Only took me 300 years to write a review, but DAMN these guys are the best!! They installed and wired my dash cam, two cam front back, late July I think the 31st. Not only did they get me in and out within a day, but they did so while missing two or three techs at once! They reached out to update me about their circumstances and to kindly ask for a reschedule, but of course I missed their voicemail. Yet they STILL got it done within my desired timeframe! I'm seriously considering going back for a sound system installation soon. Completion times may vary, and of course check your voicemails folks be better than me. NOT ONLY THIS, but Jim hooked me up with a hardware kit and an SD card for cheap when I didn't have them to provide, and he told me he never lets the cams get installed without the "parking mode" hardware kit installed with them. Went here and the Asian guy didn't want to help me told me he couldn't tint my widows, because the Camaro droptop has a plastic window on the back then told me he couldn't find a box to go inside of the droptop Camaro said when was the last time you seen a droptop with beat in it just did not want to help me at all. Had a terrible ghost touch screen going on with my Mazda CX-5. These guys detached the touch screen cable for me and no more crazy radio station changes or phone issues. Hooray! That only disables the touch part of the screen, which I never used anyway. The tech, Warren, also applied some magic and made the screen itself clear and pretty. I called to see if they could get the ceiling tweeters to work with my newly installed touchscreen radio. I was assured their techs were experts and could get it to work. I brought it in with the radio out. The tech said I had too many cables plugged in, so he unplugged most of them. The maps stopped working, and he said, "You just need to set it up." I showed him that I lost the connection with my phone, so it only played off the antenna. He said nothing. He then said, "The tweeters work now." But they did not. This may be a unique situation, but the general lesson here is that if they don't know how to do something, instead of admitting it, they will simply tell you that you are hearing what you aren't. read more

Tell them what you want, how much you're willing to spend and they'll set it up. It's still cheaper to install on your own, and if time is your commodity, then I don't mind paying experts to do it right. I told the guy at the front counter (I think he said his name was Will..?) that all I needed was to connect a couple dashcam wires to my fuse panel, so he was able to squeeze me into all the other 10am appointments that morning. Excellent service. My wife was gifted a furbished Boss radio. We had Hi-tech do the install and learned afterwards that the radio itself was bad (static, high pitched wine). Jim gave us a few quotes for a replacement unit in the $250 range before labor. The entire affair (bad radio install labor, plus replacement) was going to cost us close to $800. We really had no choice, we didn't think leaving her car without a radio was an option, and paying the labor to re-install the old unit felt like a waste. Needless to say her gift felt more like a curse. We told Hi-tech to go ahead with a new unit. The replacement was done in two hours. When we arrived for pick it up Jim had removed the labor from the invoice, and added an additional discount. We paid closer to $175 instead of the $350ish we were quoted! We are beyond thrilled. They were under no obligation to provide any assistance for an off-the-street radio. The radio they installed is even better than the one we were gifted. Hi-tech turned a terrible situation into something really special. We will definitely be back. read more

We had a Dashcam installed today which went great. Our only issue is with all the black fingerprints and smudges on the sun visor and several areas of the headliner that we can't get it out. Absolutely outstanding customer service. I got a system put in for my birthday in May. I did something to the mic and it needed replacing by Nov., but I don't live nearby. Will at the front desk assured me they would accommodate me on the fly whenever I could get there. And sure enough weeks later he remembered me and honored his word and fit me in with only a few hours notice. And the new mic was covered!!!
