I've been coming here every monday and tuesday morning at 5am for the past few months. Every tuesday, there's a worker, Rick. He's the best, super sweet, always asks how l am and how l've been, and makes me feel very safe as a young women, alone, at 5am. Last week, a threatening man was pacing outside the store, muttering to himself. I locked my car and ran inside to get my drink, ignoring the man talking to me. Checking out, I asked if Rick would watch through the window to make sure I get back to my car safely as the man was still pacing. Rick walked me to my car and stood watching as the man came up to my window with unclear intentions. I drove off with no issues, feeling more confident with Rick watching. I saw Rick again today, he told me that he ultimately called the police and the man was arrested. I am SO thankful for Rick for watching out for me and making sure I was safe, I don't know what could've happened if he wasn't. Thank you Rick, you're the best! Also, Jordan is always super nice here, the whole staff really- I love this gas station and it'll always be my go to because of these guys. read more

Conveniently located right off the 580 San Ramon exit. This made for a quick place to fill up before being back on my way. They have an attached Food Mart if you need to go pick up any supplies during your pit stop. The prices are a bit more expensive than the gas station across the street though, but it's likely due to the convenience premium. read more

Stopped to get gas here because it was close by, but the attendant was so rude! The pump I was on wasn't dispensing my gas and so I went inside to ask if there was something wrong with it, and they said "You're not doing it right" with such snark. I've pumped gas so many times, so I don't understand how I wasn't "doing it right". Eventually it started going and then I left. Now I avoid this gas station like the plague. read more

They even have flavored creamers which are now all the rage. They have the different soda's, energy drinks, vitamin infused waters, etc. Even reasonably fresh donuts to go with the coffee if you wish. If they give me better coffee cups or a discount for bringing my own, I'll bump them up to 4 stars. And the man behind the counter in the morning always seems to have a smile on his face. Asked about the sign on the door requiring a mask to enter and her reply was I don't know but you can come and go as you please. ya, the prices are kind of high here but when one hightails it out of oaktown without fueling to get to the trivalley, one needs to refuel to get back. years ago, this was one of few places that sold diesel in dublin. gas drips: -easy freeway on and off -easy access back onto streets -wide lanes in station -convenience store -takes credit card at pump. read more

It is unfortunate that this is the most convenient gas station for me. It is very overpriced compared to the other gas stations just a couple blocks away, but this is of course because it is right off the freeway. To use the bathroom you have to go inside and get a key and the bathroom is still nasty. I expect if you need a key to use the restroom it would be cleaner, but nope. read more

Well what can I say? It's a convenient overpriced gas station. My husband and I had the most annoying experience here a few days ago. The Good: Conveniently located Lots of room in the station..that's it The Bad: Overpriced The Ugly: Oh how I hate to name drop, but it must be done. Credit card machine was broken on the pump we were on, so my husband went in to pay. He specifically told the cashier (Chona) that he wanted 60 on number FIVE. Because she didn't seem to be paying attention, he told her the pump number 3 times throughout the transaction Walked back out and I told him the pump still wasn't working, but the people behind us on pump FOUR was walking around looking incredibly confused. My husband looked at his receipt and found the the 60 dollars spent was applied to pump number FOUR. He walked back in and Chona basically called him a liar and that he should have told her the correct number. So I walk in to put money onto my credit card so that I could get our gas and be on our way. She said that there is already a credit card on that number and that I would have to move my car and they'll transfer the credit card information onto the other pump. Why I followed what she told me, I don't know because it makes absolutely no sense. So I'm onto my new pump and I told her to go ahead and start the pump, but was then notified that I would need to pay for it because the other credit card is denied. She said we probably didn't have any money. Ok, that is a bit presumptious and incredibly rude of her. I gave her my credit card, and while filling up, the bank called my husband over strange transactions on his card. As it turns out, three different transactions happened one after the other at the same gas station so they froze the card. Really? All this just because I wanted a damn tank of gas? Never again! By the way just down the street, there's an exxon thats 80 cents cheaper than this shell but the only reason why I didn't go was because it was already closed. Went in a few weeks back and purchased $5.00 worth of goods. I have been going there for 15 years so I walked out without looking at my receipt. My biggest mistake. The next day I saw a $215.00 charge from Shell. I immediately contacted my Bank and explained there was a mistake and please file a claim. Well, 3 weeks later the claim was denied. Now I ask, how in the hell does anyone spend $215.00 at a gas station. $80 worth of gas and 115 candy bars?
