I am extremely pissed off right now. I got gas (topped off my tank) at this location on Friday, drove a few blocks home, and my car sat all day Saturday. When I went to start it on Sunday, it was having issues. I called AAA and had it towed to the dealer service since it's a brand new car under warranty. Well, guess what--my gas was contaminated. Now my car requires major repairs through my insurance. And you know what else this made me realize? This could be the reason I had to buy a new car in the first place. I had been going to this same gas station with my previous car and started having issues around March 2025--puttering, stalling, and shutting off. I took it back and forth to the mechanic, but they never thought to check the fuel, even after replacing the fuel pump, and the problems continued. Why? Probably because I kept filling up here without knowing the gas was bad. It became dangerous to drive, so I ended up buying another car in July 2025. And now this car is damaged too. So this is a warning to everyone: if you're having fuel-related issues, have your gas checked, and I would avoid this station. I started doing research and wish I had thought to look into this sooner--it might have saved me. There are multiple public reports of bad or contaminated fuel at this location dating back to late September 2022. I am so mad. I've reported this to all the appropriate resources in hopes of preventing this from happening to others. read more

I waited in line behind four cars at the car wash. When it was finally my turn after 30 minutes the machine would not accept my credit card. I left the car wash, parked, and had to go inside to ask what the problem was, to which the guy inside replied "oh, machine is broken". I paid inside, got my code and finally got the car wash. These guys are scamming when you buy a full log of Zyn It's supposed to be at a discounted price and I asked him to scan the entire log and he refused to do it. Fairly cheap prices, filthy location, equipment out of service. The gas here is generally a little cheaper cheaper than the major brands, so I sometimes patronize this station. But not today. I happened to park near the vacuum, and I noticed that the grounds were absolutely filthy. Trash everywhere. Vacuum cleaner out of service. We put gas from this station(pump #4) on 9/26/2022. The next day, my wife mentioned that the car's performance was degraded and the engine was shaking. I drove the car for few miles as well and the engine check light came on. It was obvious that the issue was related to bad fuel, since EV was running fine. I had to call Roadside assistance to get my brand new Hyundai Tucson 2022 Hybrid to shop to fix the engine issues. I am without a car for many days now, due to this contaminated fuel. Diesel in gasoline tank in this gas station !!!. ‍ My Lexus stalled after I filled the gas at this station on 09/26. I had to tow the car to the dealer. Lexus technicians found diesel in the gas tank!!!‍ And the person from the gas station desk confirmed that gas truck mistakenly filled/spilled diesel in the gasoline tank. This is a very expensive mistake. A class law suite. This would be permanent damage to the cars , whoever fill gas at this station (May be not all pumps, but definitely pump #4) on 09/26. read more

I try to be loyal to local and this Valero has been in the area forever. I'm done as it's convenient getting a fast car wash with them. But heck if you don't buy gas and try to just go to the car wash, you can "never" just buy a car wash. And what I went through today - they could careless how I felt really. Today was just the end of it as I was happy to see the sign in front of the car wash didn't say not to use your credit card as most of the time it does. So I thought they fixed it. No it is not fixed and they don't care. I had to run from my car into the shop to tell them something is wrong as I tried to use my credit card out there and it's not working. He said no you have to buy in here. I'm like then why isn't the sign out there saying that as you have before, why haven't you fixed it for pity's sake? He wasn't apologetic nor cared; actually I think he thought it was funny how I was running back and forth. Great I gave you a laugh at my expense - enjoy yourself. Car is washed done and over. I had hoped this place improved but it is just going down and down every year in service and appearance. Neighborhood gas station. Convenient for people that live in the area. For the past 20 years, reasonably priced, BUT prices have gone up. In fact, gas prices are near the highest for this area. I try to pump my gas while I'm in Dublin or near a Costco or the Safeway up Bollinger. Plenty of pumps here with a car wash. read more

I came here not to gas up but to fill up my tire with air as my Mini seems to want to deflate every other week. Ugh...hate my car right now. Anyways, Valero is not conveniently located near the freeway as the Chevron but more convenient if you're heading home on Bollinger near the Market Place. It seems to be a huge station. Well the air is located off to the side and if you want to use it for free (which it's free btw even though there's a $1.25 credit card reader), just go into the mini store and ask. The lady there was quite sweet and nice and she was like, you need to use the air for tires right? not the vacuum? (which you do have to pay for). I walked back and the machine was on. Unlike the Chevron on the other side of the freeway, the spigot for the air was good and didn't make me feel like I wasn't filling my tire with anything. I was scared with the Chevron one as it sounded like it was deflating at the same time as inflating. I would definitely come back here if my tire deflates again at work instead of the Chevron closer to the freeway. read more

