One day I happened to walk past the passenger side of my car and noticed that the inevitable happened. Someone door dinged my car and left a pretty bad vertical gash. I reached out to Alex with a photo and responded pretty quickly with a quote. He was able to schedule something a few days later, examined the dent, gave me all the details and set expectations since the back of the dent couldn't be accessed without making a hole, which I didn't want to do. But even with the dent being harder to repair due to the lack of access to the back, Alex did amazing work on the repair. You can't even tell there had been a dent to begin with. Friendly, knowledgeable, and quality work. I'd absolutely turn to Alex again for any future repairs. read more

What took me so long ? I lived with a large door ding on my drivers side for over a year. I finally looked and found Dent Dynamics saw their reviews and booked appointment. Alex was easy to work with and his work is amazing! Took less than an hour, no signs of a dent ever being there. For the price far less than my deductible i still feel foolish for living with a dent on my 330. Instantly feel pride in the car again. Lou read more

Alex was able to get me a quote the same day and we set a time for him to come out the next day. He's very professional and explained a bit of the process and did not have to make any access hole to get the dent out. The result is spectacular, cant even tell where the ding is. The price is also very fair for the time and experience. Will for sure recommend Alex for any other PDR jobs I may need (hopefully not) read more

Had a dent from a minor rear end. After scouring the web for a fix, I came across the PDR method of which I've never heard. After evaluating many dent repair shops, I went with Dent Dynamic because of the great work done and the Yelp reviews. Alex accepted the job and was punctual. Great guy, very easy to talk to like if I knew the guy already! Anyway, Alex got to work quickly. After about an hour of banging the dent out, he said he was done. I didn't expect much because the dent looked to be chipped and on the body line. Well, needless to say the job was outstanding. My wife couldn't find the dented spot. Alex did an outstanding job and I highly recommend him for dent repairs. Definitely would hire him again for any future repairs. read more

Company was included, by Yelp, when I went for a quote for some minor dents. They are "dent dynamic, paintless dent removal" so the name fits. But...the response I got was "unable to service." Huh? I explained what I needed to have done and I included a picture. Instead of responding with clarifying questions or telling me why he can't respond with a price he responded with that unhelpful response. But yet he takes time to respond to my review in great detail...so, again, I say huh? And, in my request for quote I said don't call me, rather respond in the system...yet in responding to this review, he calls me. I think I rated him too high. Oh, and by the way, other businesses responded asking for clarifying information and I provided it. That's the way the system is supposed to work so that customers don't waste time asking for a quote for people who have no business etiquette to respond appropriately and participate in the system for which they signed up. read more

Alex was amazing! Great price, great communication, amazing quality of work and super convenient. The dents are now gone completely and the car is back to new. Alex was super quick to respond and gave me a quote immediately after reaching out. He made time the day after the collision happened and was on time and setup in my apt parking lot. It took 2 hrs or less. Chatted a bit after- very friendly. I was amazed how good he was able to make a pretty severe dent look. Saved me time and probably money from the body shops. Dent Dynamic is the real deal. Took a sharp dent out of my hood with relative ease despite my challenging circumstances: aluminum hood, matte factory paint, and a deep and creased dent. Came within 3 days, in time, worked very quickly, and was extremely knowledgeable about the nuances of my vehicle's materials and finish. His techniques also were able to overcome matte paint which is a specialty because he was able to smooth things out without relying on reflections in the paint. I hope I never use him again (dents break my heart) but if I do you better believe he's got a repeat customer for life. read more
