It does a great job of washing and a good job of drying. There is a manual pre-wash if you like as well as towels for hand drying afterward if you want. But honestly, it does a good enough job for $10-12 that I don't do any of the manual stuff.

I went back and explained the issue to the same cashier but I was told I had to pay again to use the car wash because she already gave me a free service. She addressed me angrily in the presence of other customers. I explained to her my car did not get washed and I had already paid for it the first time. She refused any further assistance. So I ended up paying twice to have my car washed because of an issue with their machine? I have been washing my car at this service center for years. But it now has a new owner and a new car wash and, they are not friendly or helpful!

Everytime I go here this man comes out and does a lap while I am pumping gas. He doesn't ask if I need help or anything. He is literally going outside to stare at me. I don't have a ghetto car. My car is always clean. It is only two years old. I come after work so my clothes aren't ghetto looking either. This is a nice area but this is not a nice gas station. No one comes here and I do love it how there are always plenty of pumps open. There are buckets of plain water if you want to try and wipe down your windows. The actual pumps you use to get the gas are very easy to use. When you go inside to talk to the person inside, they don't notice you because they're watching the cameras. The location of this gas station is nice. It is right by the 680. The problem is, there are six other gas stations all in this same area if you want to count the two stations a bit further down the same street. Rumor is Costco is even building a huge station too. There are much nicer and safer gas stations that are more brightly lit than this one.

This station, and the Shell across the street, seems determined to be the price leader. Which translated means the highest prices anywhere. For example, a day before Labor Day, they raised prices about $0.20 a gallon. To be fair, the station is very modern and clean. They also have a free bike tool station near the entrance. We have used the car wash on several occasions, and it worked pretty well. Also, it is very convenient for freeway access. So if you don't mind paying the highest prices on planet Earth, it's a good deal.