This is the only place I'd run my car through a car wash. I never gotten scratches or dings of any sort. However, car wash damage was mentioned in another review but never experienced that at all. It is a very unfortunate incident indeed, but I can only share my personal experience. I'm very picky on what gas I purchase and Valero is not my preference unless it is an emergency. The funny thing is that you can save a dollar on car wash if you purchase gas. So if you pump $0.01 of gas, you qualify for the discount. On several occasions, I had to go to the cashier to refund me a dollar as their system isn't smart enough to process the discount. It's gets tedious, but I'm rarely there getting car washes so it's all good. read more

Great gas station that is tucked away near Bishop Ranch. Had a no touch car wash that takes forever because everyone is at it and the gas is very fair priced compared to the ones off San Ramon Valley. Pretty much my go-to gas place due to price and how quick you can get in and out. read more

Valero Corp = pathetic. They damaged my car and have decided to back out after admitting that they were responsible. I am extremely angered at Valero. I went through their car wash and unfortunately, the trim on my car was extremely damaged. I went in the next day to discuss it with the station and noticed that the guys who maintain the car wash were there repairing/filling it up with the chemicals for the wash. I showed them my car and they told me that they were low on a certain chemical and that is why my car was damaged. They said if the Ph level gets to a certain point it burns through like acid and that was what happened to my car. I spoke with the clerk inside and he was very nice and told me that it had happened to a few others as well. He reported my incident to the manager at the site, Jackie I believe, who was also very nice. They forwarded my incident to Corporate but it took corporate a very long time to finally contact me. Long story somewhat short, I have emails from their claims department acknowledging the damage and their responsibility. They gave me the run around and had me go to different places hoping that a thorough detail would fix the damage and that never worked. When they were finally in a place where they realized it would cost them some money to fix the car, they gave me the WEAKEST excuse and told me that it's BMW's fault!!!! It was the most unbelievable excuse. My car wasn't damaged before I went through their acidic car wash, my car got damaged after the acidic car wash and somehow that is BMW's fault!!! (Note, it would have cost them around $1,500 to replace my trim, which for a large corporation like Valero is a drop in the bucket.) The icing on the cake was that the "manager" for the claims dept at the corp office was a complete jerk. Here they are, they damage my car and he tells me that I should take it up with my insurance. He didn't even know about the "BMW excuse". He was explaining to me that it's a products liability situation and that it's their vendors fault until the other lady went in and told him that they had changed their story since they last spoke. Unbelievable. I will be suing them for my damages and my time. read more

I love the location of this gas station. It's located near a shopping center and around a lot of the office buildings in the area so it's perfectly located for those that work in these places. It's right near the freeway too so you can fill up before you get on. I never have a problem here and always found it clean and safe. read more

Convenient location so I do find myself filling up my gas tank here more often than not. The store is very small, nothing special. They have the essentials and thats about it. Half the vacuums are out of order and have been for a while, only the one closest to the pumps is working. Last time I stoped to get gas it wouldn't accept my card credit or debit. After trying several times the cashier ran out and said the machines were down and they were only taking cash, which was a major inconvenience. This review concerns the Valero car wash. My pet peeve is that if you buy a car wash (without getting gas), they charge your credit card for $1 more than the amount listed on the receipt. For example, if I get a Plus wash for $8, a charge of $9 actually appears on my credit card bill. I brought this to the attention of the manager who refunded me the $2 (it has already happened twice before), but the problem hasn't been fixed. I know it's a small amount, but I wonder if its happening to everyone? read more

Since I live right near this Valero, I stop by here everyday on the way to work. Everyday, I pass Starbucks and head to this Valero for their coffee. If you like black coffee and work anywhere in the area it's amazing for gas station coffee, plus all the workers are friendly and are not all tweeked out like many other stations in the area. read more

BE CAREFUL! There was water in the gas! My parents came to visit and made their regular gas fill up at this Valero. Once they filled up and left the station their Lexus started stalling. They took the car to Lexus in Pleasanton thinking they had car problems and they were informed the gas was bad and had water in it. While there can be mistakes made anywhere, the upsetting part of this story is that despite my dad having the gas receipt and documentation from the Lexus dealership the Valero corporation would not stand behind their gas and pay the $500 it cost to figure out the gas was the problem. Great location right off Bollinger Canyon. Easy in and out entrance. Drive Thru Car Wash. Gas is a decent price for the area. Plenty of gas pumps. Corner Store is great and the workers are always friendly. Great spot if you need to grab some milk and don't fill like walking thru the grocery store.
