They're only commercial. But when they were for all car owners, they were great. They did a beautiful job on my 2007 Ford focus.

Ricky is friendly, professional, and very well informed about the best way to deal with any damage to your car. Would come here anytime I need any work done on my car. There's a big parking lot with plenty of space. If you been in an accident, this place is where you should go. read more

I debadged my Stinger and went sideways. The paint peeled. Glad I found Dreams Auto Collision and Ricky was very helpful. I wanted the holes filled and painted. He did a fantastic job and my car was done in 3 days. Other places was trying to charge so much. His fee was very reasonable. Thank you so much! Job well done. read more

So, A Deer hit our car, or we he a deer, not quite sure how it happened, because it happened so fast! My front end was trashed..so was the deer :( Anyways, Found Dream's on Yelp! Ricky was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He kept me up to date on everything that was happening with my car and was patient with my insurance, who lacks communication skills and seem to be on a totally different schedule than the rest of the planet. I got my car back today and it looks amazing! They even cleaned inside for me. I recommend Dreams for any body work you need to have done. Thanks Ricky and Dream's Crew, you guys did a wonderful job! read more

Just picked up my car from the body shop today, totally amazing! Was in a car accident, completely ruined the front of the car, and now it looks like a brand new mini !! Yay!! Rick the owner is very pleasant to have business with! Will recommend this bodyshop to all my friends! read more

I have used Dream's before and was very pleased with the results. This time, I had a run in with a deer, which caused damage to the front of my car. I only needed one estimate, Ricky and the staff does a great job. I told Ricky that this would not be covered by insurance and he made sure that he would get me the best possible price and he did. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend Dream's to anyone that needs their car repair. He also got my car back to me two sooner than he promised which also saved me money with the car rental. Thanks to everyone @ Dream's, you were a Dream. read more

I had the absolutely best experience here. They were super quick and honest about the price. I had gotten another quote for the same job and they were about 400 less than my first quote. I brought my car to them to repair my bumper on a Tuesday and I picked it up on Friday morning. Super satisfied with the work read more

This shop is totally amazing. It is owned by Rick. His brothers worked with him as well. They did a great job on my Nissan Armada 2006. At first I was in just for an interior and exterior detail, but Tony adviced me to let them re-do the paint job of my car, it have a lot of scratches and detailing will not do anything. I was hesitant at first but good thing I took his advice. It was all paid by my insurance and all I need to pay for was my deductible which was not bad at all. They gave me a good deal PLUS they did an extra mile with my car. Some parts of my car were not covered by my insurance but they re-painted it too. Overall, I recommend this shop to anyone. Definitely will go back here if there's problem with my car. They are very honest, professional, safe, and great service!!!! I got my car on the date as promised. GREAT JOB!!!! read more

My wife's car was repaired here years ago. This is the first place I thought of when my car was damaged. They do not disappoint and I am so glad I went to them first. The people at the shop are extremely friendly and they do great work. The owner is very responsive and helped me deal with the insurance company so that I don't need to. My settlement was way too low to complete the work and if I go with somebody else, I will probably pay a lot out of pocket, now it's just the co-pay. I am a very happy customer, highly recommended! read more

Thank you so much, Ricky. We showed up an hour before closing time, and once we decided I couldn't drive on the freeway, everyone dropped their work and helped do a quick estimate so we could get work started. He let us play in his office (two small girls with me) and quickly ordered the parts we needed. Incredibly sweet, generous, awesome owner of a great business. read more

As other's Yelpers have mentioned, the owner Ricky provides excellent communication and customer service. My car was repaired and looks brand new. Highly recommended! read more

After the tremendous service I received from Dreams Auto Body I felt compelled to write a review. Rick went above and beyond and I was so pleased with the outcome of my car repair. Being a woman you want to feel comfortable and that you are be taken care of. Both Rick and his brother explained every thing to me and spoke to me about every aspect of the repairs as well as walking me through what was done when it was time to pick up my car. They even through in a complete detail on my car and I honestly didn't recognize my car when I came to the shop...they're fantastic and as a woman I highly recommend Dreams Auto Body, they do not take advantage and treat you like a high end customer no matter what! read more

Excellent work and customer service. Needed my rear bumper worked on. The first shop I took it to wanted $1100 to repair and it would take at least three days. Ricky, the owner of Dream's, suggested replacing the bumper instead of repairing it. Said the price would be the same, and he would only need the car for an hour. I paid a deposit and arranged the date to install it. Ricky painted the new bumper, matched the paint exactly, and had it ready to install when I returned. It only took an hour like he said it would. The total cost was $100 less then the other shop. read more

