This place needs to be investigated. They tried to overcharge me on sodas. The interior is clean, organized. So are the bathrooms. That I can appreciate. However, the two ladies working inside were very rude and tried to scam us. The sodas had a sign indicated a special, 2 for $4.29. We rang it up and it said, $6.60ish. I asked one of the ladies about it and told her about the special, she went and grabbed the sodas. After scanning it that the special no longer applied, she spoke to the other lady and proceeded with honoring the discount (mentioning that they needed to remove it). Final cost: ~$5.44 I questioned her that it still shouldn't be that high. $4.29 + $0.44 (tax) + $0.10 (CRV fee for two bottles) = ~$4.83 I asked her and she said she was adding tax. I told her, it already rang up taxes, why was she adding more? She was adding taxes from the $6.60ish original price on TOP of the tax already applied to the $4.29. Then her tone became aggressive when we were questioning the math and we left. This was a crazy interaction and this needs to be investigated. read more

My go to neighborhood gas station. Convenient location and their air station is easy to access if you have low tire pressure. It is next to the vacuum stations. Not sure why all the negative reviews here...I stop by fairly often and have never had a bad experience. This gas station is near my work, so I stop by when I need to fill up on gas or get a quick car wash. Gas tends to be pricier than at other gas stations, but it is what it is. Their car wash is one of the better drive-through car washes I've been to. I am going to write just the same review I left in Google maps   They spoiled my car. After the wash there appeared scratches along on the car hood and car roof obviously because of their brushes. I wasted my time discussing this problem with shell store workers and then came back to talk to a manager when he is on site at last, filled in the report he gave to me. And nothing happened after that. They didn't bother to answer to me. I JUST double WASTED my time trying to figure out what to do and who is responsible for the damage (for me it was clear from the beginning whose fault this is, obviously) but they even didn't make a slight effort to solve this issue. I never go to Shell, I prefer Chevrons - but this worked out just fine. Was driving a diesel today and filled up for I think the same price as the Chevron more near the Mercedes dealer and Nations. This is in the parking lot of the small strip mall that is sort of attached to Trader Joes. If I could give one star I would! My son (college student) gave out of gas right in front of this shell and asked the greedy owner could he borrow or rent a gas can. The people who work here, I only saw two, took unfriendliness to a whole new level. I walked up to pay for my bottle of water and asked if the same side I was on was okay to pay. The woman glared at me for a moment and walked away. The man behind the cash register kept chewing on his thumb without any reaction to me at all. I mean except for the rude look on his face. Without answering my question he just took my bottle and rang it up.. so I thought maybe he doesn't speak English which would explain the non answer. Staff is a bit slow buy overall very pleasant. My gripe is the difficulty getting in and out of here. People don't look, pull out in front of you while you are driving past the station, and forget trying to get through the Trader Joe's shopping SUV soccer mom drivers battling to get to the perfect compact space in front of the store. I'm a regular customer of Shell gasoline because it's the best for my 2014 Honda Civic Si. I use my rewards card on a regular bases and since I was a lyft driver, just pumping at shell I earn $0.10 off per gallon. It's a win win. Anyways. I have never been to this location. It's 1:08pm and coming off Tassajara Rd into the parking lot was a nightmare. The traffic was stopped to the corner of the intersection. There's only two entrances and they come off of a very busy intersection. Otherwise service is always great. I'm giving poor rating for terrible access to get to a pump. read more

