Didn't buy gas here. I was staying at a walking distance hotel and figured their snacks couldn't be more expensive than ones at hotel. Something is definitely not right with their gas . I got gas yesterday , i have a Mazda 6 and i paid 75. For a fill tank . Right after filling my tank, i drove from san Ramon valley Blvd to crow canyon and my gas went down a whole gallon. Today I drove from San Ramon to Walnut Creek and I'm down two more gallons . came here at 11:32 and came for 12$ worth of items. I had a 100$ bill and was told they don't except 100$ bills at night which I feel like was a rule the cashier (sighn) made up on the spot to either inconvenience me or just to discriminate since I am a person of color. When I asked since when was this a rule I was ignored and brushed off as he ushered the next customer over. So I walked back to my car to write this review. When I glanced up I seen him run to the back of the store and then peek out to see if I had left yet. This will be the last time I return to this gas station. Even if it is the closest one to my home. The Fact I had emergency money on my card was the only reason I was able to make my purchase. But if I didn't have money on my card I would of have had to struggled just to find an open gas station who would accept my cash. read more

"Say hello to Mabel, the Amazon Locker." I came here to pick up two packages from Mabel, the Amazon Locker which is inside the store. The locker is on your right when you first enter the store. The people here are really friendly and the store inside is really roomy as well. The nice store cashier was very helpful to me and helped me take some videos of Mabel. As you might expect, they have a gazillion choices for beverages, coffee, snacks, and Johnsonville hot dogs. The attendants were bragging about these hot dogs and telling me they are very popular. I wasn't quite convinced and honestly, did not buy any. Perhaps the only downside is that Chevron gas is about the most expensive gas you can buy west of the Mississippi. So probably, if you want the cheapest gas, this is probably not the best choice for you. read more

I don't know what it is about Chevron, but they hire the lowest quality of Neanderthal. Disrespectful young employees , Uneducated clueless managers. I have had an incident at two separate locations. From two different employees. both have the same idiotic attitude as if they were exempt from being fired . They could just talk to the customer any which way they wanted to , like their uncle owned the spot. Chevron, please do better at hiring managers and regular employees. You need to instruct them thoroughly and test them upon their knowledge of how to ring up items and assist customers with simple, basic questions. If they cannot do so, without becoming agitated and rude, they should not be working in the public. read more

My neighborhood Chevron. The Free Air and Water are REALLY free. I pulled out quarters expecting to feed the machine but was surprised when I could just push the button. This is the closest Chevron to the corporate office so I KNOW that they will make sure that this place is tip top. I love Extra Mile stations because of the selection of snacks, obviously there are a lot in this area, but I still appreciate it. read more

Hot diggity! Chevron has teamed up w/ Safeway & now offers Safeway Rewards Points!! I filled up this morning to find a surprising $0.20 / gallon discount - SCORE!!! This is the closest gas station to my parents' place & also the most convenient to the highway - there is a mini-mart inside & they offer all kinds of car essentials, snackables, & sodas to help people stock up for their roadtrips - be it a 1 hr commute to an all-day haul....there's enough here to see you through I also like the fact they aren't gouging us just b/c they're so close to the highway And another piece of awesomeness to point out is that they offer FREE air - most gas stations nowadays charge for replenishing your tires but not here & that earns respect in my book! And now that you're offering my Safeway Rewards & this means I don't have to wait in outrageous lines at the actual Safeway, this brings my 4 Star experience to 5 Stars for sure!!! read more

We call this Chevron location "The Chev Sev" as it's convenience store has a ton of offerings(sans the trademarked Slurpee), and now all local to the area Chevron's are offering the Safeway Gas discount (granted this was probably a settlement agreement for Safeway to continue to sell gas AND that Chevron is notoriously higher in gas prices than Safeway is even with the discount), but it makes me more apt to use the Chev Sev. One thing to note is that there is sometimes up a to a $.05 differential between the Bollinger Chevron and the Alcosta Chevron (not to mention the one on Crow Canyon or in Downtown Danville). Not sure if the prices are due to the acceptance of the Safeway Gas discount, but buyer beware. read more

Every time that I have come in to this location I have observed the older man that works behind the counter; when it's a person of color he does not even say hello. If it's a Caucasian person he is attending. He greets them with a "Hi hello how are you." Customer service is lacking. Otherwise this location is great. read more

The gas station pumps here are HORRIBLE & do not pump gas like normal. You have to manually hold down the gas pump, otherwise it keeps clicking/stops every $2 of gas. read more

It's a gas station. I pump the gas. Kind of hard to mess that up. Let's see: It has a lot of pumps. Hmmm...They have those windshield washer squeegies. They have an air pump to air up your tires? Ummmm...Close to the freeway? Several driveways to get in and out of? Well lit? LOL! Anyways, now back to the serious part of the review... SOMETIMES, I'll get something from the Snack Shack if I'm on the run. They have nice clean restrooms too. Prices? Ugh. What can you do? Yes, I know, there are cheaper places for gas, but I like having the reassurance of putting top tier gas in my car. Clean, fast & right where you need it to be. This location is easily accessible right off he freeway and there are enough pumps to service several vehicles so you'll never be waiting in line. They also don't have those slow pumps where it takes you 30 min to fill up your tank. read more

This Chevron usually has nice people working inside and they are always hard at work cleaning, stocking or helping customers. They have a coffee rewards program where you buy a certain amount and get one free. Lots of coffee choices and flavor combinations as well. read more

I only stopped here to crap and bail, but was so impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom and 2-ply quilted toilet paper (normally you get that origami anal torture tissue that makes you itch for 6 hours) I felt I owed them my patronage. After perusing the various beef jerkies on display, I settled on a 6 ounce bag of low sodium teriyaki. A bit overpriced, but considering San Ramon's average per capita income $3.89 isn't all that bad for an hour of constipation regret. read more
