Chai is awesome. Super prompt, courteous, great communicator. Fixed my 2023 Bolt EUV windshield in an hour the day I needed, and so far so good! When the stupid electric car sensor error message came on afterwards, I told him about it and he came by the next day to check it out, for free, without my even asking him to do so. Turns out that with electric cars you have to get them recalibrated every time your windshield is replaced, has nothing to do with Chai's work. My insurance is covering that so now I have that scheduled, but he's asked me to let him know how it goes. So nice to work with someone who genuinely cares about how things turn out and follows up! He came in time for the appointment and took about an hour to finish the job as promised. The price was the cheapest among those I found on Yelp who provide similar services. He provides free mobile services as well. Although the windshield glass is not a genuine Honda part, everything is the same as the genuine except the Honda mark, according to Chai. When our car was broken into late Saturday evening, I reached to out to Chai's Mobile Auto Glass at 12:20am with questions that I had regarding their services, as well as requested a quote for window repairs. Being that it was a holiday weekend I figured I wouldn't hear back until sometime Monday or Tuesday morning. To my surprise, within about 15 minutes of my request, I received a reply. As I have never used their services in the past, I had several questions that I needed answered before deciding to move forward with any repairs.