This is the only car wash that I've ever seen that provides clean towels to wipe down your car after the car wash. The devil is in the details and I certainly love that devil. I keep a TURTLE WAX® QUICK & EASY™ WAX & DRY™ SPRAY WAX in my car so as soon as we drive out of the car wash, my daughter and I jump out, spray the wax and dry and use the provided towels to dry the car. My wife used a pump with a bad card reader. She got no gas yet had 150.00 hold on her credit card. The man at the counter did not believe her even though she showed him the email from her credit card company. He did put a cone in front of the bad pump. According to my wife, she was totally blown off, laughter at, spoken to in a condescending manner, and basically told it was between her and the credit card company. Well, it was your station that put a hold on her card. The sigh on the side of this "business" says "family owned". Who, the Adams Family". So my wife will have access to her $150 in a week. Having a company vehicle, I wash my vehicle frequently when I fill up. The most annoying thing, the pump is out of paper, so you walk in to get a reprint. Of course I purchased the overpriced best wash. Yes, the car wash was not working very well, as one of the rinse heads spewed water like a garden hose but only in one area. It is hard to leave this review as I go here and the one by Dublin Blvd near Hacienda crossings almost everyday. Staff needs a lot of training when it comes to customer service. Customer service means that you cannot be racist especially with people of color. I have seen on many occasions when one of your staff named Roy from Hacienda has been very rude to some people and even to Judy one of your employee. Tonight one of your staff from this gas station was very rude to two black males. I was third in line when it happened. I did not get his name but he is a male dude wearing glasses. When it was my turn he was in the bad mood because of the two guys. He threw a piece of paper on the floor and slammed the register (check your camera). He also put me on number 9 instead of number 2 pump. This happened tonight around 8:55pm Nov. 26, 2019. The staff cannot choose who they want to serve good. This place is absolutely rediculous! I stopped her on Sunday to get gas on my way to photograph a wedding in Livermore. I left my home early, as I always like to arrive early and not stress myself out. I had plenty of time to get some gas on my way. Well, I put in my CC, the machine asked for my zip and the keypad wouldn't work. So, I went inside...starting to feel a bit stressed as I didn't want to be late. I asked the lady to please process my card inside. She looked at me like i was speaking a foriegn language. I sat there for a few min. (feeling more stressed at this point) while she finally figured it out. I went back out to the pump and now the stupid button to choose the gas wouldn't work. I am now SUPER stressed and asked her to switch the pump. She told me no, and that I had pushed the buttons too many times it was all my fault. I finally got very stern with her and told her I needed gas from another pump and I needed the gas now! She refunded my money and turned her back to me to help someone else. I was soooooooo pissed! I kept telling her that I needed gas and tried to give her my card back...she raised her voice to me to say that I had pushed the buttons too many times and again ignored me to take care of someone else. Now, I am really stressed for time as I have now been at this station for 15 min and still have NO GAS!!! Another guy finally helped me, I was able to put about 3 gallons of gas in and I WAS FIVE MINUTES LATE TO THE VENUE after I left in plenty of time to be there 15 min. early! If I could give negative zero stars , I would. Do not buy gas here unless you want to get ripped off. I purchased $20 dollars worth of gas and a bag of over-priced nuts for $2.19 and was ripped off!!! After I paid, I went to pump my gas and it stopped at $19.35. I went inside and asked for the cashier to either give me the change back or release the pump to $20 dollars worth of gas that I had already paid for. He came outside and pretended to try to pump the rest of the gas, then he says something is wrong with the pump but the change will go back on my card. I explained to him that I wanted my change now and he could either release the pump or give me my change now. He told me that they never give change in cases like this so, I told him that I would take his picture and put him on the internet but as you can see, he turned his head but if you know him, he won't be hard to recognize. This is not the first time this has happened to me and I have been paying for gas for over 35 years and I am noticing this more frequently now within the last 5 years especially at foreign owned gas stations. So if you are black especially, watch your receipt and how much gas you are getting and don't let them get away with even 35 cents. If you rip off 100,000 at .35cents, that adds up to a significant amount of money (35,000). And over time, it could add up to even more. I work very hard and in legal so I know my consumer rights. No store would allow me to take a bag of chips out of the store and let me mail them the check later. I expect the same so watch out for this gas station, especially if you are black. I'm not sure if I was targeted because of my race or if they rip everybody off so all others should use caution as well. read more
