Paid for our signage over 3 years ago. We still have not received the services we paid for. Suresh has completely ghosted me and refuses to refund our deposit. read more

It's been over 2 months now that my order is not ready and no update on the status. I've paid the deposit and the check had already been cleared. Regardless how many emails sent, the owner, Suresh, just keep telling me he'll keep me posted which he never did. He never picked up my phone calls or returned my messages. I emailed him a week ago asking to cancel my order and request for a refund and he never responded. read more

It gives me great pleasure to award FIVE STARS to Parthavi and her staff at Sign My Signs!!! Last month, they completed our official SBC banner for our Labor Day bonfire event. I thought about making generic signs for our event. But since the crew is now well over 200 Yelpers, it was time to shine with an official banner. I designed our logo in Adobe Photoshop and quickly sent my image to Parthavi. In a matter of days, they were able to present the exact requirements for our banner. Our banner inspiration came from MTV's ABDC (American's Best Dance Crew). Parthavi had no problem creating our custom banner and making look as real as the one on MTV. The end result was marvelous as John Michael, Cobber, and I raised the banner at our bonfire event. Major compliments and kudos because it was so easy for the crew and late comers to find us on the beach. Now for future events, we can post our banner for everyone to find us. Cost: $220.00 Material: Vinyl with sewed loop end for hanging. Total Days of Completion: Two weeks. I wanted Sign My Signs to take their time. Notes: Use Adobe Illustrator to create your banners and then send the file to them. It will be easier to make edits in the future. Thank you to Cobber, John Michael, Mikey U, Bobby L, and Tetsu for your donations for this banner. I'm still waiting for the other donations. Special Thank you's to Parthavi, her father, and the design team at Sign My Signs. We will definitely be back for more future banners! read more

My work asked me to find a business where it makes sign so I found this place from yelp. After a few emails back and forth, I went there in person to check out their materials and quality. They were very nice people and easy to talk to. I sent the file to them via email and they made it all done in just a couple days! My boss is very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend this place to anyone who need signs! :) read more

I will say they responded quickly and the designer was helpful, but my signs are not as I expected. I spoke with the designer about a specific color (yellow gold) and received signs using primary yellow. Also one of the signs appears damaged so I'm not too happy with the quality. read more

Excellent Sign Job Done. Competitive Prices and quick turnaround time. Highly recommended.

I'm amazed with their sign work - our lobby looks awesome now. They also did our monument signs and we feel like a real company! I would recommend Sign My Signs to anyone who asks, and even those who don't ask. Seriously, do yourself a favor and give them a call. read more

Like all the other reviewers, the people at Sign My Signs are as good as it gets! Initially I contacted them for a quote, because they had great reviews and were a lot less expensive than business that my landlord uses. Long story short, the project turned out to be quite a nightmare going back and forth with my landlord & co-renter, where a 1 week job extended to 3 months. Throughout the process, Sign My Signs was patient, extremely helpful, promptly returned many revisions (and didn't charge extra), and even cleaned up the old sign for free. Everything is 5 stars from start to finish. Customer service was also impeccable! I will have them make all my future signs from now on. Many thanks for helping my business & being great! read more

I'm sure everyone who has been reading my reviews now knows I had a family reunion that required the works! One of the companies I had looked into was this place to get a few huge banners made. We needed 1 for the outside of the house and 1 for the back of the house. I wanted the sign to say a few things besides the year and the family name, as well as incorporating the colors and the font I wanted. I wasn't sure with all that I wanted the banners to include, what the price was going to be, and was hoping I wouldn't go into shock when I heard the quote on the order. To my surprise they were much less than I anticipated so I ended up ordering a few more for anyone that wanted one to take home. The signs turned out absolutely beautiful! Turn around time was pretty quick, 4 days at the latest! read more

In my 25 years of being in high tech, have I been impressed with Sign My Signs. The team is very knowledgable, gave very honest and good advice. Prices are very fair, the reviews are all true. We are a start-up and about to move to a new office and now, I will recommend to our office manager to get our signs made here! Why go to a Skyline when you can support local with Sign My Signs! read more

