On my 2018 Lexus RX350, they installed a Kicker 10-inch subwoofer that sounds great. They spent almost three days working carefully on the cars. Scheduled my appointment with Jerald to help install a dash and rear cam on my Mazda. Jerald did a great job with the installation. I followed up with him the following day when an alert popped up on my car's app about the air bag. Jerald came back to double check his work. He followed up a week later to ensure no other alerts came. I did inform him that the plastic molding around my rear view mirror (we used a dongar to tap into the moonroof to power the cameras) was pulling apart. I'm updating my review because of some things I found on my subwoofer installation. My stereo quit working a week ago with absolutely no sound. I decided to take a look to see if I can figure out what happened. The work that Daniel did didn't cause the problem, but while I was tracing wires down and troubleshooting, I found that these guys tapped into the factory JBL amp my skinning the insulation off the factory wires, wrapping the new wires to be connected around the newly exposed conductors, wrap them with electrical tape and then put a tie wrap around each one. W.T. F.???? This isn't a $300 install. I could have had a kid at the local Best Buy car audio install shop do a better job. How about a proper wire tap? How about using a soldering iron to drop a bead of solder on the connection? How about a proper butt connector?!?! Do you guys do all your installs the same way? Amazing that no one's complained! Getting a response from them via phone, email, or yelp messaging is like pulling teeth. Took a week and a half to get pricing and availability. Was looking to get a new AVIN Avant 4 head unit installed on my E53 X5 and they quoted $500-$650 for an install with a week and a half until they can get me in for a mobile visit... that's high for SF even and a really long wait time. Second highest price I saw after reaching out to 6 other places with similarly high ratings was $300.
