So when our Lexus was in a minor accident I knew where I wanted to bring it for repairs. As it turns out, they are one of AAA's preferred repair shops which made the process absolutely seamless. This family owned business makes you feel welcome from the time you walk through the door. The waiting room is spacious and air-conditioned and if you're lucky you might get to meet their two beautiful golden retrievers! Owner Dan Silva did the estimate and I was on my way, He and his wife are lovely people and so easy to work with. They sent several messages updating me on the progress of the repairs. When I picked my car up, it was washed and vacuumed, looking almost like new. I left, a very satisfied customer, with my receipt and the security of knowing they stand behind their work. The little gift bag with snacks was such a nice touch! I hope that I don't need repair services anytime soon, but when I do I know where to come!

I'm very disappointed with Mike's because of their customer service…read more I had a small accident and my mirror was broken. I took it to Mike to get an estimate and I inquired when they would be available to repair it should I decide to go with them (I was still comparing quotes). They told me that they would be able to schedule me within 2 weeks. They got me the estimate and the work was small (less than $1k). A couple weeks later, I went back because I was then ready to do the repair. They looked up the previous quote they gave me and they told me that I had to wait 3 months before they had "time" to do the work. I was very shocked. Wow, are you that busy or you just did not want my business because it was too small of a job? Perhaps, I'm being judgemental, but it just seems very odd that previously they had openings in 2 weeks and suddenly everything was filled up after a couple weeks and I had to wait 3 months for a mirror to be fixed.

Well when I returned the van was done and the customer service and over all friendly environment AJ created was above and beyond.
