Quick, friendly service. I've driven by this place a million times, and when I needed a banner done (with only a few days notice) this place popped into my head. Its a small shop and the outside makes it a little uninviting, however the customer service is 10 out of 5 stars. The owners are super friendly, and will work with you to make sure your project is the best it could be. I walked in with a PDF of the banner I needed to make, the owner told me that it would need a couple of things to make it better (white outline to make the words pop) and worked with me to make it into an adobe illustrator file (good thing I had my laptop with me.) After that, he did the rest, tweaked it to make the white outline to the text and also added a shadow to really make it pop. He asked if I needed the grommets put in (no extra charge) and since it was a large banner, he put in 8 (instead of the usual 4 you would get at just the corners.) I was also debating whether or not to get another project done and let him know that it might be a possibility, and left the files with him just in case. I let him know the day after and he was able to complete everything (one large banner and 6 flags - 3X5 - all in record time. They accept a variety of payments, including PayPal. I'm writing to let everyone know how great this Company is. I'm lucky enough to be going to the Price is Right show April 26th at the Center for Performing Arts San Jose. I explained to Jose what I hoped to do. Having a tee shirt made for the show. Jose took time to go over some designs along with the caption I wanted to say. Jose came up with the perfect design with my message. I highly recommend this sign shop. Thank you Jose. Gary read more

This guy is so rude and his work suck's don't waste your time or money, there is a place one block away so much better and nicer.

Showed up to this place and it's a JOKE! Gene is very rude and the prints that he was working on sucked I asked to see them and he got all mad and said they are "passable" ... bottom line this guy is rude and the work sucks! Don't come here. read more

This is a great place to get your banners done. The team there are experts at delivering a quality product. I wanted a new design for a logo but only had a rough idea of the design concept. They kindly requested 3 main points I wanted and basically directed me on how to bring it all together. Then, they put together a logo the was more than I could hope for. And, they were readily open to make final tweaks to my liking on a finished product. The price of it all from design and artwork was at a great value. I will be back for more signage done from your team. Thank you Sign Jose!!! read more

Love this place, Gene has all the materials that I needed to do the vinyl stickers for my car. He rushed my order and was able to get me my design and stickers the next day. I really appreciate people that go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I highly recommend this place. Price is more than fair and great service. The building is easy to find. Outside the building looks old but inside you can tell that Gene has been in business for a long time. He has a lot of high end machines and plotters and cutters for various jobs. 5 Star rating from me. Thank you. read more

This place is amazing! Jose was hella friendly and super down to earth. Gave us real good advice because were a startup low on spending but was real with what we should go with. The vibe you get when entering was so cool. You saw all the advertisements they had on the walls so you could pick and choose which one you want for your company. Cant wait to keep coming back for more printing stuff! Thanks Jose for printing us 3 banners! read more

I needed to replace a 2' x 3' outside sign made of unusual material with new information design. The previous person was no longer there so I had to figure how to do this. Someone suggested Office Depot and staples but when I took my sign there they couldn't figure out the material or how to recreate. I took my sign to Sign Jose and Craig and Gene knew exactly what the material was, how it was previously printed. They then gave me different options and looked for ways for me to spend the least amount but still getting quality work. I was surprised by they're looking after my best interest. I got a few options/quotes and left the sign with them. I chose the least amount and I just picked up the sign and they did an Amazing job. I've already received a few compliments on the redesign and quality of work on the first day on display. read more

Gr8 work, fast sevice, affordable prices! Jose put my stickers on my car for me, nice guy. Showed me how to apply stickers to my bf's car. Will come back for more! read more

I have you sign San Jose twice now and I could not be more happy with the results. The first time, I did the design and they didn't an excellent job on re-creating my vision. The second time they gave me suggestions on what would make the sign better and I ended up going with their thoughts. The sign came out amazing!! It was way better than I could've imagined. They were very professional and did it in a timely manner. I would not use any other place to make any future signs I might need. read more

I booked them three weeks prior for project that I needed done on a specific day, he cancelled on me the day before. Very poor communication. I called "Best Print graphics" instead they accommodated me on very short notice. read more

I went because I wanted some information, the person that was there was not very knowledgeable. He asked me to leave my information to get a call back, after a week I did not receive a call. I called them and the person on the phone refused to give me info over the phone saying he needed to talk to me in person. I went and let him know I needed a banner, he said his printer had problems and he could not work on my banner. Something he could have told me over the phone. Very unprofessional and rude. read more

