Mason, the owner, ROCKS. I've not gotten a deep interior clean / detail since purchasing this car several years ago and now it looks better than when I bought it. He was incredibly communicative, kind, accommodating, and personable and I could tell he genuinely cared about doing a good job. He is also super knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining what he did and why. I only got my interior done, but I definitely plan on going back soon to get my headlights and some exterior work done. Mason exceeded my expectations and I seriously can't recommend Paradise enough! read more

I was looking for a mobile detailer to surprise my wife for her birthday. I reached out to a few here on Yelp, some didn't respond...some responded with vague details about their service. Mason provided a very thorough detailed explanation about his service and informed me of an opening on my wife's birthday. His prices were on par with what others were charging, so this was a pretty easy decision to chose Mason. Communication was excellent throughout. When he arrived, he went over in detail what he'd be cleaning and the process in which it'd take place. I was quite impressed with his professionalism. He was very meticulous in his work, which was appreciated. I didn't keep track, but he worked on my wife's car for over 4 hours. When he was finished, we went over the job (which turned out fantastic) and he gave me some tips on how to restore the bumper on my own car. I highly recommend Mason & Paradise Detailing. read more

My car was really in need of some TLC after a long Summer of road trips etc. The interior was kind of rough. Mason came to my home to detail my 2024 VW GTI on October 13 2025. His service was nothing short of great. My car is back to showroom quality. I feel like I am getting into a new car now. He applied a light ceramic coating to the exterior and it looks great. We've had some rain now and the water beads up and rolls right off. The interior looks so fantastic and smells like a new car. There is a lot of value in work Mason did. I am absolutely satisfied with the service and the price. Everything was great. read more

Paradise Detailing did an incredible job on my car! Mason clearly takes a lot of pride in his work, and it shows in the final result. My car needed serious help, including dog vomit, mold, interior messes, and some light exterior scratches. He handled everything thoroughly and even polished out the surface scratches so the car looked dramatically better inside and out. On top of the quality work, Mason made the whole process easy. He gave me a ride a few miles away so I could work while the car was being detailed, then picked me back up when it was ready. Great service, great attention to detail, and a very professional experience. Highly recommend Paradise Detailing! read more

My 2013 black Dodge Charger was in need of some serious TLC. I purchased the full suite of services from Mason and Paradise Detailing, including full interior/exterior detailing, two-step paint correction, clay bar treatment and 3-year ceramic coating. Mason was meticulous in his work and went above and beyond in his attention to detail and correction of swirls, chips, scratches, etc. in the paint before sealing the finish with the ceramic coating. I had my 1964 Porsche 356C detailed by Paradise Detailing. Mason did a fantastic job! He pulled up with his pickup and trailer ready to go with everything needed to work on a classic car. No need to worry about a water supply or hose. He reviewed my car and went over his entire plan with me. Mason was meticulous. He worked on it for 3+ hours and the result was beautiful. His pricing was very reasonable for the time, effort and result. I had a great experience and I don't usually write reviews but Paradise Detailing was worth my time to write i. read more

Mason of Paradise Detailing cleaned everything in the interior that we talked about beforehand and much more! He was professional, prompt in replying and updating me on his progress, and clearly loves what he does. Ever since the detailing work he did, my wife (whose car it is) can't stop talking about how happy she is with it. "I can't believe how clean he got it!". I will tell everyone I know about Paradise Detailing, and continue to have Mason do detailing on our cars.. read more

Make it right Mason. I have used Paradise on more than one occasion. They arrive on time, do what they say they'll do with the utmost of care and detail. I have a black car very susceptible to all kinds of issues. Paradise's work makes my car look like new ( its 20+ years old ) and last for months thru many washings. Again, great work, good attitude and very competent execution of work. read more

Mason was professional, timely and did excellent work. He did a great job of tailoring his quote to our needs (scratch repair & rust removal) on an older car. Other shops were quoting 2-3x the price for a level of work we didn't want to pay, great value for money. read more

Mason came to my house and removed a ton of brown marks that were all over my light grey green Rav 4! I accidentally parked under an oak tree in my neighborhood and thought the spots were not going to come off after trying to wash my car myself. He was very pleasant, kind and did a beautiful job detailing my car. I will definitely hire him again for my other vehicles. read more

I recently had my vehicle detailed by Paradise Detailing in San Rafael, and the experience delivered exceptional value with truly high-quality results. Mason performed a full interior and exterior detail and also recommended a one-step paint correction before applying the NanoDiamond ceramic coating -- a step that made a noticeable difference in the final outcome. Mason explained that paint correction is essential before ceramic coating to remove swirl marks, light scratches, and surface imperfections so the coating can bond properly to a smooth surface. This process locked in a deeper gloss and ensured the ceramic coating didn't seal in defects or magnify blemishes. Skipping this step, as he explained, can trap imperfections, lead to hazy results, and make future correction extremely difficult once the coating is applied. His attention to detail and knowledge really showed. The interior was left spotless and refreshed -- carpets shampooed, surfaces cleaned, and everything looking and smelling like new. The NanoDiamond ceramic coating on the exterior added an impressive shine and long-term protection against UV damage, dirt, and road grime, making it ideal heading into winter and before the summer heat kicks in. For the level of craftsmanship, products used, and time spent, the service was an excellent value. The convenience of having a professional mobile auto detailer in Marin County come directly to my home made the entire process seamless. If you're looking for premium interior and exterior detailing, paint correction, or ceramic coating in San Rafael or Marin County, I highly recommend Paradise Detailing. read more
