She snapped back saying I needed to calm down and that I was being rude and that I "wasn't listening to her," even though I was literally showing her what might be the thing she was asking for. I wasn't rude, didn't raise my voice, nothing--but she came off so aggressive for absolutely no reason. When all I did was ask a few questions to understand what she wanted. Her position requires basic customer service, and based on those 15 minutes, she doesn't have the ability to handle even the slightest inconvenience. Must be a tough job scanning packages. I needed to ship something for my employer, and he did not understand the difference between recipient and sender. He had to redo it three times. At one point, he said it would be easier if I gave him my ID. I told him I didn't want to because the sender is my employer, not me. He said not to worry, he could delete it. Again, he still didn't know what he was doing and had to redo the sender and recipient. As adding my ID put down my address. By the third time, I asked if he needed me to write it down, and he said yes. The whole thing took 22 minutes. It ended up getting sent back to my work. In all honesty, it's my fault. I should have quadruple checked. (Or maybe they can hire/train competent employees going forward) This was a complete waste of time, terrible experience, and waste of money.
