HORRIBLE CAR WASH AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their car washer leaves cars (and hands/towels) dirtier after the wash than before. I tried it twice to make sure it was their machine and not my car. And I spent a long time wiping down the car after each wash. The customer behind me also had the same problem. The other customer and I went into the store to discuss the issue and ask for refunds. First, the store employees made me go through the wash again to prove their machine's defectiveness. Next they kept insisting they already refunded me. When I insisted on seeing the receipt, they FINALLY submitted the refund for one of the washes. What's up with all the lies? Then they kept insisting they could only refund one wash. When I showed my receipt for the other wash, they claimed they could not refund without that person's cc. When I asked Shubham to write down on the receipt that I was entitled to a refund (so I could return later with that person and cc and not have to reargue everything), Shubham said he couldn't do it and he only worked mornings. I asked for the manager but Shubham again took a long time (several customers already went through the cash register during that time). So, I approached the manager myself, showed how dirty my hand was from their car wash and was finally able to get my refund. Stopped in here and was surprised by the cleanliness of bathroom! Actually shocking to see, especially at a gas station. Impressive.

New gas station with car wash near Target, Dick's Sporting Goods, BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse.... these are some of the big names at Fallon Gateway. There are many more popular shops and restaurants with more opening soon. Across from the San Francisco Premium outlets and convenient to the freeway its a great place to shop or dine out in. Another gas station one of many lol. This one is one of my usual go to's I've never really had a chance to go inside but there does appear to be a decent amount of knock knacks and snacks inside. The place itself is pretty clean and the soap water to clean the windshields always seem to be clean looking and soapy. My only real gripe is that this place half the time seems to be out of receipt paper to have your gas receipt printed..maybe this seems to be an everyday occurrence and other places and this might warrant a 2 star, but I'll stick it at 3 for it being average at best currently. read more

There is a service attendance name Maria who is very rude. I washed my car few days ago at this station. And it rained the next day. So I came back and used their towel to freshen up the car. This rude lady comes up and say that towels are for clients that used the car wash. I told her that I spent the money few days not knowing that the rain would ruin it the next day. She didn't care. Horrible car wash. First of all, they use recycled water, which makes you feel good initially that it is good for the environment, but when you sit in the car wash and the nozzles spray water on you and it stinks, you realize that the water that is washing over your car is (somewhat cleaned?) sewage. Ughhhh! The brushes don't touch all parts of your car, so there is still dust in some places. The blower is a gentle breeze than a proper dryer. So when your car comes out, it is still covered with water. I had to turn on the windshield wiper to see what's in front. Then I saw the two buckets with towels kept outside for people to wipe the water from their cars. "Great! At least that is a saving grace", I thought, but alas, the clean towels are not fully clean, they are not absorbant and to top it all, left lint all over my car. This is a newer, large Chevron in the East Dublin Target complex. It's well kept and clean with a large convenience store. Gas is a little on the expensive side, but I like the car wash here. This is one of the Most Expensive Stations around. It's a newer and nice. I used to go there to use the car wash. Which is more and more not working or not working properly when it is open. Twice now I have purchased car washes and went back to use to them to find orange cones up. So I came back another day and noticed they only give you 14 days to use it. It doesn't matter if it rains or their wash is broken. Both times months apart I had to haggle with the Rude Boss Lady who made it Very Clear that I was Lucky She was doing this for Me. Do Not Go There if there is a possibility you will not use your car wash the same day!!!!! Very Dishonest people!!! My feedback is entirely about car wash. This is by far THE worst automatic car wash I've ever used. I thought it's impossible for a car to come out on the other end to be worse than getting in. I was dead wrong. It was like they used water from a roadway puddle. My entire car looked like a night sky full of stars. Every drop of water has successfully evaded a light breeze of dryer and left a white and highly visible mineral residue. I could hardly see through the windshield how bad it was. And that was the most expensive wash option. I can't even imagine what the basic would do. read more

Terrible customer service.I drove my car to the car wash at around 10ish am and got out of the wash with soap spots all over my vehicle. I parked to the side and it was all over my car! It took me more than 15 minutes to wipe them off my car (thank goodness they have a bin full of clean rags). Anyway, here is why I'm giving them a 1 star. After wiping off those soap spots, I went inside and told a middle aged, dirty blonde hair, Latina lady who was counting the register cash that something is wrong with the car wash and explained that my car came out of the wash dirty due to soap spots. She looked at me, "smirked!" and said " this is not a full service car wash!". I told her that I know this but it took me 15 minutes wiping off the soap stains from the wash. What really annoys me is the "smug" way of responding to my issue. Anyways, after seeing me upset! She wanted to return my money but I said no. It's not the money, I just want them to be aware of the issue and maybe fix it sooner than later. To the owner, check your camera in front of the blue trash bin gates and you can see me wiping off the soap spots left by your wash on my black suv. 10/01 around 10 ish. Was driving through Livermore and needed gas. I saw the shopping center off freeway and saw the Chevron. I had to use the restroom, so went in while gassing up my car. Oh my God! I have never seen or been in a gas station bathroom so nice! It was beautiful! Quality tile, auto flush toilet, nice fountain sink, a table to place your handbag, nice towels and closed lid trash can. I never thought I would Yelp a gas station, but this was just amazing!
