I needed to get a live scan done and literally there was nobody when I went on a weekday around 11 am. Took a total of ten minutes. Staff is very friendly and helpful, one of the best customer service I have experienced. But 4 years ago, I had a terrible experience here because of a fellow customer who chose to break the line and I refused to stay quiet. There were over ten people in the store at that time and nobody supported me. Overall a good place where you can get all your postal needs fulfilled. Would recommend but make sure choose a less busy time if you can. Value is reasonable, a little bit more than the post office but then you are also paying for the convenience of longer hours and fewer people.

The guy there didn't help to guide me to look into which would be the appropriate code to use, but have me to read through more than 20 codes and their definitions myself. I asked a couple times and he simply said they can't say which one but customers have to figure it out. So I read through it and decided on a code, then he input all the information before telling me that it took about $120 to ship 3 cards to Hong Kong. I then left to decide other alternatives. To me, that's a complete waste of time and I'd appreciate the personnel there be more helpful if the staff there can be more upfront on the cost, and then provide guidance of which code would be appropriate to use.