These guys are the best when it comes workmanship and customer service. Our massage business is expanding and our new location has the opportunity for vinyl window decals advertisement. I was really surprised that Doug came out measured our window, submitted their quote and I met with him on a Friday afternoon to discuss wording and arrangement by Saturday evening our window decals were up. This level of customer service and professionalism surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend Sign My Signs for your advertising needs, they are second to none. Btw, we are also purchasing A-frame signs, an outdoor banner and a indoor sign for our building as well. read more

While in the process of relocating our business, we realized that the reality of getting a permanent sign in place before opening was unrealistic. We opted to purchase a bright banner as a temporary solution. I went online and created a banner on a well known site that looked great on my computer screen. I purchased it and waited for it to arrive. To my dismay, it was dark and dreary in person, nothing like the online proof. We were opening in a week and I needed a sign NOW!!! My husband looked at some reviews and found Sign My Signs and told me to check with them. I called and explained my situation. Everything after that point was WOW!!! The listened to my crazed ideas and went with them and came up with the perfect banner in a matter of days!!! And it is beautiful! I spent more than I did online, but I got what I wanted. Well worth the added expense. (Plus it saved my sanity!) Don't bother shopping around. Simply go with a company that has 100% professionalism and goes the extra mile to make it happen with no BS! The gave me what they promised. They made it happen! Thank you!! read more

I went to Sign My Signs for decals to replace some details on a few of my old Real Estate Open House A-Frames, and found the communication, service, turn-around time and follow through all fantastic. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that while the decal prices, in my case, were in the right ball-park, prices for some of the other items (like folk A-Frames) seemed more than a tad on the high-side. This certainly doesn't discourage me from recommending them - I would just equally recommend doing your research/price comparisons first, and if otherwise close, definitely choose Sign My Signs for superior customer service! read more

Thank you sign my signs! Parthavi was very nice and made sure that we were happy with our sign. The process went by very quickly. I stopped by their office and one of the guys helped me. We have a small deli in Sunnyvale called Sunny Deli. Sign My Signs worked with us with superior and recommendable customer service. I researched other sign companies and compared quotes. I chose to stick with Sign My Signs because I saved money with them! Sign My Signs are definitely pros at what they do. Staff is quick and easy to work with and they are genuinely a pleasure to interact with whether it's on the phone, or in person. They are knowledgeable in their work, and will not hesitate to walk you through. The person in charge of production was happy to break down the application process of our sign. He knew how to do it (and gave us multiple), what materials we needed, and an estimation of how long it might take. Definitely thorough customer service, and will come back for future projects! This review is long over due. Sign my Signs, in general, was extremely helpful in getting our two signs up. They are a very small office in a commercial area, and from what I saw, there are 3 people that work in the office- all of which were extremely kind, helpful and prompt with response. I work for a small start up, and was assigned to order the signage for our new build. 2 monument signs and 1 bolted sign on the building. I had no experience doing this in the past, but Parthavi and her team held my hand the entire time. I cannot begin to express how helpful they were. Drawing out every step in the process, going to the city with me to get the permits stamped.... and even taking additional time to go down to the city for me when I couldn't. Parthavi, in particular, really bent over backwards for us. The installation was right on time, and finished within an hour. I had a GREAT experience with this company, and would definitely use them again. ps: We also received a quote from another reputable sign company for the exact same project, and Sign My Sign was LITERALLY half the cost. They are a no-brainer. read more

I was very impressed with the quality and knowledge that Sign My Signs puts into their products. You can tell that they love what they do and want first and foremost for the customer to be satisfied. Even though my job was a small one and they could have easily passed over it without much thought, they took the time to make sure all details were addressed. Doug walked me through the process of how to install my sign, etc., and provided information above and beyond what was necessary. I'm really pleased and I'll definitely be coming back here to have more products made. read more

