I'm very disappointed with Mike's because of their customer service. I had a small accident and my mirror was broken. I took it to Mike to get an estimate and I inquired when they would be available to repair it should I decide to go with them (I was still comparing quotes). They told me that they would be able to schedule me within 2 weeks. They got me the estimate and the work was small (less than $1k). A couple weeks later, I went back because I was then ready to do the repair. They looked up the previous quote they gave me and they told me that I had to wait 3 months before they had "time" to do the work. I was very shocked. Wow, are you that busy or you just did not want my business because it was too small of a job? Perhaps, I'm being judgemental, but it just seems very odd that previously they had openings in 2 weeks and suddenly everything was filled up after a couple weeks and I had to wait 3 months for a mirror to be fixed. read more

Customer service is horrible Apparently they're certified as a AAA partner agency so I kind of had no choice when it came to choosing a provider for my auto assessment. I felt the assessor was kind BUT that front desk person ... some woman (kind of heavy set) don't know her name and I don't care - is horrible. Her interpersonal skills are lacking Her tone demeanor and body language are off putting She doesn't smile Doesn't greet customers with warmth Doesn't change her tone of voice when leaving a Voicemail Message Has snark when you call her back Sorry your life sucks but you chose this job And I get the feeling she lacks accountability and likes to complain I received several calls from them after having my auto assessment completed last week but I can't make any moves until AAAtells me who is liable - I refuse to pay out of pocket for an accident I didn't cause ... so I finally call back and open with the first part of this statement and was rudely interrupted by her. she told me (with attitude and snark) that they're required by federal law to contact us so .. yea.. sorry Umm- calm your butt down Had she held her tongue and waited I would've clarified that I wasn't calling to complain about the calls, but to let them know I can't do anything until AAA calls me back. DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR HERE! I never do Yelp reviews or trying to destroy a company's name, but this is unacceptable. I was rear ended by a motorcycle and my passenger rear quarter panel was destroyed: through insurance this was a auto body shop on the list, and I figured why not it's close to my home. Dropped the car off signed my paperwork and I was on my way. Called once with a update that they are waiting on parts, and another call on a Monday to tell me the body work was done and will be ready for pickup that same Friday, and I will get a call Friday to set up a time to pick up. Made arrangements to get off work early to pick it, and never received a call. I had to call them to tell me it's delayed didn't get painted yet. Following week same thing: got a call saying it will be ready Friday and they will give me a call. Had to call them for them to say it's delayed... this "delayed" process went on for 3 weeks. Tried being understanding so I didn't care much: stay patient/calm. The week my car was ready I got tired of schedule myself off or to get off early for no reason so I just had my dad pick up the car. I was on FaceTime with my dad the whole process: they didn't even walk with my dad outside to over look the car just gave the keys and paperwork. My dad said the car is dusty: in my head I'm thinking normal dust from the car sitting. I get home to see my fucking car caked in shop dust & paint residue! The fucking shit is everywhere and into everything! My car is a 2019 and was practically still new inside hardly no wear and tear at all. My inside is ruined with this shit everywhere: carpet, roof, vents, seats...etc THIS IS NOT HOW YOU FUCKING GIVE SOMEBODY THEIR CAR BACK! they did no steps to mask off the interior of my car and on some parts sprayed my carpet with paint residue and tried to hide it with the plastic. Paid fucking $300 to get my inside detailed which some parts still didn't come out! Had to gut my fucking car! I will be calling my insurance company because this shit is not okay and it's that bad as far as the shop dust and paint residue it's fucking every where!! read more

