A friend recommended Accurate Auto Body to me a few years ago when someone hit my van, and I was couldn't have been more pleased with their service. So when our Lexus was in a minor accident I knew where I wanted to bring it for repairs. As it turns out, they are one of AAA's preferred repair shops which made the process absolutely seamless. This family owned business makes you feel welcome from the time you walk through the door. The waiting room is spacious and air-conditioned and if you're lucky you might get to meet their two beautiful golden retrievers! Owner Dan Silva did the estimate and I was on my way, He and his wife are lovely people and so easy to work with. They sent several messages updating me on the progress of the repairs. When I picked my car up, it was washed and vacuumed, looking almost like new. I left, a very satisfied customer, with my receipt and the security of knowing they stand behind their work. The little gift bag with snacks was such a nice touch! I hope that I don't need repair services anytime soon, but when I do I know where to come! read more

Awhile back I had a senior moment and drove my car into a fence post in my driveway. After months of crying every time I saw the dent, I decided to bite the bullet and get it repaired. Kevin Bracy at Hilltop Ford (***** review) gave me a card for Accurate Auto Body to get an estimate. When I arrived, Blanca greeted me with a smile and set me up with Alex for the estimate. I already had a couple of estimates, so when the estimate came back a little lower than the others and because of Kevin's recommendation I went with AAB. I also had a request that they cut out the dent in the old hood, so I could hang it on the fencepost to remind me to be more careful. He said - no problem - they were happy to accommodate my weird request! If I ever need body work on my car I will most certainly come back to Accurate Auto Body. read more

Accurate Auto Body - My daily reminder to be careful and alert when driving. - Body Shops Near Me - Richmond, California

Honest, caring, and fabulous workmanship--Accurate Auto Body delivers! I truly cannot recommend Accurate Auto Body highly enough. From the moment I called, I felt genuinely cared for and respected. After being hit while parked in the Berkeley Bowl parking lot, I researched local shops extensively, visited two others, and got multiple estimates--but my experience at those shops was underwhelming. Then I called Accurate Auto Body, inspired by their glowing reviews, and I can personally say they earned every one of them! Don, who does estimates, was incredible. He listened carefully to all my concerns, explained my options (including bumper replacement), and even advised me against additional repairs I was considering, telling me they just weren't worth the cost to me. Who does that in the auto body industry?! Don also went above and beyond to find an OEM bumper for me, transparently sharing the vendor details. He also agreed to touch up small paint chips on my doors and roof as part of the job without any additional cost! Wow! The new bumper looks fabulous! I was really concerned that the color would be different from the original and that it would always bother me, which I discussed with Don. He totally understood and told me he had a background in automotive painting and that he would personally make sure they achieved the best color match possible. The bumper is a little darker than the original, and it looks very good. I was really relieved when I saw it--both the color and the fit! Now my car looks wonderful. Thank you, Accurate Auto Body! They also made the rental process effortless through their arrangement with Enterprise. When I picked up my car, it was spotless inside and out (cleaned exactly as I requested on the inside with no chemicals) and even came with a goody bag! I have NEVER experienced this kind of service at any other body shop. They are committed to their customers having a truly great experience with them! Bottom line: I can confidently say this is the only shop I'll go to from now on, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, care, honesty and an all around fabulous experience! read more

Excellent paint/body repair. Went through my insurance which also covers a rental. AAB works with a local car rental place that made getting a car while mine was in the shop super easy. Tiffany and Jay are great people who own AAB. They are a family owned business (one of the last non-corporate shops in the SF Bay Area) and you feel the difference in care and quality when they work on your vehicle. I have used them 3x in the past ten years and their work is exceptional. read more

From the first minute we walked into the office to the minute we departed with our repaired auto, every person we encountered at every step of the way was 100% competent, attentive, friendly, and helpful. The process was explained very clearly to us, outlining what steps Accurate would take and putting us at ease about things we had anticipated needing to do, which they would do for us. We had previously visited another auto body repair shop nearby and the difference was immediately obvious to us. We were initially anxious when we arrived, wary of being taken advantage of, and the professions, from the receptionist, to the agent, to the owner, immediately put us at ease and inspired confidence in their ability to competently and fairly handle our claim. This initial feeling was reconfirmed again and again throughout the process. The service was top-notch, five-star, the repair work was perfect, and there were even unexpected extras, such as the gift bag they presented us upon leaving, to finding not only the damaged area repaired, but also another area which had been scraped also appeared brand new even though we had not expectation that they would do that, and finally to finding that our car interior had been vacuumed before turning it over to us. In summary, the service we received was WAY ABOVE and BEYOND what we could even have imagined. read more

It's the first time I use this workshop and I really wouldn't recommend it to take my car to this place and when they gave him the car the lock doors don't work and they say that the car was like this and they also broke my key and they say that it was also like this which is not true, they give me a new key and I have to pay separately to program it which is not fair if my car entered with a problem in the bumper they fixed it but they gave me another problem and it's not fair that's why I don't recommend this place!!! read more

Glad my insurance sent me here. Everyone that helped me was kind and kept me updated periodically. Excellent service.

