It didn't dawn upon me when pulling up to the parking lot and realizing I've been here before with my BMW. I remember Gena as soon as I walked in...I know he sees a lot of people on a daily basis so I know he probably doesn't remember me, but I gave him a refresher just in case about my previous vehicle and of course he's friendly and professional as he always is. I also got to meet Danny in person. Mind you my Lexus was kinda tricky to work on since it's a convertible and Danny was very honest saying it can be complicated and it's either take the risk or forget about it. I knew I had faith in Danny and trusted him as well as the other employee (whose name I didn't get). Gena even went above and beyond going the extra mile offering water as I waited in the seating area which I thought was very generous. I was pleased the way the service turned out. I DEFINITELY recommend Grizzly Style and will come back when it's time to get my future next car tinted. If I can add an extra star to this review I would, because it's the silly slap on the hand like im a 5 year old "DO NOT ROLL DOWN " sticker for me that Danny put onto the window switch as a reminder to prevent damage to the tint post installation. I left the shop and few days later I noticed bubbles, and spots where glue and dirt was trapped. Brought it back, they fixed doors, left the windshields. Now looking at it there is a crease on the window they fixed, again bubbles on the windows they fixed already. Rear windshield tint is bubbling around the defrost lines, front windshield has lines in it. I took it to another shop and they told me it's a crappy job, and cheap material. Hard to see because of the reflection, but if you want your tint to look like crap bring your car here.

Carlos was very honest and upfront with me-- the fish/vomit combo is among the hardest smells to remedy, so he could make a best effort but could not guarantee the result. He did not in any way pressure me or attempt to oversell what he could accomplish. He executed a repeated deep treatment and extraction process plus full interior detail, and I picked the car up the next day to find it in better condition than it has been since it came off the lot. And the offending lingering odor and stains are completely gone! I'm very happy with the price paid for the value of the service I received. Neto and his team were super responsive and patient, answering all of my (many) questions even before we committed. We were on a tight timeline to get it done in 2-3 days, and while there was a delay due to materials arriving late, Neto communicated clearly throughout and the team focused on getting everything right vs rushing it. I had wrote down specifically what % I wanted and handed it to Brayan. I expressed my concerns with the owner and sched a 4th appointment for today at 10am "to address the problems". It's currently 10:30am and the shop is not open. I have called the number and no answer. Overall, not satisfied with the quality of work for the premium pricing, and very unprofessional. I only came here because they were local and I try to support small businesses but this is not one that I would recommend