One thing certain about this place is, they won't bother to communicate anything to you, you have to chase down and call multiple times before you can even get an idea what they are doing to the car or when your car is done. I have a small crack on my headlight because I bump into a deer and it took them 3 weeks (and its not even done) in the mid of my vacation week. I tried to get them to give me some clarity on when the car can be done because it is pretty stressful to manage insurance rental, car fixes while you are trying to travel and go to the airport the next day. My car was broken into and attempted theft. My insurance told me to pick a place to take my vehicle for an estimate. I'm beyond happy picking Crash Champions. Fiat they were very patient from the beginning. They listen to my dreadful story how I was a victim of a Tiktok challenge. They were very clear and communicative with the time frame that they needed to make the needed repairs. Alondra helped me when I needed to pick up my car. She was so sweet and kind. She explained every detail of what happened and walked me through checking out. She made me feel like every step was taken to ensure the continued safety of my vehicle by the entire team as well. I appreciated her energy and care while I was in the office. I was even able to leave my rental there for the rental place to pick up since they partner together. I went in on a Thursday to have a vehicle inspection. I was told that I would receive an email with the estimate by the end of the day. I did not. I called Friday they said it looks like someone was getting it prepared and will probably be sending it by the end of the day. It did not arrive. Then I called again on Monday and I spoke with someone who Who said that they would talk to Jorge and they would even leave a note on their own desk to remind them to get back to me by the end of that day. And of course no one did. And here it is Wednesday, I called back and they said I should expect the email today. (We'll see) The other thing I would like to mention is about 2 years ago I took a car there for a Repair estimate. The price I was quoted was more than $2000 higher then the other three body shops I went to. read more

This shop is absolute garbage. Do not patronize this shop. They were recommended by Allstate and I got an inspection on a Monday morning, expecting an estimate within a day or two. I called on Friday when I hadn't heard from them all week, only to find out that they sent the estimate to the wrong email address. An understandable but unfortunate mistake. After looking at our availability, I called back on Monday to schedule the work. Vanessa Castillo told me that Sean, the estimator, had stepped out and that she needed to ask him whether he had already ordered the necessary parts. She said she'd call me back shortly. 3 hours later I called again only to find that Vanessa had not had a chance to ask Sean because the shop was busy and understaffed. I expressed concerns that if I did use the shop, they would be unable to fulfill their commitment to finish the work as scheduled, particularly if they were understaffed. I learned that the computer database does not include information regarding whether the parts were ordered and that Sean was with a customer and could not provide the needed information. I asked, politely and respectfully, whether Vanessa could briefly interrupt Sean to have him answer this yes or no question for me, given the history of delays. I was put on hold. Then my call was picked up by Alondra who informed me that the shop was rejecting my business because they "have a right to refuse service to anyone." I asked why they would prefer to reject my business and lose the income rather than provide better customer service, but Alondra merely trumpeted a false narrative that I had somehow been "abusive" or "un-civil." She was not willing to respond substantively to my inquiries and then threatened to tell Allstate that I am a problematic customer. I asked to speak with the manager and was told that Sean is, in fact, both the manager and the person who rejected my business. Alondra refused to provide Sean's last name (or her own) and she described her role at the business as "answering phones," while being as repellant as possible from a customer service perspective. Given that my inquiries were reasonable based on my experience, as were the misgivings I expressed about their ability to perform the work and manage my expectations, I have to consider whether there was some other reason that Sean and his staff mistreated me and rejected my business. As the manager, Sean should be aware that his conduct may have the appearance of racial profiling and he and Alondra did nothing to mitigate that perception. Allstate should remove this shop from its list of recommended vendors. I'll be advising their corporate owners, Crash Champions, LLC (based in Illinois) including Amanda Garcia and Gabriela Sanchez, that Sean and his staff are unreasonably impacting their potential profits and severely damaging their reputation. read more

