Chris was awesome! He was very prompt, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. He took the time to explain everything in plain language, which I really appreciated. I wanted more volume in my RAV4 without taking up any trunk space, so I initially asked about replacing my factory speakers. Chris walked me through the different options, explained what would work best for what I wanted, and made the whole installation process seamless and fast. The quality of service was great, and Chris was also very personable and easy to work with. I'm extremely happy with the service and so glad I chose Beyond Street Performance! read more

Had a great experience with Beyond Street Performance! Chris replaced the radio in my 2016 Subaru with an upgraded system that includes Apple CarPlay, and the entire process could not have been easier. I called Chris and was able to book an appointment for him to come out to my house just a few days later. He showed up right on time, completed the installation in about two hours, and everything is working great. Chris was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the entire process. Having him come directly to my house made everything incredibly convenient. Quick, efficient, professional, and painless from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Chris and Beyond Street Performance to anyone looking to upgrade their car! read more

I have a 26 year old car that I try to keep in pristine condition, and part of that is due to finding the right people to work in it. I called a number of places to install a new head unit and found Chris to be the most honest, responsive, knowledgeable, and fair. He also makes house calls, which is a huge plus. His work was immaculate and just speaking to him during the install leaves you with the impression of a guy you would want to hang out with. I would highly recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone looking for car stereo related projects. Thanks, Chris! read more

Chris was truly amazing. He gave a thorough explanation before starting the dash cam installation and did a perfect job for both me and my partner. We had a small request to adjust the camera's position, and he even came all the way back to my apartment to make the adjustment. I'm planning to ask him for other services, such as tire rotations, in the future. I highly recommend Chris's services to everyone! read more

Chris was amazing. Answered all my questions, handled me changing my mind, used my hardware, installed it quickly, and things work flawlessly. Full speaker upgrade in my Ioniq 5 now sounds crisp as hell, big sound, and no rattling. Absolutely go to Chris. read more

I recently brought my 2005 Mercedes SLK 350 to Beyond Street Performance to upgrade the stereo/head unit and also had him check/run a diagnostic because of the error messages l had on the dashboard, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Chris was incredibly friendly, professional, and super communicative throughout the whole process -- especially via text, which made everything so much easier. Originally, we tried installing the recommended harness, but given the age of the car, it didn't work out. No problem -- Chris went above and beyond, rewiring the entire system and bypassing the old amplifier. It wasn't a simple task by any means, and although the final cost was about double the original quote, I understand why -- the extra work was substantial and totally worth it. Fortunately, I was able to return the harness, which helped a bit too. Chris also removed the CD changer from the glove compartment, which now makes that space usable again -- small detail, but a big win for functionality! If you're looking for someone who's skilled, communicative, and honest, I highly recommend Beyond Street Performance. read more

I called to get a dash cam, front and rear, installed on my SUV. I wanted to make sure that it was a decent camera, not overly blocking my view, and that I could access easily for the clips if needed. Chris was very friendly and helpful in narrowing down options for me. He came to my house and installed it over a couple of hours. He cleaned up after himself and was very good at answering all my questions! With all the crazy drivers out there, the dash cam gives me some peace of mind and I'd definitely use Chris again. read more

It's been ages since I wrote a YELP review but after having several great experiences working with Chris I couldn't not. I first found Beyond Street Performance after buying an older car and having him replace the existing stereo system with Apple CarPlay. He was also able to add a rear camera and upgrade all of my speakers. Since then I have worked with him to do a complete custom tires/rims on my car, replace my brakes as well as some other small things. His work is clean and meticulous and clearly shows the integrity he has in everything he works on. He does a great job explaining the process, staying in communication, getting the work done efficiently as well as laying out all of the options along the way. It's not easy to find someone to work on your car that you feel like you can instantly trust but I did! read more

Highly recommend! Great service and top notch detail. Don't even think of going somewhere else.

Feel really lucky to have found and worked with Beyond Street Performance on a Car Stereo install. I had sourced the equipment myself and they were happy to do the install. Unfortunately, the backup camera was damaged in shipping, but they happily sold me one of theirs in stock. Then the feed from the camera was intermittent, and they insisted on replacing all the wiring for it in the car (front to back) for free, to make sure the problem was solved. Quick, great communication, nice. I'll come back to BSP for everything I need. read more

Chris is detail-oriented, knowledgeable, hardworking, and really loves his craft. He's also just a great guy to talk to! I took my car to his shop twice to get Dynamat installed, first time on all the doors, second time on the floor. Both rounds he did an excellent job on the install itself, and he was great at communicating. He kept me updated on progress and sent me pictures throughout the day. Highly recommended! read more

Chris is outstanding. I reached out to him just for a stereo installation, but when I asked him to help with a few other things that we needed, he ended up replacing the drive belt, the brakes, rotors, battery connections and a new battery, radiator hose, air filter, removed an unwanted tow hitch, and installed a tonneau cover for us. He saved us so much time and money. He is a true professional and I trust him implicitly. I will bring all of my cars to Chris from now on. And he couldn't be any nicer. read more

Chris is very knowledgeable, capable, professional and trustworthy. He did an excellent job on troubleshooting and fixing electrical problems in my car. Thieves stole the car and after I recovered it, I discovered my instrument cluster panel and air conditioning weren't working properly along with some other issues. Chris inspected my car, determined that some fuses were shorted and other electrical issues, and he fixed my car right up. He also installed a kill switch for me and hardwired a dash cam. His prices were fair, and he's a good communicator. I am very happy. Highest recommendation. I feel very fortunate to have found him. read more

BSP did an excellent, super-clean amp and sub install for me today, which sounds great. The owner Chris is very personable and has been incredibly responsive in our communications. I first contacted him Monday evening and had my stereo installed this afternoon! He's obviously very knowledgeable and reasonably priced as well. Another perk is that it's easy to kill a couple hours in that neighborhood while you wait - get some great Mexican food and go thrift-store shopping! I'm going to add to the system soon and will definitely return to Beyond Street Performance. read more

Chris was a pleasure to work with. Very friendly and informative of the work. You can tell how experienced he is at his work just by watching him; it's mildly satisfying how things just come together in his hands. You can call or text his number. I had Chris swap out my stock rims and TPMS sensors with aftermarket ones on my Mazda 3 and he did so without any hiccups all while chatting. He made sure both my stock and aftermarket rims were unscratched while swapping out the tires, balancing, and mounting. The pricing was also reasonable comparing to other wheel shops I've looked around. It may not be the cheapest, but I've had my lugs/rims scratched from mainstream tire shops in the past, and Chris is unquestionably more careful with your stuff. I can definitely recommend Beyond Street Performance, Chris will take care of you. read more

I'm so glad I shopped around to find Chris and Beyond Street Performance. Looking to upgrade my car into the real world with Apple Car Play and a rear camera, I was quoted by "The Other Guys" $4,000. I called Chris who took time to see me and start the build blueprints immediately. We started with what I initially came for and finally came to a build that gives me flexibility down the line and added features I didn't want at first. While Chris and I strictly talked shop I could tell that I could trust him with my needs. They were even accommodating for me going out of town for a weekend to get the work done. Because I drive a SAAB replacement dash parts are very hard (and $) to come by so I needed someone good and trustworthy.