I must say that Accurate Auto Body has the most professional and friendly customer service staff and the most impeccable auto repair team! This was my first time using this auto body shop, and I must say that they are awesome. My car was vandalize at work and my insurance AAA sent me to Accurate Auto Body. When I walked in I was greeted by the front desk lady, and once I gave her my name she told me that it will be a few minutes and that Don will be with me soon. I must say that Don Herbert was a great to work with. Once I was done they called Enterprise to come pick me up and take me to get a rental car. I am thankful to Don and Accurate Auto Body for the work they have done to make this not stresssful for me. I have now words to say than Alex is the best! That being said. Here is the Synopsis for "Weekends at Bernies" Fun-loving salesmen Richard (Jonathan Silverman) and Larry (Andrew McCarthy) are invited by their boss, Bernie (Terry Kiser), to stay the weekend at his posh beach house. Little do they know that Bernie is the perpetrator of a fraud they've uncovered and is arranging to have them killed. When the plan backfires and Bernie is killed instead, the buddies decide not to let a little death spoil their vacation. Great customer service here. I was rear-ended a few years back, and they did a great job putting my bumper back together. I recently noticed that someone had backed into my front bumper causing it to loosen and create a noticeable gap of space. Accurate Auto Body - Like new - Body Shops Near Me - Richmond, California

I was recommended by my dealership (Hiltop Dodge) , to take my vehicle to the Accurate Auto Body for my vehicle repairs. My vehicle was damaged on the passenger side front and back door. And I needed my car fixed as soon as possible. Diana (front desk receptionist) was an absolute delight . Her customer service was superb and on point. She was well dressed , and carried such a confident vibe. The interior of the business had wonderful covid 19 preparation. Available hand sanitizer, bacteria wipes , signs & appropriate spacing. Hakim (service representative) was also very professional, polite and such a great representation of his work place. He got my name right , which was a bonus for me. We checked the damage and he even asked if there were any other questions regarding the vehicle . I would recommend this place because of the great service I experienced. I cannot wait to continue the journey and keep you updated with my service experience read more

I went here on the advice of getting an estimate for a sub frame replacement. They put the car up and showed me that there in fact was no damaged. VW Marin showed me a hole from a picture, but that wasn't my car. I ended up not needing a replacement. Tiffany was extremely helpful. Very nice family run business. read more

My car was hit not once, but twice in a month. A friend recommended Accurate Auto Body. I came in with 2 separate insurance claims. This meant extra paperwork for them in keeping the jobs separate. Everyone was so friendly and informative. Dan inspected the damage, prepared and provided a quote while I waited. The office staff called a couple days ahead of time to remind me of my appointment and made sure the date was still convenient. When I dropped it off to get the actual work down, they called the rental car company without me needing to ask. I was kept up to date on the progress of the repair, and when it took longer than anticipated, they called and explained the need for extra time. One day before the work was complete, I was given a heads up. This was perfect as it allowed me to plan out my work day. On the day of pick up I was notified on progress thru the day. Most important of all, my car looks beautiful. The work is top notice as is the service. My paperwork was waiting as was a nice goodie bag with snacks for my ride home. How thoughtful. They arranged to have my rental picked up, and I was able to hop in my car and head home. It is not fun being without your own vehicle. However, the service, the quality of work, the entire experience was top notch. If I have to have work done in the future, this is where I will bring my car. read more

I honestly wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Going to an auto body shop as a woman can be very intimidating but everyone was so welcoming and friendly as soon as I arrived. My car was broken into, and two windows were damaged. I thought I was going to be without a car for a week, but the entire process took less than 48 hours. The team here is fast, efficient, and best of all they do not sacrifice the quality of their job to do so. I am very thankful to the estimators I met that helped me out and put me at ease through this whole situation: Hugo and Rosi. Also, thank you for the goodie bag! read more

I seriously can't say enough about Accurate. Seriously if you care about your car this is the place to go! The value of service here is unmatched anywhere else. They have been my highest recommendation to all my friends and family. Any time my cars have been in need of repair this place has been my number one choice. I know that they are going to do their best to make sure my cars leave at their absolute best condition. My latest car was unfortunately badly damaged. I didn't hesitate to have it sent to Accurate for repairs. What was a devastating and traumatic situation was made less daunting thanks to Dan, Tiffany, and their team. From the beginning Dan was clear it would be a lengthy repair but he kept me up to date the whole time. Which was above and beyond! Most places would keep you in the dark the whole time. I really appreciate Tiffany's eye for detail she thoroughly inspects the finest details of your car to set everything straight. They really took their time and made sure my car was top notch down to the smallest details. My car is now an absolute stunner and I believe it looks and drives better than when I bought it. I couldn't be happier! It's clear that Dan and his team not only care about your car but you as a person as well. Which speaks volume when it comes to the auto industry and integrity. Being a female I usually always take my dad or a male friend with me in to handle affairs with my cars. However this has never been the case at Accurate. I've always been treated fairly with the utmost respect. I can honestly say I've never worried whether or not I was being scammed or played. Hands down five star service from a five star team. read more
