I started going to this gas station because the gas is cheaper than the Chevron on the other corner. I can use my Safeway gas rewards here. Everytime I go here this man comes out and does a lap while I am pumping gas. He doesn't ask if I need help or anything. He is literally going outside to stare at me. I don't have a ghetto car. My car is always clean. It is only two years old. I come after work so my clothes aren't ghetto looking either. This is a nice area but this is not a nice gas station. No one comes here and I do love it how there are always plenty of pumps open. There are buckets of plain water if you want to try and wipe down your windows. The actual pumps you use to get the gas are very easy to use. When you go inside to talk to the person inside, they don't notice you because they're watching the cameras. The location of this gas station is nice. It is right by the 680. The problem is, there are six other gas stations all in this same area if you want to count the two stations a bit further down the same street. Rumor is Costco is even building a huge station too. There are much nicer and safer gas stations that are more brightly lit than this one. read more

No issue with the service. The sales person was prompt and curtious BUT, why refill here when you can goto Lucky Grocery Store at 21001 San Ramon Valley Blvd and exchange your tank for the same price (as of this writing, the refill and exchange were each $19.99, around $3.99 a gallon, Home Depot was exchanging filled tanks for $22.99). The U-Haul in Dublin sells tank refills at $2.99 a gallon but their refill station is out of service. One more thing. The station operator did not check the tank certification date to verify if it qualified for a refill (it was a new tank but he didn't know that). Safety first! read more

I don't know what was going on with Cali gasolina yesterday but one station had pumps out and at this station the pump I was at malfunctioned. Luckily I was watching the pump because it did not stop. There was no click before stopping, instead the gas over-pumped and got all over me. The one star review is because the manager on site didn't seem to be concerned much and care that there had been an oil spill and that I got gasolina on my shoes. His comment was just that he would have a technician come to look at the pump (#1). I expected an apology for the pump issue, immediate help cleaning the oil spill and perhaps an offer for some refund due to the malfunction. Because he didn't seem to care and was very nonchalant about the whole thing, I asked if this happens often and if it's a normal occurrence? He said it never happened even one time before. Well that's the same story for me, this has never happened to me and that is why I went to get help right away. But the lack of customer service and help in this unusual situation means one thing: it ain't going to happen. I will not ever return to pay for your gas pump issues by polluting the environment, shelling out extra $, and having my shoes ruined. read more

Terrible service! I just got a flat tire today (Labor Day) and my tire almost came off of my wheel. I parked it inside this gas station because nothing else was open due to the holiday. I asked if they can fix it but they couldn't. I asked the guy who was working there in the front office as a cashier if I can leave my car parked in one of the far spaces till tow truck arrives. He was very rude and said I can't! Say what??? I obviously need to call a tow truck and can't move the vehicle yet this idiot is telling me I can't park there. He needs to be fired. Please do not do business with this gas station. They are not friendly to people in need nor do they care. On my way out of town the other day we pulled in to fill up the EscaLADDDDDE...just kidding, it's an Escape...only to find at the pump next to us a shiny new Corvette bumping some phat beats rather loudly. The 'vette was festooned with Raider's paraphernalia and Mike guessed that the owner must be a Raider. Since I enjoy eavesdropping so much I rolled down the window while Mike filled up the tank and heard the 'vette owner talking to another guy 'bout how he was gonna be out on the football field the next day and yada yada yada...pretty much confirming to me that he is indeed a Raider. Too bad Mike was with me otherwise I could've played my "innocent and confused yet beguilingly exotic half-asian girl" routine and gotten myself a hot rich black man for the night. Ohhhh whoops....did I say that out loud? Bottom line, if this gas station is good enough for a Raider, it's good enough for me....not really though, I am not a fan of the Raiders. read more

Came here on Wednesday 7/25/12 and if I could give this place a ZERO star rating I would. Popped in to get some gas as it was cheaper than all the other gas stations across the street but didn't fill up as I was bothered by some guy who was trying to sell me some tire dressing product. I Hate gas stations that let guys sell to you while you pump your gas, some overpriced tire dressing. First off it's bad enough to have someone approach you while you are at the pump for fear of being car jacked but then to have them sit there and continue to talk to you when you're clearly not interested in talking to anyone is troubling. Who knows if it's some kinda theft strategy to have one guy bother you while another is trying to snatch something from your car. This place reminds me of the gas stations near Compton, CA by LAX where I used to stop in to fill up as quickly as possible to take my car back to the rental car company; there people used to bother you for money and more. I also agree on the place being cluttered with broken down cars and their entrance and exits are not ideal either. Not going back here for sure, I'll spend the extra dollar filling up across the street or elsewhere. read more

Went to refill propane. The person said not while it's raining (it was sprinkling). I asked why. He said: "if I get wet and sick, who'll take care of me?" I was shocked and left with my mouth open. There is an auto shop attached to this filling station. I think it's called "D&D" for short. Well, I needed to get a flat tire fixed today. Called first to see how busy they were. They said, "Come on down now. We'll fix it for $25." Within half an hour I was back on the road! Great guys, great service. Good old fashioned grungy garage feeling to the place. Bad rating only because the gas pumps are locked once they close at night until 5:30 am. But you don't know that until you get ready to pump the gas after swiping your credit or debit card. You are left to worry about your credit card. I have suggested that if the pumps are locked then make it impossible to enter your cards. I enjoy the workers there and know they have no control as to how the owner wants to run his business. If the owner reads this............this is just dumb, you lock the pumps but customers can still go through the motion as if they are buying gas. read more

Seriously the worst service I have ever had at a gas station. Let alone in a nice area like San Ramon. One man was nice to me one time while I was getting propane. The next time I came I had my baby in one arm and a bunch of stuff I had purchased in the other. The man working there held the door for the woman infront of me and let it slam in me and my babies faces. When I said something he ignored me. I just went in now after boycotting this station for a couple weeks and the second I walk in the man behind the counter is scowling at me and then in the middle of ringing me up told me I had to wait so he could ring up the next person.
