Requested a quote via Yelp and William responded promptly. This business was already recommended to me by my cousin so I had no doubt that I was going to use this business. I recently got a new car which already had the back tint. William was flexible and was able to do my car at his house because he said my garage was too small to work with. *He's mobile though so if you have enough space, he'll come to you! William was informative, friendly and professional. He was also honest. Originally he quoted me assuming we'd do the whole car, but once he saw it, he recommended just do the front. The back tint he mentioned was not factory, but after market because he can tell there was film on it. He would've charged me for take it off and then re-tint it which would be obviously more. So I asked for 20% in the front to match the back and he confirmed that that was a good level. William also offers lifetime warranty so just call him if you see anything wrong with the tint. He also put stickers on my window controls to remind me not to roll down my windows for 3-5 days (thank goodness because I def would've forgotten). I just did my own thing inside the house and once he was complete he let me know and gave me a full walkthrough of the car. How it looks, what's supposed to happen in the next few days, instructions on how to care for the windows, etc...