My uncle needed a sign that says " sold" for his real estate business last minute. I called the business and the man who picked up was very rude both time over the phone and in person. He kept rushing me and tapping his pen on the counter obnoxiously when I asked for a minute to decide how I want the sign to look. I saw the reviews so thought i'll pay for the product and forget the low quality customer service this man had. What started as a price of $75 came up to $109. I was told to pay extra because I wanted the sign to be bigger and to be pick up earlier. I didn't hesitate thinking that I was paying for a sturdy, well-made, quality product that would probably take some skill to make. Wrong..... definitely wrong. The sign was made using some white cardboard material...something you'd get at target or Walmart for 75 cents for your child for his/her poster project and was very small ( I was told it would be bigger). It was the most flimsy and cheap looking sign I've ever seen...wouldn't last a minute if the wind was to blow AND the paint has started to come off after 3 days. I'm telling you, if you wanted a sign, you might as well spend your 75 cents and grab a cardboard and do the work yourself. Not very smart of them to rip me off like that. I might just overpaid for a cardboard here but they're actually the one missing out on future referrals and orders. My uncle asked me to do a sample order to see how it was but really needed someone to do all the banners and signs for his agents and their clients in the long run. So i guess I'm going to bring that 300 orders he wanted to FastSign instead( way better service and quality work!) read more

After checking around and being turned down by several local sign makers because I wanted a very unique and complicated sign built . . .I was lucky enough to be referred to Jose at Sign Jose. Gene is an A _ _, very rude and dose not know what he is doing! Printed some decals that I asked for and HE CHANGED MY DESIGN with out asking me and still wanted me to pay for it! No thanks with that being said the decals were not done in time and I gave him 3 weeks and I had to keep calling him to see if they were done after I see the decals I was so upset and walk out... about an hr later he charges my card for the full amount... Changed my design, I have to keep calling to see when they will be done, and can't have them done on time I'm not paying for that! THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH THE TIME! Don't even think about it. I would give 0 stars if I can... read more

Jose and his team have been unbelievable to work with. Fair pricing, stuck to the timeline, overcame a few challenges during the installation. When opening a new retail business, I have had enough on my plate to stress over and thankfully the sign design and installation was not one of them. I highly recommend them and would happily utilize their services again in the future. read more

I drive by coleman very often and have seen this place many times. I needed a banner made and stopped to get an estimate. This place is legit! Professional work, spectacular craftsmanship, and above all Jose was a pleasure to work with. He helped me out in getting a logo made. I called when they opened and he arranged for this to get produced by noon when he knew it was going to set him back. I would like to recant my original review. A week or so after I wrote the review, Jose (of Sign Jose) got back to me and and explained that he was dealing with a family emergency. I apologize for not updating this review sooner. I myself am not immune from life - I know that we all have a duty to attend to our own familial/personal matters. That said, I'm changing my rating to 5 stars. Once again, I apologize for taking so long to do this! It's been on my list of to do things (for a ridiculously long time) glad I finally remembered to get this done today. read more

I needed high-quality gold and black decals for a motorcycle restoration...and I needed them fast! Gene and Jose worked with me to get the decals produced at a very high quality and within 24 hours. They can't always promise that I suspect, but I was impressed with how hard they worked for me when I needed their help. I restore lots of bikes and I'll be going back to Sign Jose for my decals needs. Thank Gene and Jose! PS. The decals worked great under a clear coat. read more

I had a sign made here. It was done in a day, the quality of the work is real good the sign looks great and it's ready for my presentation.

I'm so glad I've found Sign Jose. I'm a local graphic designer and needed a very fast turn-around on several large vinyl decals. I requested quotes from 5 different companies to see if any could meet my deadline. Sign Jose replied back to me promptly, was able to have my order ready the next day, was significantly less expensive than the other companies, and it was perfect quality! Total success! read more

Sign Jose made a sign for my daughter's dog walking business. It was just a small job - and 18" by 24" sidewalk sandwich board sign. I had made a design for the sign using Word and clip art. Gene re-did the design with his professional expertise and WOW, what a difference! The sign went from an "adequate statement of the business facts with a cute picture" to absolutely eye-catching and charming. The words are the same, but with professional arrangement, color, spacing, and font sizing, it looks so good. Terrific company - we thank you. read more

This review is a little late... Really rude and sloppy. Doesn't care about customers and how the results are. Gave him the design and font I wanted... Results came out like some kid did it. Really disappointed.. Even more disappointed because he was rude and acted like he knew what he was doing, always cutting off my sentence as I spoke. Such a joke place. I recommend the decal shop down the street as well as probably any other one. He probably had his family give him all these 5 stars on yelp. Customer service sucks, results suck, attitude sucks. What else can you ask for? read more

I cannot give this business enough praise! They were wonderful and were able to help create a banner/sign for our little league team in one day. The sign shop referred to us by our baseball league wasn't able to print our logo properly and refused to make a sign in time for our opening day. I felt the stress creeping up because I didn't want to disappoint our team and then Sign Jose came to the rescue. They were able to print the sign, print the logo, and get our season started in one day! Thank you so much Sign Jose for your time, patients, and generosity in my time of need! You will definitely see us in our future sport seasons! read more

Sign Jose was a great company to work with. I had to get a sign done by Sunday and I called on Friday afternoon. They took the time, stayed late after work and got the sign done for me. The sign's quality was great, the resolution was real clear, they even went out of the way to change some spelling errors which were on the design. Very good people to work with, they care about their work, I will be going back to this company for future signs. Two thumbs up read more

Love this shop. They created a work of art for my sign. This is the only shop in the area that was able to build what I had envisioned.
