Best service in the bay. Danilo and john will take care of you!! Bring your car here they will take care of you

I took my car into MCAR two weeks ago and the experience was great. This was my first time ever having a car's tint removed and re-tinted, and I started vetting vendors by opening a Project in Yelp. After a few qualifying chat conversations, MCAR ended up being my chosen vendor, and by the following Friday I was dropping off my Subaru BRZ on my lunch break. Danilo and his team checked me in, reviewed the scope of work with me, and had my car in their garage within 20 minutes. A few hours later it was ready, and I was really impressed by the workmanship. One thing worth noting: if your car has electrical sensors in the seats for airbag or seatbelt safety features, it's worth asking ahead of time how the shop handles that. Window tinting uses a lot of soap and water, and it's possible for your seats to get a little wet in the process. On my drive home, my BRZ's passenger seat must have picked up some moisture, because it started throwing a seatbelt warning alarm. I brought it back and Danilo and his team worked to triage the issue. To be safe, and to avoid running any more electrical current through it while it was still damp, he suggested buckling the seatbelt to stop the alarm and letting the seat fully dry before reassessing, with instructions to bring it back in if the sound returned. They handled the troubleshooting really well, and it just reinforced how much they care about getting things right for their customers. I'm looking forward to bringing my other car in for them to work on as well. Thank you again Danilo and team. read more

Got in contact with the business through Yelp to get a quote and they responded in a timely manner and came back to me with a reasonable quote for tinting my 2 front windows and the windshield. I opted for the ceramic tint, which is a bit more expensive but worth it! I was able to make a same day appointment. The business is located on a corner right across from a Valero gas station on San Bruno Ave. I arrived at my appointment time, but it did take awhile to check in the vehicle given it is only one person that handles the admin tasks. The staff at M Car Window Tint were super friendly and informative. The garage is decently big, can accommodate 3-4 cars. The small office has a small couch and you can get water while waiting. They also offer red bulls and sodas, but you do have to pay for those. The tint job for 2 front windows and the windshield took around 1-2 hours, which was super quick. They were very efficient and professional. My one issue was that there were some left over residue from the application of the tint, but I can overlook that since it was completed fairly quick and it was easily wiped off with a towel. They accept Zelle or cash(preferred) and credit cards(there is a fee for using credit cards). Payment was super quick and simple and they email you a invoice afterwards. Overall, I was satisfied with the work that was done and so far no peeling or bubbling after 2 weeks. Definitely recommend contacting them for your tinting needs! They also offer other services such as wraps/PPF as well. read more

I've used M Car in the past to apply tint on one of my cars and it was a great experience so I went back! I reached out via Yelp and got in touch with Valter who was really quick to respond and we got the day, time and price all worked out pretty quickly. When I got there, I was met by Kevin who was also very efficient and got me taken care of right away. It only took about 3-4hrs for them to complete the job and that's exactly the amount of time that he told me in the beginning. This is the type of service that I like and the reason why I came back to them. Efficient, to the point, reasonably priced and I'll be going back again in the future! read more

I called Friday evening 1/3/25, before closing to get a quote for car window tint services. Pedro was not only personable but also genuine and sincere. He gave his recommendations, but did not try to "up sell" me on any of his products. He outlined all his products from carbon vs ceramics, taking the time to educate me on the pros and cons of both. He was able to fit me in the very next morning at 930am. I ended up going with the more affordable option, of carbon. I ended up choosing 50% front and 20% rear on my tesla model 3. I had gotten previous quotes from several other window tint places around the bay area, and they were the most competitive when it came to pricing as well as quality work (per yelp and google reviews). He told me it would take approximately 4 hrs and much to my surprise, he called me about half an hour earlier. Pedro's customer service is impeccable and i'd recommend Pedro and his team to anyone looking to get their car tinted. Of note: He also took the time afterwards to educate me on what to expect with the drying process over the next few days. read more

I used the Yelp App to inquire about getting a tint. They replied to my inquiry in a timely manner. Additionally, they were able to accommodate my work schedule and got my car tinted in time for my drive home. Tint came out great. The only Con I had would be: My car had water dripping down my doors, which left dry streaks. I had to buy a waterless-type Carwash solution to get rid of the dry water spots/streaks. Price was competitive as well. Car: Tesla Model Y read more

Great customer service, happy how fast and everything turned out. Overall great experience overall, would recommend!

This shop was able to do a full front PPF and full vehicle ceramic coat on my car in a couple days, and the result looks great. The staff was friendly and took the time to answer any questions I had about the service. They were also very responsive whenever I messaged them, both on Yelp and text. Top tier service and I was able to get a pretty good price on it all with the New Years Promo deal! I definitely recommend this shop. read more

This place was the only local competitive price for car wrapping that didn't cost me a leg and arm. The scheduling and quote for my car was super fast with Ana. I got my car wrapped pink along with window tint. The wrap took a while to arrive and I dropped off my car before it arrived which I didn't know at the time. Totally time my car was there was 3 weeks. I was told 7-10 days but I understand that there was delays and issues with the wrap arriving. But it was still disappointing and I wished that the planning was better, in terms of telling me that the wrap hasn't arrived yet and to wait to drop off my car. Pedro gave me the send off on how to maintain my car and he was very friendly and enjoyed speaking with him. The finish was so amazing and I have no complaints on the job and details they did. I give four stars due to the 3 week wait. read more

Shoutout to Pedro and the MCar team! Took care of my BMW M3 with full ceramic tint all around. I was running late and the team was still able to accommodate me and finish the job within ~3 hours. Highly recommend taking all of your vehicles here "M Car" or not. *4/26 Update I had made a huge mistake regarding the window tint on the rear windshield of my BMW M3. I did not realize that the 3rd brake light required panel removal/disassembly in order for it to be tinted. I called Pedro at MCar upon noticing this and explained. Pedro with zero questions asked accommodated me yet again last minute and made things right. In addition to the 3rd brake light, without asking, Pedro took the time to review each window for quality control assurance and found a slight defect (air bubble) that he immediately corrected. Highly highly recommend M Car Window Tint, call and ask for Pedro! read more
