I had been through a half a dozen, or so, online so called decal printers when I decided to go local. The online printers advertised no job too small, or some advertising similar. However, when it came down to actually getting any work done, there was this stipulation, or that requirement, and then quantity was the biggest issue. The online printers wanted me to sign up for thousands of prints that I would never be able to get rid of. It seemed to me that I needed to get to someone local and explain exactly what I needed. I got to Bay Signs and was able to talk to a live human being who understood exactly what I wanted. The price was reasonable and there work was done quickly, efficiently and professionally. I supplied Bay Signs with some printable files that I had made online, this probably made things go quicker, but Bay Signs have designers that are proficient in making print ready files on photoshop, etc. I would recommend them for all printing needs. read more

Our businesses sign was damaged in a storm and prior to that I really wanted to replace it after we have been using the same one for over 19 years. It was old and dated prior to being damaged. I started messaging businesses on yelp to search for a company that could assist me in replacing our sign. I encountered one flaky business after another. Some that clearly under quoted me then didn't respond back. Others that wanted a form of payment prior to even working with me. Others didn't respond at all. Bay signs was very responsive and were able to accommodate all my needs. They designed our new sign perfectly and even worked to do a last minute request prior to building it. The biggest challenge was working with the city to obtain a permit to install a new sign. The process was long and painful however they stuck with it and kept following up to ensure we would obtain it. Overall I'd highly recommend them. read more

The process is super easy... you feel like your dealing with pro's. I had a quote from another place down the street, offered discounts on qty orders. needed quote back quickly, and they did not get it back on time (If they had, I may have never found Bay signs). Bay signs, took my info gave me a printed quote on the spot, and when I asked for emailed copies, they were in my inbox with in minutes. and the quote was significantly less than the one I already had. I had to adjust qty, and get the updates emailed. Again they were in my inbox, in minutes. Next, I had driven past a place down the other side of the street, who claimed they could do signs in 1HR. parked in front of the place, no one was there, called the number guy answers, says email him the art work and he'll quote it that night, or following day, I'm thinking thank god I dont need these in 1 hr. Next day, I drive by 9am, sign says they open at nine, no one is there, call the number.. same guy. We'll be there at 10... Hmm, O. K. So, I drive down the street and stumble on to Bay Signs.. Sign says open, and they are open, an actual person (Fatima) is there, and she is quickly able to quote the signs, and since I'm working with corporate on my end, she is able to email me quotes, print out whatever I need. We have opened a PEL Learning Center at San Leandro. For that we needed a few sings so we were shopping around. We were so glad that we have talked to Aalyah at Bay Signs.