This place is the absolute worst at repairing cars they picked up my car on Christmas Eve told me that it would be ready on Friday January 10th, Friday comes along after I took the day off of work to wait for the car. about 30 minutes before they said the car be ready I called them getting update. they tell me my car is not turning on and they don't know what's wrong with it. I told them to check the battery they said it wasn't covered under my insurance. EVEN though the tow truck driver had to jump start the car to get it on the tow truck at the site of the accident. but the car was fine before I got into an accident. fast forward they said Monday the car be ready same thing happens 30 minutes before the shop closes I called to find out an update they said my car will not hold a charge after they trying to charge the battery again I told them to replace the battery that did not happen so they told me again it'll be ready on Wednesday, Wednesday comes and still no car. And we told them we're going out of town which gave them even more time to fix the car. it is now Friday January 24th they have had my car in their possession for a month I show up to pick up my car the paint is two different colors. they try to tell me it's because this piece is metal and this piece is plastic. well if that's the case how come the metal and plastic on the back of the car match and the paint on the front of the car does not match. The first, to be covered by my insurance and the second, a 300 dollar out of pocket fee on top of the first fee because they would not paint my bumper to match the rest of my car unless I gave them extra money. Car was fixed perfect. Can't complain about the work done. Service and Timeliness... terrible. Why? They wasted a lot of our time. 1) Left the Car on Monday, but they didn't start working on the car until Thursday (and who knows if they even did that). That's 3-4 days I could have used my car that I lost. 2) Total Time to repair a bumper/hood. 2 weeks 2 days. WTH! 3) Almost 2 weeks later. Said it was going to be done on Wed. Wasn't. Said it was going to be done on Friday. Wasn't. Said the paint wasn't dry. Likely they painted the car 4) Picked it up. Car Emblems aren't on. It's sticking on a sticker. There were no updates on what was going on, I had to call several times to ask what was going on. They are THE WORSE. Were they professional acting? Yes. But in doing there work ? Horrific. Next you sit in the waiting area. Its not a big place but people come in and out easy For an estimate so sitting capacity was not an issue for me I think. Then your advisor comes out to meet with you to discuss your vehicle. So having to bring your car in for repairs when it's not your fault is annoying but the process of getting into a rental and dropping my keys off for repairs was very easy. I called in advance and spoke to the new manager Juan Vargas and he assured me my vehicle was in good hands. I got my car back looking like I just bought it. I was stuck in traffic and Juan was able to assure me I could pick up my vehicle after hours. Thank goodness I had a spare key. It was super easy sign papers n leave rental keys in drop box. They will do a poor job on repairs and take short cuts. The technicians deals with a lot of customers that do not even check under the hood, so they assume you wont look carefully into the damage. If you have any damage that is not visible, ask for pictures of the repair or they will do a half-ass job repairing it or not at all. They will also add hours of labor to things that they have not done. (You can mark bolts or nuts to see if they have taken anything off if you want to make sure). I DO NOT recommend this place because of that work ethic. I'm sure most places are like this or even worse. The only advice that I would recommend is to take a lot of pictures before and after of the damaged area and your whole car right before handing it over. Your smart phone will tell you when and where the picture was taken in the details. (Since they will hold on to it for a few weeks, who knows what other damage they can produce without telling you.) read more

Therefore, we took our car in to this shop on Thursday and was told our car would be ready in 3 days. Got a call Monday (4 days later) and was told the parts were just ordered. And will be done In another extended 3 days. Received a call the car was ready the on the 3rd day. Went to the shop to pick up the car and was told the wrong part was ordered and needed more time!! 1. Wasted time going there when someone should've called to let me know it really wasn't ready 2. We needed our car back the next day for our trip! Spoke to the manager which offered a rental car and said the car would be ready the next day by 12. He offered a rental car and offered that if the car was not ready by 1:30 by the latest he would upgrade the car bc we needed an SUV for our trip. Got a call at 1:30 and it was finally ready! But would it have been if I didn't call and put pressure on them since I needed my car back for my trip. I took my car in for an estimate Friday morning. The women at the front desk was kind and personable. She told me it would take a few minutes for an estimate and we could go from there. I sat in the waiting room (I was the only customer there) and in the office next to the lobby were 3 employees laughing and have a good old time. I'm pretty patient so I didn't think much of it. Then a different women who worked there went into the office and asked them for a favor. Then they all spent awhile talking about their roles at the company and sharing stories about different customers. At this point I started feeling frustrated, especially since I was missing work to be here. A guy comes out of the office (I didn't get his name) and says he's going to take some pictures of the car. He does that quickly, then I return to the receptionist who says I can wait 45 minutes for the estimate or it will be emailed it to me. I chose email and she said I should receive an email within an hour. By 5:30 that evening I received nothing. I called the shop and was told that it had been a very busy day but I should be getting something emailed soon. Monday morning rolls around and I still have not heard from them. I understand shops getting busy but the communication left something to be desired. read more
