I bought PPF through Tesla and was referred to Lion - and judging from their parking lot, apparently with many other Tesla owners. This is a family operation so every worker is vested in their success. If someone has a "no one will notice it" moment, there will be difficult discussions at dinner -- so you know the job is being done right. To prove the point, my deep metallic blue Tesla came out looking beautiful, with no seams that I could see, and every piece of material wrapped around to hide and protect the edge of the PPF from peeling over time. I picked my car up in the afternoon, so there was some dust blown onto it by the storm that came through the Bay Area. Levon would not let me drive off his lot without washing the entire car -- by hand -- in freezing weather. Is this commitment to quality? You bet it is. The final proof point is there was no mention of me buying through Tesla, which means Lion had to pay commission to them. They didn't try to cross-sell, up-sell, or convince me to cancel the Tesla purchase and buy direct.
