I had a windshield replaced on my Nissan 350Z by this company, and unfortunately the experience afterward has been extremely frustrating. During the windshield replacement, my A-pillar trim was damaged. The damage was not brought to my attention by the installers. I discovered it myself when inspecting the vehicle afterward. After I brought it up, I was told they would replace the damaged part. I have multiple messages from them stating that they ordered the replacement, received the wrong part, reordered it, and were continuing to try to obtain the correct one. After weeks of waiting, they eventually came to my house. Based on all of our previous communication, I believed they were coming with the replacement part. Instead, when they arrived, I was told they wanted to remove my original damaged part and have it repaired. This was never discussed with me beforehand and was not what we had previously agreed to, so I declined. I also requested their insurance information regarding the damage to my vehicle and was not provided with it. At this point, I have made it clear that I do not authorize them to remove, repair, or perform any further work on my vehicle. I am simply asking them to honor the resolution they originally offered: provide the correct replacement A-pillar part, properly painted to match my vehicle's factory BW5 paint, and allow me to handle the installation myself. I gave them plenty of time and opportunities to resolve this directly. What should have been a straightforward windshield replacement has turned into weeks of chasing down a resolution for damage that occurred during their service. I have kept the invoice, photographs of the damage, and the messages documenting the replacement parts they said they ordered. I will update this review if they ultimately resolve the situation. read more

I just recently purchased a 2020 Ford F-150 King Ranch edition and a rock chipped my windshield and eventually turn into a pretty sizable crack that went across the driver's side of the windshield. I got several quotes and decided to go with Enrique and his team at Auto Glass Warehouse. I did not want an aftermarket replacement so I requested OEM windshield. It took 2 appointments to get it done, no fault of Enrique's team, the dealership ordered the wrong windshield. Kudos to Auto Glass Warehouse for discovering this prior to removing my existing windshield. Enrique told me they double check the windshield when they arrive on-site prior to removing the old one.