My son got into an accident before New Years Day when some idiot cut in front of him by turning left while in a lane that was supposed to go straight. Anyway, since my son had dash cam video as proof that the other driver was at fault, the insurance process to get our vehicle fixed was pretty fast. I decided to try a different body shop for the repair this time around because last yearr when my son got into another accident, our insurance suggested the repair be done at Husteads in Berkeley. I was not happy with the experience at Husteads for a number of reasons. They had the car for almost a month, they were out of the way (I'm in PINOLE), they gave me the run around every time I called them and I found out later that they took short cuts in the repair of my sons car. I also went to another body shop in Pinole before I went to Dreams but that other shop was not able to start the repairs until 3 weeks later and we needed this donE ASAP. We then drove to Dream's and the owner Ricky helped us right away. I gave Ricky the estimate from my insurance company and he not only explained the process of getting our car fixed, Ricky walked us through it step by step. I felt that the estimate was way short of what it should be and Ricky agreed and told me that he would work wIth my insUrance to get a "supplement" to add the repairs that wasn't on the first estimate. Ricky also kept me updated with the repairs while our car was in his shop. As opposed to me calling him. While the whole experience with Dream's Auto Body was great, the best part was that it only took them 2 weeks to complete the repair. When we went to pick up our car it looked like it did when we bought it brand new. Ricky explained what they did and what was replaced on my sons car. He showed us the parts that were removed and let me take some of the parts that I thought can be reused again if needed. I could go on about the entire experience that I had with Dream's but there's just too much to mention. This shop made the miserable experience of dealing with an auto accident a lot easier and a lot less stressful. I hope that I won't be needing to get body work done again any time soon, but if I do, I will definitely be going to Dream's and no where else. read more

If you own a European car especially a BMW and need body work meticulously done, Dream's Auto Collision is the place to bring your car. They do excellent work combined with state of the art auto restoration equipment and the customer service is Top notch!!! Ricky, which is the owner understood my car O.C.D. and Ciera (Ricky's better half) was accommodating, very professional and always kept me posted while they worked on my car. The first time that I worked with Rick and Ciera was back in 2005 and I was blown away by their attention to detail. At the office I am well known to be a auto enthusiast and I always recommended Dream's Auto Collision to anyone that is looking for a good body shop. Great customer service, attention to detail and really good pricing. They always made sure everything was perfect. I'm very happy with their work and will be back here as long as I own a BMW. Had to come back again which is terrible. No one likes having an accident. Fortunately, I was in good hand once again when Ricky handled my repair and insurance claim. Expertly repaired my vehicle and knowledgeable about the insurance process. Got the work done quick and outstanding. Great body repair shop overall. read more

Our family car was badly damaged due to a hit and run accident. Through a friend's referral, we towed our car to Dream's for the repairs. Despite the fact that our insurance company was being difficult about the coverage, Dream's Auto was able to convince the insurance company to pay for all the damages. After the repair, we were so satisfied with the excellent job they had done. The car was so shiny and clean when we picked it up that it honestly looked better than it did when we'd rolled that thing out of the dealership. They did an amazing job and seriously went above and beyond for us. The owner values his customers and delivers nothing short of top notch service. We're definitely going to refer them to all our friends and family members! read more

Rick, the owner personally oversees every repair and goes way beyond any normal body shop to make sure his customers are happy. Examples of some of the extras on their repair of my Honda S2000: Touched up scratches on other parts of the car not related to the repair, cleaned up the rims where tire repairs had stained them, replaced a bumper rather than repairing it (I had to pay a little extra but it was worth it), polished the whole car to make it look like new. Rick's assistant Ciera is also great - helping make sure the interactions with the insurance company went smoothly. Plus she's really nice and easy on the eyes! These folks came in with the lowest estimate but even if they hadn't I would have chose them. If you're near this area and you've got a choice of where to go, I highly recommend "Dreams". read more

I have to explain to you first, that I love my car. She and I have been through the height of the Dot-com's, the dot-bombs, a wedding, many road trips, and now a toddler. Yeah, she's almost over 10 years old, but I can't get rid of her. I was even offered a new car, but refused. How could I betray her? That said, the poor girl was in an accident last month. I wasn't the one driving, so my heart sank when I heard. (Oh yeah, the person driving was okay.) The front driver's side was all bent in. She looked awful and sad. So, we took her to Dream's Auto Collision and the owner, Rick, really took care of her. He was super honest, very communicative, and my car came back better than before! I almost thought she was a newer car when we got her back. There is no indication at all of where the accident was. Rick even painted the whole hood because he said there were some scratches there. She was also detailed, so she was very clean and shiny. I didn't find any crumbs embedded in the carpet, sticky goo from people's shoes, crackers in the seats, or greasy fingerprints on the windows. She was so clean, I didn't even want to drive her for a while. Rick not only got the repair done the right way, he took the extra effort and made her look awesome. Word done: A++ Customer Service: A+++ Overall experience: AMAZING +++ If your car gets dinged up, bring it here. He made my 10 year old car look like she did the first day I bought her! read more

