    Steve and Tom, and crew who fixed my car---- you literally helped bring some relief to a super stressful situation. Involved and unwitting victim to an altered person who ran into my car and destroyed my bumper, i had the team here come to the rescue! Thanks again for so much compassion to give me a good deal, for which I am still grateful! April accident, claim still ongoing..stress and headaches for me. They at 101 were beyond AWESOME, ordered it and installed all within a week. amazing work ethic and helped me out so much. I couldn't sing enough praises and would unflinchingly recommend them to anyone who wants quality and honesty. They had a big heart toward me, and I'm over the moon with my repaired car!!!

    My car as you can see Really needs a Makeover but I'm really strapped for cash. I was hoping that by looking at the pictures you could give me a estimate on how much it would cost.     Unfortunately, I have nothing good to say about my experience with 101 Auto Body. I have made the mistake of taking my Mazda to their shop for two different repairs, and each time, the repair took not two tries, but three. In the case of my most recent repair, their third attempt has resulted in my insurance and I choosing a new shop to finish the shoddy repairs. My first repair with this shop a couple years ago was a disappointment due to multiple dust specks under a new paint job they did, but after that, due to MASKING TAPE they left UNDER the touched up paint. ! Shame on me, though, in a hurry to get the front end of my car repaired after a fender bender, I decided to give 101 Auto Body another shot years later. Boy, did I regret that choice. At first, it seemed fine. I did notice some dust specks, but Marco the manager assured me they'd fix it in a day. They did - but when I got home and in a different light, I found over a dozen dust specks still there. Marco explained to me that this collection of dust specks hadn't been repaired because it was actually due to preexisting rock chips in my hood. This was particularly interesting, as my insurance and I had JUST PAID FOR A BRAND NEW HOOD from their shop and I'd driven the car a whopping two days since it came back from them. I reminded Marco of this, and after some resistance, he said they'd fix it. (For those not keeping score, this was the third time.) After I got the car back, I parked it for a couple days in my garage, and when next I drove it - lo and behold, in the sunlight, I discovered a 2 inch ripple in my hood!! It also didn't seem to fit in front, as though it had been forcibly shoved in place. Since I'd been so preoccupied checking the paint, I hadn't thought to get level with my hood to check such a thing! When I returned to the shop per my insurance's suggestion, I was appalled to listen to Marco blame everyone and everything for why it was bent. Here's how that went: "So can you explain to me what this weird ridge is in my new hood?" "Oh that's the body of your car." "Ok. So can you explain why it's not on both sides?" "Oh...it's an imperfection from the dealer. That's not our responsibility." "Hmm. But my insurance and I paid you for a new one. A lot of money, in fact. It would seem if you were going to install an imperfect one, you would ask the customer if it's ok or send it back for a not imperfect one." "Oh...the dealerships don't allow us to exchange them if they're imperfect." "Really? That's so odd. My step dad had an auto shop and he was able to return imperfect parts. I think stores do this too with products they sell and markup. You can't?" "Oh...that's not our responsibility. But you see, if they're not on cars on the showroom floor, they've got imperfections." "They do? And people never happen to notice they're buying dented parts? Really?" "Well, look, if it will make you happy, we'll do it." [I assure you, my annoyed look at this point was NOT subtle.] "You know Marco, it won't make me happy--since this will be your fourth attempt to fix my damn car. But since you guaranteed your work for life and claimed it was perfect the *first* time, I do expect you to make it actually so. Thanks." After speaking with my insurance, we agreed Marco and 101 Auto Body had no business touching my car again and that they should be removed from the recommended body shop list. I'm about to take it somewhere else so the hood can be fixed, and the job 101 did can be checked over. I should also mention the fellow who drove to pick me up from the rental car office also shared he had trouble with their repairs. If these words don't convince you, please find pictures of my hood after their second paint job. Each piece of masking tape is where I found a dust speck after their "professional" job. I think this just about covers it. Good luck if you still decide to go here. Addendum 12/3/19: After taking my car to a new body shop, I was immediately sent to Mazda for an internal inspection. As it turns out, not only did all the above go wrong, but my battery was not tightened back in place and the oil valves were leaking. When I directly asked Marco if I needed to take this to a shop, he said no. Then they worked on the car, and according to Mazda, it was the auto body shop's responsibility to "put everything back in place" and this battery issue could have caused major problems later had I not caught on to the acceleration lag that my car developed after 101 Auto Body's repairs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP.

    Great service. Took my car in to be repaired after a rear-end collision- they fixed better than it was before the accident!