This is just for phone customer service. I've spoken with several vendors in regards to making a table throw for our company's upcoming trade show, and not a lot of vendors gave me the information I was asking for. I called Sign My Signs, talked Parthavi and instead of me starting to explain what I'm searching for, she told me "I'll provide you with all the options we can give you." Let me just say, I was very impressed and was ready to do business with them. Will update this review once we get the process going. read more

Sign My Signs is a great place to go to! Friendly staff and phenomenal service. I got in contact with them and asked for a banner to be done within a couple days, and they said they could do it. To my surprise, they finished it in one! Another day later I got in contact with them again about changing the signage in our lobby. They got it done and it looks great. From my experience not only did they accomplish what they said they would, but they did so with a quicker turn around time. They're a great company to get in contact with if you're looking to get your signage up. No complaints! read more

Great place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will do business with them again for any signage needs.

Sign my Signs has excellent and friendly customer service! They're very prompt with responding and easy to do business with because they understand what it is that needs to be done in order for their customers to happy with their purchase. I would recommend stopping by their office if you have any questions about the overall design of your sign. They have samples that you could view and help you visualize what your final sign could look like. There was some confusion with the order I put in (a few window/door vinyl decals), but Parthavi and her team were very helpful and able to clear up any confusion. In the end, our order was actually right all along! They also gave us some tips for applying our window graphics and it came out great. Thank you Sign my Signs! read more

This company did my sign for my Buisness just a few years ago and did a good job. but their after sale service is non existent and pathetic at best. Multiple e mails text and phone call goes un answered after a promise to get it repaired asap. Meanwhile 3 weeks later still no communication. Have no idea how he has so many positive reviews. Found a much better company and they came out the next day and fixed the problem. I highly recommend you look elsewhere. The owner sublets all his work so you will be using other companies anyway if you use sign my sign. Better to stick with one company that does everything from design to instal and maintenance! read more

I am a classic Yelp lurker. I never post and always use Yelp. Sorry, Yelpers! This is one of the very few local businesses that I am coming out of my shell to review. It's that good. I started at my current employer in 2009. I found Sign My Signs shortly after that and haven't looked back since. For our trade shows, we have had roll up signs, long vinyl signs, and handouts of various sizes printed. At our main location, we have had door vinyl and a large PVC sign to show on the street. It is only while writing this review that I realize how high the quantity and variety are of the business that we have done with Sign My Signs. Every single item has been 100% up to expectations and delivered at a surprisingly low cost. All of the above are very important, but what makes me a lifetime customer is Sign My Signs' flexibility and customer service. Parthavi works with customers at every step. For any given job, I can expect multiple status updates. I have also come to her with jobs that were literally days before I needed them and she makes it work. This is a local, San Jose-based company that truly understands how important excellent customer service and effective communication are in the B2B world in Silicon Valley and I cannot recommend them enough. read more

If you need a basic sign they are OK and fast. We had them do a sign and it was delivered as promised. We were interested in getting a monument sign and the owner kept pushing something we were not interested in and then they went silent. My advice. Use them for banners and small signs. Anything more substantial you might be better served by getting other quotes. read more

I have used their service for a custom coroplast sign. I wasn't sure how its gonna be done. I was little skeptical about it at the beginning, but they did a wonderful job. They did a good job on design and print too- very high quality. They are easy to work with and are very responsive and honest. By the way, they are very reasonable in pricing. We recently ordered custom signs with SignMySigns for new logos we just created. From the start, their customer service has been wonderful and accommodating. I first contacted Sign-My-Signs with an idea of taking pictures from my company's website and making them into signs in my lobby. I had no idea what material or size I wanted but after speaking to Doug at Sign-My-Signs, he was very enthusiastic and provided many great ideas. As company policy, I was to obtain three bids from three different companies and Sign-My-Signs was the lowest and the most willing to have the job. They were very understanding to all the changes I made during the project. The signs turned out better than I expected and I will be contacting them to have more of these made for the other locations of my company. Overall thoughts: Sign-My-Signs is a small and young company. I hesitated because of this but given that they were so enthusiastic and their price was right, I decided to take a chance on them and I am very glad I did. read more
