavors such as pumpkin cheesecake. They did not have as many toppings as some of the other places I have been too which was a little disappointing. The person I went with wanted heath bars which they usually have but they did not, nor did they have rainbow sprinkles. It had maybe two tables inside and two outside so you could sit and eat there. No doubt frozen yogurt is the best thing ever! I haven't been to this particular location even though I live a couple minutes away from it. I had a strong craving for it and decided to come through and enjoy a treat. The service was great and the moment I walked in I was greeted hello by an older gentlemen. I walked towards the tables where the cups are placed. I grabbed an 16 oz and filled it with all the flavors I enjoy such as tart, creamy vanilla, and cheesecake. They had a ton of different toppings which is great. The only negative thing about this place is that they don't offer hot fudge. Why not????? My froyo is never complete without hot fudge so that was a bummer. The quality and taste of my froyo was amazing!!!! Such a great place to come with family and friends! read more

This place deserves 10 stars. I'll start off by saying I'm not a big yogurt or ice cream nut. That is no longer the case. They always have toppings available. They will even cut fresh banana's upon request. Flavors are never out of stock. AND most importantly.... THIS Is the CLEANEST yogurt establishment I've ever seen. I try to go once a week and it's the same every time, immaculate. The owners do an amazing job of upkeep and you can tell how much pride they take in their business. read more

Last month, we tried something different for our company event - Yogurtland catering for dessert! I was worried the yogurt might melt, but it all worked out. Everything arrived on time and perfectly frozen. We went with classic flavors like Dutch chocolate, vanilla, plain tart, and cookies and cream, plus 5-8 toppings on the side. My first visit to Yogurtland in Dublin was an awesome and exciting experience. This was my first time going to a Yogurtland and I wasn't exactly sure how it worked. The staff were very friendly and walked me through the process. The yogurt was perfect. It was so creamy and the texture was just right. Plus they have such a wide variety of toppings which allows you to come up with your perfect mixture. The yogurt was pretty affordable so I am not why there are 4 dollar signs on the yelp page. Even though I live close to another yogurt shop, I always try to make it to Yogurtland. Their yogurt quality is unquestionably good. This location is the closest to me and luckily, it always has all my favorite flavors, from classic cookies and cream to fruity sorbet like pineapple mango. The staff seems really nice and helpful. This is my favorite yogurt land after the San Ramon one closed. The price is great I haven't found one around here that doesn't overcharge. Im able to get a full cup with toppings for around $5 most of the time. It's self serve and they have COVID precautions by requiring we wear gloves. read more

I like the variety of yogurt flavors, whole keeping the claasic favorites (i.e Plain Tart, Vanilla). The new flavors are amazing. I love the Mangosteen flavor. Hope they keep it longer. I've been to different froyo shops before, but my favorite is always Yogurtland. Especially the Dublin location. The place is clean and there is plenty of parking space. Our favorite froyo place. The place is clean, has friendly staff, good yogurt and topping choices. Due to Covid, they serve the yogurt and toppings for you... bc you know. Germs. It's fine. Probably works in my favor since I tend to overload on everything. I really enjoy the plan tart yogurt and Rocket Pop flavors topped with fruit. YUM! They were scolding my 3 year old to not touch the toppings and they were continously shaking their head while we were there, in a way to embarrass us. I understand that it is not ok to touch and I was trying to stop that, but there is a way to explain the same to 3 yr old kids that are still learning to go out. If you cannot deal with kids ( your ideal customers) don't run a yogurt/ ice cream shop. Never coming back. read more

I absolutely love this establishment. They never fails to serve beautiful meals and provide me with the tastiest treats known to man. However, today when I walked in for my fourth time this week, I was saddened and disturbed by the fact that my favorite flavor, cake batter, was not working. I was very sad, and distraught distraught however, it was still delicious because I got a mountainous amount of mochi, and Reese's cups. All of the workers here are very lovely, and I can't wait to come back multiple times next week. We by this location every now and then and try and stop by when we can. They seem to offer a taro on a pretty regular rotation and for that we are greatly appreciative. The staff is always super friendly and the place is very clean. With COVID, everything is full service and there isn't any seating available indoors or outdoors. read more

I was so excited when someone told me they opened a Yogurtland in Dublin, yaaay! Now I can get my fixin' in Northern and Southern CA! Aside from the general delicious flavors they have like red velvet cake batter, strawberry or NY cheesecake, they have a great marketing scheme lined up for December - one new holiday flavor a day. There's kids riding on bikes up and down the streets and the sidewalks so be cautious of what's around you. The service. Once we figured out where the line was, the teenager walked us over and took our order. She was very rude and had zero customer service. We were a party of 4, and after every single order, she would rush and ask "anything else?!" And I really wanted to reply with "and a better attitude" but I let it go. It wasn't even hot outside for her to have that kind of temper with customers. Like yes, it was busy, but you're doing a job that requires customer service. I grew tired of typical ice cream flavors and I was so happy to find this place serves up unique flavors! The guava was refreshing and the rose petal was delicate. The texture was perfect as well. They were generous with the scoops which is great! I can't wait to come back here and bring my family and try other flavors. Overall customer service was fast and friendly. Good sized dining area with plenty of chairs and tables. Parking was easy.

We ordered a custom ice cream cake $39.99, it's all ice cream none of that cake fluff. I was very happy with it, and my son licked the plate! Great prices, and good amount for kids scoop. They did forget to make my ice cream cake order, but were able to make it the next day after I called.