5 star auto body!!!!! After days of research, I brought my baby here for repair Bc this man rear ended my car. I received excellent customer service while filling out paperwork. My car looks better than ever. I was referred to Dreams and chose dreams Bc they have a reputation of good quality for their work. Dreams do not take short cuts when it comes to repairing cars. I absolutely recommend this place. read more

Ricky is awesome to work with. My car was hit by a bus (luckily it was going very slowly so the damage was best case scenario) and the bus company's insurance was a pain to deal with. Ricky did all of the communication with the other party's insurance which would have been a waste of my time. The refused to pay for OEM parts, but Ricky went ahead and replaced all of the damaged parts with OEM parts. Really easy to work with and he called me constantly to give me an update. I'd definitely take my car back here and recommend you do, too. read more

Trusted my Lexus 400h to Dreams for minor dents and paint job which was performed very professionally. I got personalized attention by owner and his brothers going over additional minor scuff marks and dents which were barely visible to eye, which they fixed above and beyond for me =) I will definitely recommend them for their quality and detailed work. read more

I love this body shop! Met Rick (owner) back near 2005 and he has always taken care of me and my Scion tC, Infiniti G35, and Infiniti G37s. He is very precise with his work and always keeps his word. Each time I go, Rick always goes beyond what I ask for. Before I came here I was looking into Premier Auto Body. Rick is fair and flexible with his price and also personally I rather deal with the owner of the business rather than managers, etc. That's what makes Dream's Auto Collision stand out from the rest. Oh he also now owns a detail shop next door. He washed my car, clay, wax, and also cleaned and disinfected the interior, along with waxing the rims. The car looked better then when I bought it brand new! The wax job was perfect! Bottom line, I like Dream's because the owner himself is always present and working and does leave his business to others to run. It is always better to deal with the owner himself, it just makes everything smoother during the process. read more

Walking into an auto repair or body shop has never been an enjoyable experience for me until I walked into Dream's Collision Auto Center. The owner, Ricky, was on the phone when I arrived, but as soon as he was free, gave me his full attention. My Honda Insight was still drivable, but recently a Ford 150 truck backed into the front of it. Ricky surveyed the damage and then compiled a thorough preliminary estimate, which he gave me with his card stapled to it. Subsequently, I visited Dream's for the repair. I was impressed. The office is in the center, and the shop surrounds it. It's a busy shop, but because of the exceptional design, Ricky can focus on individuals. Like an earlier writer, when I left, I was reminded of when my car was new. read more

Several months ago I had a silly accident (backed up into a pole), so my car needed bodywork. I got estimates at 2 other local places first before I came to Dreams. The people at these other shops either acted a bit sleezy or not professional enough, so I kept looking. At Dreams, Ricky treated me with kindness and a professional attitude, which I really appreciated. He showed me what needed repair and explained why too. He was thorough and patient and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I felt like he really knows what he's doing (which I couldn't say for the other local body shops I'd checked out). I felt so comfortable, I immediately said yes, let's do this. I needed my car fixed in a hurry, and he and his team did exactly that, for no extra charge! When I returned to pick up my car, I was amazed how good it looked! They had done a little extra repair work without charging me for it, just so that whole section of the car would look like new, and it did! And he also had saved the old damaged parts that had been replaced, to show them to me. Who is conscientious enough to even think this way? Ricky!!!! The repairs were not covered by insurance, and yes Ricky gave me a good price. I was so pleased with his work, I would give him 10 stars if I could. Thank you Ricky! If I ever need body work in the future, I know where to go! And if you need body work, I highly recommend you come to Dreams and talk with Ricky. read more

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Got what I asked for and then some. So good even the in-laws go to them...

I just had my van repaired here a few weeks ago. I was really impressed! Ricky was professional and knows what he is doing. He took the time to explain what repairs they were going to do. He said my van would be ready in a week and it was. My van came back clean and way better than before. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend Dream's Auto Collision. read more

Wow! I couldn't believe how clean my car looks when it was done.
