I came in Monday and met Sebastian and Victor, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Sebastian was professional, transparent, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. He explained everything clearly, kept me updated daily with photos, and even pointed out existing blemishes so I'd have realistic expectations. That openness built a lot of trust. The install was completed in only three days, and the edge work and seam hiding were impressive. A few bubbles showed up, but Tint Co was upfront that settling takes time and scheduled a follow-up. At my two-week check, they immediately replaced a bubbling panel overnight with no hassle. PPF is expensive, but the quality, speed, and customer service made it worth it. Thomaz responds to all of the messages and is very polite, prompt, and provides a lot of details. I only needed one window tinted for my house to minimize glare on artificial turf grass and I had little knowledge of window tinting options. Thomaz was very helpful, patient with my questions, and professional. Marco, the owner of this location, is professional and did an excellent job on the window. He uses non toxic baby soap to clean the windows and adhere it so the residual cleanser washes away and not toxic to pets or kids. A week later and the tint has done it's job! No air bubbles at all! I was impressed that Thomaz showed up on time, in a company polo shirt, and both were very professional and respectful. I'd hire them again without question.
